• ROBIN (10/5): - Very helpful reception to help us get to the room as there are no car allowed. A taxi is required to get to the area as they are allowed. Very cute room and close to food and the ferry to Venice!

• Jeffery (10/5): Excellent Location, Nice Room - The location was excellent just a block off of the port in the old town. The room was comfortable. The bed was very firm. The room was in a really cool old building. If you shut the wooden shutters all of the light is blocked out so you can get a good night's sleep.

• Scott (10/5): The studio apartment was spectacular! - My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and seriously, this was the most romantic place we stayed in a month of traveling through Europe! We live in Hawaii, and I saw the most beautiful sunset I've seen in my life!! Claudia, our host, was amazing. The apartment was spectacular, and the location couldn't be better. Nestled amongst the winding, medieval streets of Rovinj, and stumbling distance from the Adriatic and the town square. There are restaurants, pubs and wine bars everywhere! Jump in the water to refresh, then wander over for a glass of wine on the rocks! Claudia's food recommendations were spot on. This is a small village where everybody knows everyone, and they welcome new friends and visitors with warmth and kindness. Do not hesitate to book!

• Preston (4/5): Beware!!! - They pulled a bait and switch. They own several properties throughout Rovinj. I reserved one at the Marco Polo residence. They put me in a different one that I checked on Hotels.com was actually cheaper place. $10 cheaper. Beware. They also charge you to use their in room Safe. Unbelievable. Never had that experience in my entire life. It’s buried somewhere in the reservation that they charge you for that in room safe. But just never had it happened.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit praktischer Kochecke. Die Restaurants im unmittelbaren Umfeld sind Abends natürlich etwas laut,aber ab Mitternacht wird es ruhig. Leider kommen die Anlieferungen dann morgens wieder recht früh. Wer 8 Stunden Schlaf braucht, muß Lärm unempfindlich sein.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Mini appartamento pulitissimo, accogliente - Miniappartamento pulitissimo, accessoriato con tutti i comfort, zona centrale (di fronte al molo) ma cmq silenzioso perchè si trova in una stradina interna, personale sempre a disposizione. Ogni giorno venivano a sistemare l'appartamento, cambiando gli asciugamani e lavando anche eventuali stoviglie o altro lasciati nel lavabo. Lo consiglio vivamente! L'unica pecca il park, perchè bisogna parcheggiare l'auto lontano, ma il personale all'arrivo ti viene a prendere con la macchinetta elettronica.

• Cecco (10/5): Camera carina in meraviglioso contesto storico - Struttura ubicata nel caratteristico e delizioso centro storico di Rovigno. La presenza di una micro-cucina è una comodità che abbiamo apprezzato per preparare i pasti da portare al mare, la colazione e comunque è una valida alternativa al dover sempre usufruire dei pur validi ristoranti nei dintorni.

It was a charming little apartment right in the center of everything, and quiet too. No elevator, but that's common in the Old Town. The service was very friendly and helpful. I did not receive a cleaning between my 2 nights, but it wasn't a big deal - not sure if that was an oversight, or if they just don't offer that service. But the place was more than sufficient and comfortable. Not luxury, but super nice. I'd stay here again. The location is incredible. The best in the city.

• margarrt (8/5): Very nice right in the centre of the old town. - We stayed in the attic. Thanks to Petra gif carrying our bags up the spiral staircase. The room was quaint and in the centre of the old town. Had a small sink, stove and fridge.

• Jukka (10/5): Cute little room in the perfect location! - Really cute room in the perfect location, literally 50 meters from the harbour. The room is not big but certainly big enough for two people. The room has a stove and a fridge, absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!

Elsker du luksus velger du noe annet, mens her får du perfekt beliggenhet med ALT rett rundt hjørnet, inkl sol og bad. Utsikt får du ikke, men du får følelsen av å bo i Kardemommeby. Anbefales for kjæresteferie!
• Jeanne (10/5): Superb location, beautiful room, wonderful owner - When rooms were booked on Hotels.com, the pictures were lovely. In person, they were even lovelier. We absolutely loved the owner, Claudia, and our rooms. With stone walls, table and chairs, twin beds, hand painted armoire and kitchenette area complete with refrigerator, electric kettle, teabags and Irish coffee cappuccinos, we loved the rooms located on the second and third floors. The location was superb. Claudia’s staff took our luggage to our rooms. I arrived with a bad knee and Claudia noticed the limp and immediately came with a bag of ice and knee spray. Claudia was our first encounter with a local on our trip through Croatia. She was so very welcoming ….a great way to begin our trip. Once we unpacked, Claudia was ready with a map of the area with advice of the sites to see and gave great recommendations for local restaurants (food was unbelievably fresh and delicious). The rooms had plenty of electric outlets and the bathroom was accommodating with hooks and a shelf. Claudia made sure we had help with the luggage upon arrival and departure. She is a wonderful host and thought of everything a guest may need in a room. As we were renting a car we asked Claudia for directions to the car rental agency. She not only offered to drive us (which she did) but called the agency to make arrangements to meet him halfway with the rental car. We cannot say enough about Claudia, the Marco Polo and the beautiful city of Rovinj. Thank you, Claudia.

We arrived much later than expected from the bus station and Claudia actually walked to the harbor to meet us! This was our first night of 2 weeks in Croatia and we felt Claudia epitomized everything that is wonderful about the Croatian people!

Un entorno perfecto, y las dueñas superagradables y atentas, deseosas de ayudar a que mi estancia en la ciudad fuera lo más agradable posible. 100% recomendable.

Sauber, nettes Personal, kuschelige Zimmer - Restaurants in der Nähe zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte jedoch vor 2/3 Uhr nicht schlafen gehen.
