• CHIHIRO (8/5): 音を気にしない方は快適だと思います。 - 清潔で綺麗です。スタッフの対応も凄く丁寧で素晴らしいです。 夜中にノック音、騒ぎ声、車やバイクの音が深夜はうるさい、ウォシュレットが使えない、女性用は使えるみたいな感じでした。

• CHIHIRO (8/5): 睡眠不足で仕事でした。 - 綺麗でスタッフさんの丁寧な対応が凄く印象に残るホテルです。 隣の音がうるさい！深夜のノック音がすごい！声が響く。TVのボリュームも気にかけないと周りに迷惑をかけると思う！防音をどうにかして欲しい。

• SHOTA (10/5): 快適でした。 - 浴槽が大きくて最高でした。 欲を言えば入浴剤（有料でも可）が有ればなお良いかもしれない。ただ浴槽の事が分かる連泊やリピートの人に限定されるかも知れませんが…。 洗面台の排水が悪かった。 エアコンの設置位置で懸念されるのが寝ていて直接風があたること（今回は空調を利用していなが感想が書けない）特に女性の人など嫌な人は一定多数居ると思います。 部屋の備え付けスリッパの利用は抵抗が有りました。 アメニティのアイテムとして追加して欲しい。

• HSU-KAI (10/5): 房間雖然不大，但井井有條。床非常舒服。人員也親切有禮。房務做的很不錯，整潔乾淨。浴室、廁所、洗手台三點獨立，對兩人以上的住宿者很方便。浴室裡有矮凳可以使用，減少跌倒風險，很貼心。自助式早餐很美味，住了三天，菜色都有一些調整，不是一成不變的， - 服務人員很親切，早餐很好吃，床很舒適，房間也很乾淨 地點離車站稍遠，可能是春天附近農田耕作的關係，戶外空氣有異味，但飯店內不影響。

• Sofia (9/5): 若要趕早上的飛機離開熊本，這裡是就近睡一晚的好選擇，穩定的住宿品質，極具競爭力的價格。 - 單人使用房間跟浴室空間寬敞，還有小型浴缸可泡澡，浴室水量大且水壓穩定。內部整理乾淨，床鋪舒適好睡，停車免費且入住手續辦理迅速。 離熊本空港有ㄧ小段距離，只能靠計程車往返，房間未看到咖啡或茶包，還是需要在1樓自行取用並不確定，因為櫃檯人員並未說明1樓備品的項目。

• Rebecca (7/5): - The bed was very comfy and the desk was nice. Unfortunately we could see black mold in the air conditioning unit. This would have been blowing spores around the room which is not good for your health.
• 安井 (10/5): 家族５人３部屋利用 - 全室禁煙とバストイレが別なこと。清潔感もあり変な匂いも感じなかった。歩いて５分〜１０分位のところにホームセンターとスーパーが一緒になってる店舗、コンビニ、飲食店も数件ある。他の部屋の声がしなかった。朝食券は朝の混み具合をみて購入し利用できた。 今回２泊してコインランドリーを利用しました。コインランドリーだけちょっと年期が入っている印象。乾燥機の位置が少し高めで160cmの私では取り出し残しがないか確認するのにちょっとだけ大変でした。折りたたみの台とかあれば洗った物を置けるし軽くたためるので嬉しいかも。

• kyoko (5/5): 良くなかった点を除くと、他は良かったです。 - 朝食は、品数が多くて、美味しかったです。 フロントの女性の声が小さくて、高齢の私には聞こえずらかったので、大きい声でお話をしてほしかったのですが 一向に小さいまでで、同伴の若い女性に聞き取りをお願い致しました。 「聞こえない」と言ったときに、まず、お詫びと大きい声で対応をしてほしかったです。

• 田崎 (5/5): 残念でした。 - 浴槽が広く窮屈感が無く快適でした。朝食が凄く充実して美味しかったです。 窓の横にある24H換気口の説明が無くて、部屋が中々温もれず相棒は毛布をフロントにお願いして1枚増やし（その時に説明があれば⤵️）エアコンのタイマーを2時間に設定して就寝、頭の冷感で目が冷め外の音（車とバイク）がするので、窓が開いてるのかと確認したが閉まっていたので夜が明けるまで布団を頭から被って寝ました。相棒も目が覚めたのでもう一度音と冷感をたぐってみたら24H換気口に気づきプッシュ開閉式の換気口だった。その説明さえあれば快適でした。

• SUNHWA (8/5): 아소골프여행으로 가성비 좋은 편리한 호텔 - 아소지역 부부 골프여행에 이동거리 최적의 위치입니다^^ 주변에 야키니쿠(나베시마 2번 갔네요ㅎㅎ), 이자카야 등 도보로 먹을 곳도 몇 군데 있어 괜찮습니다. 호텔 내에 심플한 매점ㅎ도 있습니다. 편안히 잘 지냈습니다!! 7박8일 일정이었기에 주변 식당이 조금 더 많아도 좋겠다라는 살짝 바램이 ㅎㅎ
• にゃんちゅ (9/5): 良い - ロケーションがよく、バス、トイレが分かれている部屋でしたので快適でした。 国道沿いの立地のため、周辺の飲食店や買い物を歩いて利用する際は国道を渡る必要があります。交通量が多いため、横断時には十分な注意が必要です。（危険ですので横断しないで、迂回をお勧めします）

• 宮﨑 (10/5): 満足！来年もここに泊まろうかと彼と話しました！ - 水回り独立型がすごく便利でした。 その分トイレもお風呂も広く、快適でした。 良くないと感じた訳ではないのですが、浴室ドアのゴムパッキンが黒く変色している部分がありました。 水回り独立型に改装した名残りかも？ 主婦目線で見れば仕方ないしこれくらい、で済ませられるのですが、シビアな人が見ればイチャモンつけられそうだな…と感じた部分です。 掃除は行き届いていたのですが、変色はどうしようもないですもんね…
