- Margery (9/5): -
- Catherine (7/5): - J'ai écrit pour savoir si le passeport de ma fille avait été trouvé et je n'ai jamais eu de retour.....
- Yu-Ting (8/5): - The swimming pool is really nice except the birds are very noisy in the morning. The WiFI is not very strong but it still works from time to time.
- Mary (6/5): My stay was ok as I was alone. - It had been renovated The breakfast was light. Instant coffee is not a good look.
- Eric (8/5): My last night in Broome and a good spot to stay! - The room was a ample size and the kitchenette was a quite good. The grounds were locked at night and this was an excellent safety feature. The front of the room had a nice view of the garden and pool area. Breakfast was good but basic.
- Kate (10/5): Great place to stay. - The pool was gorgeous. And the rooms really modern and clean. The location. You need a car.
- Mike (10/5): Phenomenal Staff, nice room - The Staff of this property is outstanding. Upon our early arrival, we were given directions into the town, where we were able to enjoy a nice breakfast at The Green Mango. We were also advised it was the last night for viewing the phenomenon known as The staircase to the Moon. Lucia et al also suggested the best place to watch was at the Mangrove Hotel. Our cell phones were not working throughout our entire 3 week trip, so they were kind enough to make local calls for us. We had 5 bags to carry up a flight of stairs, not too much of a problem.
- Ngariki (7/5): Overall served its purpose for us. - Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and tidy I had paid for late check out and shuttle to airport when we checked in. The cleaners turned up to clean out room at there normal time I did not receive a receipt for proof and there was no record of me paying for late check out and shuttle at the desk. It was sorted out eventually it did interrupt our late check out time.
- Angie (10/5): -
- Monika (8/5): -
- Isaiah (10/5): Very Nice Hotel! - The property was really clean and the check-in staff (didn’t catch her name but she was from Germany) was super nice and accommodating :) N/A
- James (7/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. 1. The location, to far away to walk to anything of interest.
2. The building is in need of a facelift, it is tired.
3. The bedrooms need updating, plastic stools for bedside tables is not good enough.
- Shadforth (10/5): The ladies at reception and breakfast are friendly, helpful and welcoming which is really nice. - Love the rooms with kitchenettes and large fridges, the breakfast included deal and the pancake machine. Also the one card key that opens the room and gate is excellent saves hassles. Cant complain much about anything really. Its my favorite place to stay the location is central to everything its just a scooters ride away from everything.
- Cameron (8/5): -
- Anne (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get around by bus. - The breakfast was basic, the coffee machine was out of order but the pancakes were good.
We enjoyed the pool, it was clean and the cockatoos were entertaining. Plastic crockery in the breakfast room.
- Shirley (8/5): -
- Nanii (9/5): - Pool is in the centre.
Breakfast provided.
Laundry room was accessabile.
Location was perfect. Carpark space.
Other then that nothing else.
- Kunga (10/5): Friendly staff. Good food. Clean room. Full set of kitchen is available to cook. - It was located and safe. Nothing for now.
- CormacB23 (6/5): An ok stay in Broome - Good sized pool, easy access to everything, good breakfast Room was not very clean. Bugs under the draining board would come out when disturbed by us using the sink, room was dated and felt quite grotty, shower floor cracked with a dodgy repair
- 3ead1df05e4b7224cca125cbbb59cf84 (10/5): - Location and the pancake machine Nothing great place to stay

- d5c0eafc43c471e158a6a68ad4fe0cea (3/5): - The staff were friendly & polite & location is good. The property is old but no excuse for it not to be clean before the next guests arrival. I’ve already addressed this with Broome Time directly.
- 0c095e262d5c721216b957fbe59c0be8 (10/5): Great place to stay. - Very nice big room. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a good continental one plenty to eat. Great having a kitchen and microwave. Walking distance to shopping centre. Pillows too big. No microwave bowls.

- Kim (7/5): Clean Tidy and comfy beds - My time there was short but sweet, the staff were very accomodating, it was easter and they offered a shuttle bus to and from the stairs to moon, which was so awesome. Rooms were clean, tidy and cool, would not hesitate to stay there again. Only negative was the tv was turned off at PowerPoint, which is located up high in which I am am only short and had to use one of their chairs and tippy toe to turn on. We left early in morning and was not able to advise the staff of this.
- Louise (9/5): Pleasant place to stay a night. - Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful, particularly Peter who drove us into town and picked us up after watching the Staircase to the Moon. Ceiling fan in our room needs to be replaced. Minor concern.
- Angus (6/5): -
- Mitchell (5/5): - We really wasn’t there long enough
- Kelvin (7/5): Great -
- Roshima (8/5): -
- Jadene (10/5): -
- bruce (9/5): - Friendliness of the staff Loosing my wallet
- Mitchell (7/5): -
- Kristale (7/5): -
- Chell (4/5): I like the food. I didn't get much sleep. The beds were filthy. Having to go up stairs with luggage - Breakfast was the only good thing about the visit. The kitchen clean and the staff were lovely and the food was nice. I especially ially liked the self serve pancake machine they had. The place was pieceful. Beds were filthy and look like stains all over the sheets. There were bed bugs making me itchy I had to sleep on top of the bed . There was no water in the fridge. I had to stay in a room up stairs and keep going down stairs to have a smoke only to be harassed by other tenants asking for cigarettes. Not a good experience and will not be staying there again.
- Corizma (1/5): -
- Akashkumar (3/5): -
- Jean (7/5): -
- Kit (7/5): Clean, affordable, basic rooms with continental breakfast - Breakfast was adequate and staff helpful Was surprised there wasn't a restaurant attached to resort
- David (8/5): relaxing and comfortable stay - Excellent breakfast
Perfect location Hot water for shower, had only cold one three days.
Exact smoking areas to be marked clearly
Stairs to room not ideal for older people
- Shirley (5/5): Would not recommend staying at your motel. - Overpriced for what was available. Breakfast was poor, service was just OK.
- Ivan (9/5): Very happy with the resort everything you need is there - Easy place to find very helpful staff the rooms spacious beds unreal breakfast was part of room price not far from anywhere My time there was good I have no complaints
- Lynne (10/5): The room had everything I required for a comfortable stay. - I liked the spaciousness of the room and the kitchenette was very useful. Also there were plenty of powerpoints and the lighting was very good. I restaurant for dinner would have been appreciated but I understand that this is expensive to set up.
- Ruben (10/5): -
- sid (10/5): - Checking in. All good.
- george (10/5): Quite and comfortable - Ok very basic but we don’t have much for breakfast anyway Tv size and internet services
- Trevor (10/5): So relaxing - Lovely staff, very nice room and location! Room facilities brilliant! Pool absolutely fantastic! Nothing
- Karen (10/5): had a great week - bed was really comfortable, all staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of tea, coffe & milk and change of towels when requested. breakfast was good too not sure
- Sala (10/5): -
- Rajak (8/5): -
- richard (7/5): Solid motel well located near airport / town an en route to Cable Beach proper. - Excellent reception staff and equally good check-in. Spacious room with good functional kitchenette. Handy location across the road from municipal swimming pool, walk to Woolworths, bus stop at door. Nice serene vibe. Bathroom tiny, no open window, always damp despite fan.Breakfast exceptionally poor. Not sure how the property is called a ‘resort’. It’s simply a motel.
- Stephen (8/5): - The pool.
- Michelle (9/5): -
- A Pro (2/5): - The view Unsafe power outlets. Full of ants . . Car parking too far from unit
- William (8/5): -
- Arana (7/5): If you’re after basic , nothing fancy then this is it . Rooms and breakfast was basic . Pool was a bonus. Also close to - The pool was great.
- Marg (7/5): -
- Harald (8/5): -
- Leanne (8/5): Good overnight stop - Price was good for Broome at the time we booked. Nice pool area and bbq etc. Breakfast was included which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Reception had small shop with some supplies and not too far to walk to the Woolworths shopping centre. Very close to Japanese cemetery. Was not too close to restaurants but you could book a return shuttle Pool towels were not provided. So would have been nice to have them in the unit. Also the internet did not work well in the rooms. But did work better once outside or in reception/dining room area.
- Calvin (8/5): - All good, clean, tidy and quiet.
- Larissa (8/5): -
- Pamela (7/5): -
- Martin (6/5): - The room was clean and cool the first night there was no hot water all other times the hot water took ages to come through
I was expecting a better breakfast like cooked however toast and cereal was the only option.
- Janet (9/5): Well priced , clean comfortable , accessible, with a great pool - The staff were very courteous and helpful at all times. The room was clean and comfortable especially the bed .
The shuttle to and from restaurants was very handy . Staff were very helpful with items left behind , quickly found them, ringing back immediately and arranged to post the items to us .😊 N/a
- Nevan (6/5): - older building but convenient location.
Bedside table was a stool.
- Cheryl (9/5): - Well appointed, and very pleasant atmosphere
- Aaron (8/5): - Resort??? More motel than resort but well priced - only thing is the bathroom cleanliness is pretty poor.
I was only here for 2 nights for workwso it was just a place to sleep . Personally i Would stay elsewhere for a holiday
- Locke (8/5): Pretty good - Very good On our third day I would of liked a towel change and more dish washing liquid. 1 sachet not enough for 4 days. Also the pathways along rooms need a good sweep
- Adam (8/5): - Nice poolside setting. Breakfast included. Lovely shower to wash away the Gibb River Road dust. Office hours were a little short. Location is not well serviced by cafes or shops.
- Carole Leah (7/5): -
- Carole Leah (7/5): - quiet long walk to town
- Hilary (8/5): - Generally clean but bathroom needed attention on arrival.
- Heidi (8/5): Great location , great breaky, great grounds nice staff. Would stay again for price - Breaky great with a great variety and everything you need. Could have a nicer view out but other than that great.
Pool area and bbq and tables outside great. I loved the grounds in resort. The rooms were great with everything you need.
Location great . Right near bus stop and walking distance ti woolies. Noise from bats dropping the fruit stones on tin roof. Was loud and went on for hours.
Quite a bit of noise from other people staying and running past room in evening maybe locals.
I travelled with my mum(85) and she stayed in room a lot. The room was dark and fan very noisy.
- Zbigniew (8/5): -
- Karen (8/5): -
- Susan (8/5): A good overnight - The room was very comfortable A little isolated no cafe’s restaurant close
- Anne (7/5): -
- Lorraine (7/5): Good for a stopover. - Breakfast was good and the pool lovely.
Staff are helpful and cheerful. The gallery was a pleasant surprise. The shuttle bus helped. Pretty tired and old facilities. Not in Cable Beach after all.
- Dawn (10/5): - Great place to stay, central to everything.nice breakfast included.
- Bevan (8/5): - No hot water at 5.30 am in Rm 57, cold shower
- Ruth (6/5): Overnight stay before trip. - Basic property, but reflected in price. Broom is very expensive. Not as clean as it could have been. Needs maintenance.
- Jack (9/5): Clean and comfy - Really nice stay here for one night before catching a flight out of Broome. Bed was comfy, shower was great and the small kitchen area was really useful. Little bit out of the way from everything if you don’t have a vehicle.
- Mathew (8/5): -
- Margaret (9/5): Good Budget Hotel - Location of hotel was a little out of the way from Cable Beach attractions, however there was the option of using the shuttle bus (for a small fee)into the town centre and for pick up before 8.00pm.
Shuttle bus ( for a small fee) from the Airport was very handy.
Our first 3 night stay was in a bottom floor room ( which was requested) was adequate but when we returned from our camping trip we stayed another night and had a much nicer bottom floor room.
Breakfast was great which was included in the price.
This is a good budget hotel and can't be compared to other properties in Broome that cost a lot more.
Staff were very helpful and friendly- there is also a small shop on site which doesn't carry much but a shopping centre is only a 10 minute walk away.
All in all we had a lovely stay.
- Christine (6/5): - Shuttle for pickup and drop offs for airport and restsurants was very efficient.
Nice swimming pool. Very nice staff. It was a little more basic in rooms than I had forseen but comfotable and clean.
- Charles (8/5): -
- Julie (8/5): -
- Sharmeon (9/5): Good stay ,staff helpful - Brekky good Comfy
- Paul (4/5): Ok but I’d would stay elsewhere next time - Breakfast was simple but good and staff were friendly Unclean
- Simonne (7/5): Good value and location, staff friendly & generally helpful. - Room was very clean, check in straight forward. Didn't make it to breakfast, an extra hour to get there would have been good.
Travel from resort to city centre or other attractions was difficult, esp in the evening. When I begged to get some assistance to get to the town centre after 6pm on Friday night as no taxis were available, the young guy at reception implored the shuttle driver to take me. The driver reluctantly did so but was so disagreeable and grumpy about it and made me feel extremely guilty, even thought I did pay for the 'privilege', which was never in question.
- Francis (7/5): Mmm, a nice 3 star but the stink of our room will not be forgotten. - The ambience of the property was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The smell of our room; it “stank” of the previous occupants, a very unpleasant body odour. It was absolutely disgusting.
- Ian & Barbara (7/5): -
- Sheryl (10/5): Was very nice - Location Breakfast included Staff very nice No undercover parking for cars Minor
- Frances (8/5): All staff were very helpful and happy to look out for anything they could assist us with. - Most was OK Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Some things would run out and not be available because deliveries hadn't arrived.
Some guests actually steal the food and fill their bags with the breakfast cereal pouches, butter, jams etc. Coffee, tea and sugar making it hard for the accommodation providers to know how many they need to cater for.
- K (6/5): - Was great for 1night stay
- Maureen (9/5): -
- Ann (8/5): -
- Margaret (8/5): - The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool temp was cold in August, but refreshing. Family centrally located, but not really walkable to many places.
Breakfast was ok, everything was there to eat, but not stunning. Nothing to pin point but for $300 a night, did not feel it was hugely value for money
- Donald (9/5): A comfortable and welcoming stay - Spacious rooms and well priced No power points by beds for cpap machines
