• Verified traveler (8/5): budget hotel near the beach and d mall - the hotel is only few minutes away from D-mall and the white beach. Very quiet surrounding, but has cafe, restaurants and everything, just in 1-2 minute distance. The only thing is that there were so many ants in the bathroom when we threw food leftovers in the trash bin. the staffs were nice. overall, butget friendly and good location.

• Shawn (2/5): Stay at your own risk - There was a mix up with the reservation. We arrived and the booking was canceled, despite having extra rooms available the hotel manager refused to accommodate our reservations and work with the situation. The staff is unable to make decisions independently at the hotel and had to email to an associate that lives in Poland and Korea during the down season. This is a Filipino problem as the country's concept of customer service in the hotel industry hasn't caught up with its neighbors Thailand and Indonesia in being organized and accommodating its guests needs. There were blood stains on my sheets and only one outlet in the room worked. The location was good though.
• Alex (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff. A little hot in the room with just the fan, but it was good value for the money and for Boracay. Easy to get here from Carabao and it was nice being close to but not at White Beach

• Isoebel-Nicole (6/5): all in all a ok stay. - I enjoyed the quiet side. But my room had alot of spiders and insects every night falling on my bed. So I was a little worried being coverd w bugs the next day day.

• Jerry (2/5): This is not a resort we would recomend to anyone! - We were robbed in this resort in our room when we were sleeping.No forced entry, they had a key to the room. Security guard was sleeping and no security cameras. Lost over $10,000 in cash, jewelry and electronics.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Prime location - SUPER friendly staff - although a relatively minimalistic place to stay, the staff & location make-up for any short-fall. very easy to get around to the main shopping area (D'Mall) & very well positioned to many other attractions. located smack-bang on bulabog beach - the views are amazing. many water activities during our stay (scuba, para sailing, island hopping etc) in July departed from bulabog beach which made it ever more so convenient. definitely returning to isla kite if i ever have the chance.
• YVONNE (6/5): Dead mosquitoes on bed - I strongly believed that the room has been vacant for quite some times and the bedsheet has not been changed by then which I could see the dusts and dead mosquitoes clearly on the bed.
• Kiam Farn (8/5): good if you are plan for budget boracay trip - Its convenience to central market, d mall. Walking about 5minutes. Worth with the price. Just a bit quite at night time, its good for rest.

No welcome at all..just grab bag and follow.go to eat food.told not welcome to sit at tables because have private party.next morning the place was like a pig den.had to seek other accommodation immediately due to just how unfriendly this place was.there was no apologies when I explained to them how poorly I was treated..just the owner wanting to get angry.to be honest my son is in top 15 in world tour for kiteboarding I wouldn't get lessons from here either..just so unprofessional..no refund given. I just never been treated so badly. .
• Jacob (6/5): Great place to stay if your a kitesurfer! - Great place to stay if you love kitesurfing, right on the windy beach in boracay, short walk to restraunts ect. room was clean and cleaned daily, the staff were very friendly and helpful…. rooms are pretty basic but you get what you pay for
• Dominic (8/5): Nice quiet hôtel in front of the beach. - This hotel was exactly what I was looking for, I nice and quiet hotel near the beach. A quiet place at a walking distance from D'mail and all the activities of the white beach. I cannot complain about this hotel it was a nice stay for me.
• Josh (4/5): Would not recommend - AVOID THIS PLACE. Before I stayed here, I viewed various photos of this 'resort' and read up on a few reviews. From what I could see, this place seemed well rated. On arrival, I was quite disappointed though. I have travelled Thailand, Indonesia and Fiji recently and am basing this review on other budget accommodation I have stayed in. The photos on Expedia/Trip Advisor are misleading. The rooms are small, very loud and I found a few cockroaches and insects in mine. I could hear my neighbours every night while trying to sleep including some sounds I really did not want to hear! As well as the disappointing room, the rest of the guesthouse is quite poorly maintained and has little appeal on the eye - there are dogs and cats everywhere around the rooms/facilities. Although this guesthouse is right on the beach, the beach is not as nice as Whitebeach (the main beach on the other side of the island) Whitebeach is about a 7 minute walk and I would recommend rather staying there Overall, this accommodation is extremely budget and in my opinion is not worth the money you pay. There are many other places in Boracay that are cheaper and provide better conditions/facilities - GO STAY THERE!
