• Merry (4/5): - Breakfast and location were fine. Lots of things were not. Cleanliness. Under bed was filthy. No hot water No soap dishes No available coffee We specifically asked for a room with access only from an interior hallway. Both the Booking and front desk representative did not understand. There is no interior access. There were no trolles to help with luggage etc. Previous stay at a Baymont hotel was excellent. This definitely was not.

Bring your own shampoo. At breakfast they had fresh starfruit! I will make this our future stopover point on the Miami-Washington DC run.
• ManuelD2235 (2/5): Worst hotel ever. - I chose this location because it was near Camping World. After driving 11 hours I arrived late at night. I had reserved the room several days in advance. My first red flag should have been there were only several cars parked at 1030 pm in the lot. I will say this is by far the most poorly maintained and unsanitary hotel i have ever seen. I will simply list my finding with photos and videos. Live roaches on the walls and floor. 2 live ticks on the bathroom wall. A used makeup cotton ball under the sheets of the supposedly newly made up bed. Nightstand had cigarette burns, air conditioning was extremely noisy making sleep difficult until I shut it off. Bathroom sink stained and severely cracked. Bathroom towels smelled musty.
• MSL9965 (6/5): Mixed opinion - First thought was that the room was good. It's clean and not falling down around us. Then..... Discovered the floor needs a good scrubbing. I do appreciate it wasn't carpet. Shower was fine, went to dry my hair and the plug is open to where you can see the wiring. Dryer wouldn't turn on. We asked for a new hair dryer but they didn't have one. Suddenly had a big flash and sparks, cord blew out of the outlet and we lost power to the entire room. The real kicker was when we went to breakfast and the coffee ran out. I told the lady and she asked me if both pots are out. I explained I didn't want decaf, she said they are both regular! WHAT?!?!?! UNACCEPTABLE! My husband cannot have regular coffee and here he had been drinking regular coffee thinking it was decaf. What about others that can't have regular? I will be finding someone at Wyndham to let them know.

• Bruce (6/5): - The key card entry to the room 108 was tempermental had to hurry quickly to pull down handle in order to open it or it wouldn't open. Room was musty smelling when I first entered it. Bedframe was squeaky so everytime I turned in bed it would squeak.

The bottom of the bathroom door was warped and rippled as if it had been in water for an extended period. The grounds while mowed were not "manicured" the picnic table in the back was warped and missing boards. There was a collapsed shed (?) next to the picnic table. All in all a pit.

The shower in room 206 caused the water in the bath tub to rise to the top of the tub, taking hours to go down. Over night staff, Nichole was amazing. The day staff, not so much. They were not very accommodating. Cleaning crew also not very accommodating

Between the road noise and the loud air conditioner, I didn't get any sleep at this location. This is the third property that I choose using Wyndham's app, and every hotel has disappointed me. All three properties were rundown.

• elained156 (10/5): Great Value and Experience - This was a good stopping point on the way back from southern FLA. We thoroughly enjoyed the clean and temperature friendly pool upon arrival. Rooms were clean and ready for us upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. This was a good value for an overnight stay. We were within walking distance to food options or relatively close by (via car). The property was maintained. Will definitely stay here again should we pass on through again. Only downside was the proximity to I-95. Noisy when outside your room but reasonable inside the room.

• Larry (8/5): - Liked - Price and convenience. Front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. Clean rm pool. Disliked - Air conditioner didn't pull moisture out of the room making it very musty. Also, 1st night a work truck had backed up to our room 3 ft from our air unit, at 5:00 AM he idled the truck and our room filled with fumes (we had asked for an upstairs rm only to be told none were available). Don't bother with the breakfast buffet as it was a joke.

The bottom of the wall next to the door was damaged and you could see outside with the door closed, the bedding had stains on it. We both had asthma so we canceled the reservations and left!

• Melendez (4/5): It’s was worth the price for sure. - The customer service was good. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. When we entered our hotel room we did the normal check in and when we looked on the bed the pillows were stained like they have been used for a while. Also the bed was a bit stained as well. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been, there was stains in the toilet and in the shower. When we did use the shower we had to let it run because of rust running in the water and had a certain smell. The breakfast was also a bit old the milk was spoiled and you could tell the food was just rebated a lot.

The metal bed frames were really strange- if you sat on the bed the frame it made a loud sound like a metal dumpster getting dumped, when you arose there was a sound like thunder

Trucks on I95 when went over bridge outside hotel caused a loud noise like tin being banged I did not know what it was until leaving the hotel so it made me feel very uneasy Road entrance to hotel was not inviting.

It’s older but upgraded in the bathroom & bedroom furniture. Nice large TV. STRONG shower with shower hose, wall-fixed shampoo & conditioner dispensers. Good A/C unit. Waffle maker in breakfast room. Friendly staff.

• David (6/5): Adequate, lots of interstate noise, outdated - Good price, but it wasn’t very clean, no tissues, spider in the tub, and the only way there could have been more interstate road noise would be if I opened the door or window. If you come, ask for a room on the back side. The front is close to the highway with no sound barrier at all. When I arrived, I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. Breakfast included hot biscuits and gravy, but included no healthy options, pretty much all highly processed carbohydrates. Despite the price, I would look for better alternatives.

• Christine (2/5): You get what you pay for - I wasn’t expecting too much given the price, but our experience was not good. Very loud—both traffic and people laughing and talking outside at 1&2AM on a Thursday. Bed was okay but the pillows are terrible. Tub dripped all night—had to put a wash cloth under it to muffle the sound. Went to breakfast at 6:30 (it starts at 6)—no coffee ready. The cereal had a sign saying “sorry no milk”, there was toast and waffles but they were out of butter, and packs of oatmeal but no water readily available. When the coffe was ready, it was undrinkable. The gas station up front has good, Green Mountain coffee. Trust me—it’s worth paying more for a better hotel.
• Nicholas (8/5): Good overnight stay - Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Good for an overnight stay. Must have some issues with locals as they had a sign that no one within 50 miles on their drivers license would be allowed to stay at hotel.
• Simpson (1/5): It was a horrible experience!!!!! I will never stay at a Baymont again!! - Absolutely nothing!!!! I expressed my concerns to management but no response! The room was disgusting! The bed squeaked horribly! The sheets were dirty looking. There were cobwebs in the corner, molding coming up, front door wouldn’t lock properly. I expressed my concerns shortly after we arrived and was told I had to wait to talk to the manager in the morning. She didn’t come in that morning. I asked for her number. I spoke to her and she said she talk to the owner. He offered $30 credit to my credit card. I have yet to see that credit!!!! He said he called Booking.com and emailed them. He said he didn’t get a response. He messaged me and told ME to call them!!!
• Anthony (10/5): - Excellent hotel for travel. We stayed a few nights while visiting family in the area. There is a great conservation area behind the hotel with paved walkways, ponds and fountains. This hotel is right off rte 95 and is easily accessible.

• Nancy (4/5): Not Good - The cleanliness of the room and towels was not good at all. I was very uncomfortable and glad I had my own pillow because I was afraid to use the blankets because of the lack of cleanliness in the room.

The headboard had tons of head prints, it looks like it has never been cleaned. The shower walls had big dirt stains. This is the worse I've ever seen it. And I'm not sure who idea was it, but the metal walls under the bed makes terrible noise each time you move, GEESH!!! Front desk staff was very nice!

The beds sounded like a drum whenever you sat or stood up, even when rolling over! The room was loud - no soundproofing at all, it smelled like stale cigarettes! We would not consider using the bathtub and handle on bathroom door was not on correctly - very loose. We also had white spiders coming down the wall in the night. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep. Left as soon as possible in the AM.I do have pictures and video. DID NOT STAY 2nd night
