• Sandrine (8/5): - Bon emplacement un peu à l’écart d’Ocean Drive mais proche de la plage et juste à proximité du Convention Center. Les murs et cloisons sont assez fins et l’on peut entendre des voisins s’ils sont bruyants. C’est souvent le cas à Miami ! Le matelas du canapé lit n’est très neuf et confortable.

It's a old window A/C that blows right towards the bed. Sounds like a war jet taking off from a carrier. The Very old building needs to be refurbished.

• Saša (7/5): Nice place at pretty good location, all in all worth the money - Lincoln Arms Suites has great potential, but so far it's just decent place. Stuff that work there were nice and kind, place was pretty clean and decently equipped. Location is pretty good, about 5 minutes walk to the beach, and there is parking garage pretty near if you need to leave your car somewhere. All in all we were satisfied. People that worked there were sometimes somewhere not at the reception desk, room for 4 had 2 chairs and 3 forks and so on, place needs some fixing and adaptation of parts that are used up. There was supposedly a free coffee 9-12, but some days there wasn't any. Roof terrace was dirty and in need of some repairing.

• michele (7/5): Lincoln Arms great place, although it needs some TLC - The front desk. There is one gentleman whose name I don't remember is always efficient, friendly and helpful. Location is great for my requirements. The complimentary coffee station on 2nd Floor was nicely done. Over the past years, seems to me the property is being neglected. Examples include: unfinished patch work done on ceiling, paintwork needs to done around the baseboards and doors, lopsided toilet paper dispenser, huge crack in kitchen countertop, no kitchen paper roll, stairwell smelled unpleasant, rumpled curtains at windows in the stairwell etc.
• Rolando M (8/5): Buena experiencia - La ubicación es perfecta tanto para la playa como cerca de parqueo público a 20 dolares por 24h, cerca a Lincoln Road, la habitación amplia, un poco antigua y con varias cosas para mejorar pero la relación precio calidad igual lo valen, de hecho si volveríamos a hospedarnos nuevamente. Que cada 3 dias hicieran limpieza y que no recogían la basura a diario, pero comunicandolo en recepción, se solucionaba a pesar de todo.

Fica há 1km do estacionamento público há 20$ (24hrs), os estacionamentos próximo a propriedade sao muito caros 70$. O preco da hospedagem é muito caro para uma acomodação simples e bem antiga. Cama de casal pequena.

Given room location is facing to back side so we couldnt see anything about sun light and the next building is so close but we know depends on hotels position.

There’s no consideration for their guests. I was very disappointed, especially for the price you paid for Miami hotels. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated a bit the mattresses need to be improved. The televisions are disgustingly old and lacking any ability to watch anything.

• Tamantha (5/5): Won't stay here again. But the staff was super nice - The kitchen Bathroom could barely turn around in it. The bed and kitchen intersected and kept bumping my shoulders on the counter or kicking the bed. just no walking room to tight a floor space - cluttered walking area.
• Sheree (7/5): Overall my stay was good. The personal was nice and when ask for anything very responsive - I like the location and the style of the room. Having a stove and a refrigerator was great! The toaster was rusted and I didn't want to use it. The rust was extreme, and it appears to be overused and really should be replaced with a new one. I also wish I could have used the front of the hotel to park and unload my luggage, but there was nowhere to do that. Additionally, the prices increased by almost 60% from my last stay. This increase may be the reason for me to look somewhere else.

• Bellisario (2/5): - Very bad experience. A friend of mine had made a reservation and indicated a second guest but not the full name. When I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, I was not given access to my room. I was therefore forced to book another room on the spot and pay again, even though it was already late and I was staying only for one night. As a result, I was charged twice for the same night, as if I had stayed in two rooms (effectively paying three times considering the very late check-in and early check-out). The refund only arrived after a long time and after several requests, which is unacceptable for an error that was not my fault. Poor organisation and very bad payment management.

Definitivamente, me quedaré aquí siempre. - La habitación estuvo perfecta, dos camas dobles grandes , un buen kitchenette que tenia todo lo necesario para cocinar y vajillas necesarias, una mesa donde comer y un walking closet. Habia café en el piso y agua en recepción que uno podía consumir gratuitamente siempre. El lugar estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca a todos los paraderos de bus, cerca a la playa, cerca a las avenidas principales. El personal fue muy amable y flexible. Nos permitieron entrar un poco antes del horario del check in establecido porque habia disponibilidad. Todo estuvo muy bien. Como utensilios de cocina, solo faltó un cuchillo de cocina, y un secador de platos. Pedimos que cambiaran de toallas y recogieran la basura al segundo día, y a partir de ese día, fueron todos los días. El aire acondicionado hacía un poco de ruido , pero aceptable.

I REALLY appreciated the shower/place to get ready when I didn't leave until the evening. The building was a little older and the tub spout pulled away from the wall and I had a really hard time getting maintenance to change the battery in the safe. Overall it was great and I will come back and stay there when I'm in Miami Beach again!

• ANNIE (7/5): - L'emplacement est parfait: proche de Lincoln road, des arrêts de bus et de la plage tout en étant au calme de la vie nocturne! La suite était spacieuse pour nous 3. La possibilité d'utiliser la piscine de Riviera Suite est appréciable. Le café disponible au 2e étage toute la journée a garantis un bon réveil le matin (même si l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner). Comme souvent dans les anciens hotel de Miami Beach, les planchers ne sont pas suffisamment insonorisés: réveil à 6h00 du matin avec les bruits du voisin du dessus !

Todos los días hacían limpieza, te dan toallas para la playa que está a tan sólo 2 cuadras. El hotel está a un paso de todos los lugares de interés. Una hermosa estadía. Volveremos! Gracias por todo! Como comentario, la pileta para lavar las vajillas que era demasiado pequeña y costaba un poco lavar los platos.

• Marco (9/5): Muito boa! - Tinha tudo que precisávamos. Camas grandes, quarto com tamanho muito bom, cozinha equipada e funcionários atenciosos. Internet boa. Houve problema com chekin pois chegamos depois do horário previsto. O sistemas deles queriam cancelar nossa estadia. Mas David, funcionário da recepção foi muito atencioso e proativo para resolver. Mesmo com minha mulher perdendo a cabeça por que tínhamos pago e com o bebê com fralda suja da viagem, Davi foi muito educado e fez um ótimo trabalho junto com a superior. Então fica dica: mandar e-mail da hora prevista de chekin para que não haja imprevistos com o sistema do hotel. E outra coisa que dificultou foi o hotel não ter estacionamento. Com bebê fica um pouco trabalhoso.

El personal es excelente salvo alguna persona del front desk a quien evidentemente no le gusta su trabajo. No atiende ni bien ni mal.Esta chica Joane creo, está sumergida en la pantalla, a veces ni el saludo. En las antípodas Iraima Perez, siempre atenta y predispuesta.
• Jazmin B (9/5): Excelente estadía con ambiente familiar - El lincoln arms es una excelente opción para una idea de viaje tranquilo, ya que el ambiente es familiar y no tanto de fiesta como suele pasar en otros hoteles de la zona. La habitación es perfecta ya que es como un departamento, pero con las comodidades de un hotel. La atención por parte de la gente del front desk es muy buena. No es que no me gustó, pero creo que el servicio de limpieza podría mejorar. Las chicas de housekeeping son amorosas, pero creo que no dan abasto con todas las habitaciones que son y me pasó que si salía después de las 10 de la mañana, mi cuarto no estaba hecho al volver. No es problema, solo quizás un área de mejora.
