• Verified traveler (10/5): Great staff, good for transport - Really close to MBK centre and skytrain stations. Hotel staff were very helpful. The pool is right under the skytrain so not peaceful, but sitting by the pool all day wasn’t what we came to Bangkok for - so not a problem for us
• Carina (10/5): - Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was clean and quiet even being next to a busy street. If you like shopping there are endless options in walking distance (SIAM mall for more upscale/ MBK lower price points) The only criticism I have is that are no switches for lights, AC and ceiling fan - it is all only controllable by an iPad which I found rather inconvenient. The first night there was a technical glitch with the iPad and after I turned everything off it all went on automatically about 10 minutes later. This happened a few more times but was resolved quickly once I called for help. I mention this just to suggest the iPad works before you hit the pillow.

The staff was very accommodating and if we didn’t have time for breakfast… they would pack us a to go box for breakfast that included juice and a variety of breads and fruits. Loved it all. The front desk staff was very sweet and did everything to assist with tourism and the hotel amenities.

• Nicholas (10/5): Tranquil oasis - A tranquil oasis in the heart of Bangkok. Water features galore drown out the noise from outside the walls, while everything is easiky accessible. Staff are ultra friendly and attentive, and renovation is sensitive to traditional Thai style. A great choice

Sound proof not bad as hotel was right next to a BTS line but i hardly heard anything. Corridor at my room was very dark. Should install lightings. I would give a better rating if not for these little flaws.

The pool is gorgeous but basically unusable as it’s next to a road tbf just a fountain. I didn’t even know it was meant to be a pool at first. The rooms are decent. Only a small hotel. However if you expect any type of common sense from staff don’t bother. They have to ask for approval for minor things. Try to charge for every last detail. I got a “upgrade“ for being a gold member which was for the record only a different floor. Decided to stay for an extra night as I had a heavy one. Tried to book it at the desk. “Reservations had gone home” 8pm. So I booked on hotels. 8:30am. Wake up call. Go to reception. Argued for 30 minutes. Had to call hotels.com. Basically wasted 4 hours on my last day of honeymoon sorting it. Hotels saved the day other wise I would of been checking out! At 12 and back in at 2. Who even does that.

• Kim (8/5): Nice hotel at very convenient location - The hotel is located within walking distance to the Siam shopping centers which is very convenient for shopping and foods. The room is very nice with all little facilities are taken care off. The service staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Bangkok.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Strategically located, 15mins walk to Siam & 10mins walk to Ratchathewi station. Staff were super friendly as well. Cleanliness wise, looks clean everywhere. However, I suspect the bed / Pillow or somewhere has bed bugs. My arms were bitten quite a fair bit. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Worth a commendation! Would I stay again, however, probably not because of the bed bugs.

• Allo (4/5): - Not a Boutique Hotel, very few members of staff speak English making communication very difficult. The hotel is very tired, holes in bedsheets, very tired towels. The restaurant is very quiet, no much ambiance, laying breakfast table at 8pm, while having dinner is a bit off putting, the pool is beautiful but not peaceful as the skyline train is running 150 yards above the sunbeds. Water on offer in room is not to be used for sensitive western clientele, if you use the mineral water in fridge will be charged 25baht, the staff due to poor training is very offensive and lacking total multi cultural understanding of international clientele. A nice location if the above is not problem for you, but expect to run big taxi bills as the taxi run on meters on hotel compound to be switch off at the first junction!!! So good location if using BTS and if luxury shopping is your thing as with Siam Centre and Siam Discovery it is luxe brands mecca

Didn’t bother to dine in the restaurant for the rest of the stay.

Also huge shopping centre with the food court about 5 minutes of walking from the hotel. Spacious room, very interesting decoration, comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom. Very reasonable price (incl. breakfast). Also very polite and friendly staff. I would certainly book this place again.

Also made me mad—We stayed for two nights the next morning, we told the staff at the front desk, please don’t clean our room and don’t enter the room, but dispite what we told them...yet staff enter our room and left new towels while we were gone during the day.
• D (4/5): - Everything was perfect when they charged me for my child as an adult and did not provide me another bed claiming my room was too small to add a bed. When I checked out and ask them why did they not change my room if there are bigger rooms and they still insist to charge me the extra person without providing me anther bed for my 3 days there. Upon further check with my family in other rooms which are also under the deluxe range it was much bigger and with bath tub and only 2 persons on those rooms. This makes me boil writing this review.

• B (8/5): - When booking online and asked about getting picked up at the airport, I never got a reply. All the door staff was excellent, greeting with a smile but the front desk staff, needs more attention.
• Anon (8/5): - Just behind Hua Chang Jetty which we did not explore. Overall location was very good. Service could have been better especially at the reception. Bell boy were very friendly however and they made the place felt more welcomed.

Sad about the wifi. - Overall good, classy hotel, well designed rooms, luxury and pretty high tech equipment, super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice pool area ( pretty large for bangkok) with trees and so. The only downside was that for more than a day, wifi was not working at all for me. The hotel staff blamed it on a large group that checked in and saturated the internet connection. If that were to be true, that would be bad for such a hotel. According to me, it is due to a wrong configuration of their wifi ( too many wifi access points on 2.4 GHz band, which have overlapping frequencies across adjacent channels and which does cause plenty of collusion when used together ). Sad that they did not understand any explanation (though they really tried tofix), and that they did not have any IT support to reach. Devices connecting on 5 Ghz Wifi don’t suffer from this problem and were able to access the internet, albeit slow. This made the troubleshooting by them not easier ( it was working on some of their devices ).

• Jeffrey (10/5): Waiter needs to improve their attitudes. - Overall was a very good stay ( it was my second time stay there ) except the waitress at the restaurant were not very helpful and no smile in their face when doing their job. Worse was when my hands were holding plates and my seat was outside by the pool, the waiter didn’t help to open the door kindly. I had to use my body to push the door open.

• sharon (10/5): Nice environment and friendly staff - The receptionist personally guide you to your room and showed you Your room. I look the bathroom it was so big and while soaking in the hot tub, there will be music playing although only during the day time. The big was big and comfortable but the pillow is quite soft but that doesn’t matter as they have 3 pillows. The room is a reasonable space which allow us to put 2 30” luggage. There were fan and air con in the room. The bellboys were really helpful.

They made us feel like they would go out of their way to accommodate anything for us. The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel!

• Elizabeth (10/5): Hua Chang Heritage much enjoyed. - The Hua Chang Heritage was the perfect stop for us. Close to everything. Staff welcoming. Rooms beautiful and clean. Food and breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Requests were quickly accomodated. A fine place to stay. Would recommend it.
• Verna (10/5): Beautiful & Nice Heritage Hotel in Siam Area - Very beautiful heritage hotel with modern furnishings. Love the bathtub in the hotel room and the close proximity to Siam & National Stadium BTS stations, Shopping Centres like Siam Paragon, MBK, Siam Centre...etc There's no gym in the hotel but a cosy swimming pool is located on the ground floor with a poolside bar. Wonderful service from the front desk during check-in and check-out. Friendly and smiling concierge greeting at every time of the day. Would love to stay in this hotel again.
• Divya (8/5): - Its a nice hotel close to many main shopping centers. There is a railway station at walking distance and can easily get taxi or tuk-tuk. The rooms were comfortable and the ambiance is good. Its a bit noisy with the busy roads nearby, but not very disturbing. You cant easily find many eateries without walking a bit, except the food courts in the malls. It would be good if they have some provision to get drinking water apart from paying for each bottle.
• Lynette (8/5): Blackout curtains please!!! - The room is very nice, spacious and clean! Don’t expect to sleep in. Room needs blackout curtains as the current curtains are no use to block the sun coming in. Pillows are too soft and flat. Hotel has a strict check out policy, so do not expect to get a late check out. I do love the location of the hotel. Within walking distance to 2 BTS stations, MBK and Siam area.

One the greatest hotels in Bangkok in center of the city and easy access to metro and shopping malls Breakfast was very basic and maybe a little lower than your expect But rooms was really comfortable and bed was great Although it’s 4 star hotel but you really can expect 5 star services
• RICHARD (10/5): One word "WOW" - Loved everything about this hotel. From the moment I walked in the door the service from the welcoming staff to the absolutely amazing room. Minutes from BTS so easy connections around Bangkok (including the airport's). Thanks alot for a great welcome and stay.

• John (8/5): Hotel located in a good location. - Over all it was a good boutique hotel. Very nice and caring person at the front desk, clean, located at one of the best location in bangkok, and big room. I never tried the breakfast because in my opinion I felt it was not worth the cost when I took a look. The pool was nice but noisy with the sound of the cars in front. It would be nice if there was a concrete wall to cover the noise from street. Other then that overall a good experience.
• jack (8/5): Nice hotel, convenient location, clean - It was a pleasant stay at HCH. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room is clean, stylish and cosy. Very convenient location, 5mins walk to National Stadium BTS. Will definitely recommend others to stay here!
• Lisavoyage (8/5): What a girly and fun hotel! - What a girly and fun hotel! As we walked in the corridors leading to the room, I was already impressed... The they opened the door for our room... Wow! The room is very spacious, it's pink and purple and white and so bright. Just a beauty and fun and comfortable place. The hotel is 5 minute walk from the biggest shopping malls in Bangkok. A ladies's dream! The only thing is that if you need a fast internet, a gym or a pool to do laps, it is not the place. Would I comeback? Certainly yes! Thank you to all the staff for the welcoming atmosphere and for helping and for finding taxis, tuk-tuk at the right price or us. We will be back *_*.

• Chye Heah (8/5): - The premier deluxe rooms we had stayed were really excellent except the train movement sound really irritating, didn’t have a good sleep in d morning. Breakfast was awesome. Not advisable for pp who need a good rest
• claire (10/5): Beautiful hotel walking distance from MBK and Siam - The restaurant had the best pad Thai in the city!!! The staff were very helpful and spoke fluent English. The room was beautiful and I slept better than I do at home. They decorated the hotel beautifully for Valentine’s Day. The pool is amazing and is in the sun the first half of the day. This hotel was walking distance from the 2 biggest malls and the sky train.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful hideaway in the middle of the city - Beautiful hotel and the bell boy in particular was really helpful. We loved the decor; the food was excellent (the breakfast was delicious and the Thai food dinner was really very nice too), and you really can't fault the location which is walking distance to both National Stadium BTS, Rachadevi BTS and the river boat station. We have already decided we will stay there again in our next trip, if the price remains about what we paid for this time.

• wanda l (10/5): - I love this hotel. This is the 2nd time that I have stayed here. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is convenient to shopping, dining and the sky tram. I have a deluxe room the first time and the premium room this time which was large and very spacious.
• Paul (8/5): Beautiful suite room - Great suite room with comfortable facilities and bathroom. However, furniture seems quite old and there are some cracks on the wall.
• Josephine (10/5): Nice Cosy hotel - Very good location, just so convenient. The staff are good as helpful in assist us on questions that we have. It is good for friends and couple as you need to walk a distance for train. Not very convenient for elderly n toddlers.
