- Dave T-Y (8/5): Great location and staff, disappointing room. - Friendly and helpful staff, automated check in was done by a lovely staff member. Hotel so close to Nagano Station and accessible via a walkway. Loads of stores nearby and handy to bus stop and attractions. Free amenities were great. Room was small for a couple with 2 suitcases. Bath had a tub that was also small and hard to get in and out of. Television worked for first days then just stopped working. Bed and pillows were hard. No hanging space for clothes.

- Getta (9/5): Best hotel in Nagano - Comfortable bed and pillow best we have had in our 6 hotels we stayed throughout Japan,, coin laundry, nice choice of breakfeast,7_ 11 shop at entrance, cafes and restaurants nearby, free toiletries to choose, pajamas provided, friendly staff. The hotel is located within a building starting on 5th floor, maybe for some people a bit difficult to find.
