The main problem for me was the WiFi that goes in and out, probably the worst hotel WiFi I ever experienced. Hope it can be fixed because otherwise this is a top notch establishment!

• Van (8/5): Good value in Pattaya South - Comfortable rooms! Great location, close to lots of (Indian) restaurants and food options, about 15 minutes walk to the Pattaya Walking Street and beach. The hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast included fresh fruit, juice, coffee/tea, breads, choice of scramble or fried eggs, ham and sausage. The pool was good to avoid the heat of the day.

• Kirill (9/5): Хорошие впечатления. Удобное место расположение. За свои деньги все супер - Ездили в паттайу вчетвером. Все опытные мотоциклисты и любители тусовок., поэтому расположения выбор был находится в шаговой доступуности от пирса и улицы ВолкинСтрит откуда пьяному можно пешком дойти в отель . Это большой плюс отеля. Бассейн открыт круглосуточно , тоже был критерий при выборе, часто возвращались после часу ночи и тусили еще у басейна. В самой Паттайе купаться нельзя, везде грязный берег и вода тоже грязная. Съездили на военный пляж, далеко ехать смысла нет. остров Колан все равно лучше. Поэтому купаться ездили с пирса на острова. На скоростном катере 300 бат в обе стороны. Прокатиться с кайфом интересно. Можно на пароме за 30 батт в одну сторону. Тоже кайф. На острове тоже можно взять байк за 250 и объехать все пляжи. Кайфовое место. Рядомс отелем улица с индусами. Много колорита и индийской еды. Много массажек с хэппиэндом. По отелю, отель старый, пошарпаный , брали номера подороже с плоским телевизором. В номере двери из номера в номер. Удобно. все чисто, уборка каждый день. Персонал приятный. Завтрак однообразный. У Бассейна никого кроме нас за 10 дней не видели толком. 1 или 2 раза кто то сидел по одному и все. В общем и целом. Расположение удобное для тусовки на волкинг стрит и езды на острова. На Волкин стрит в Руссо туристо будтн осторожно. Подмешивают в коктели что то. Голову сносит наглухо. В перемешку с кексами и травой вообще веселые ночи.

The Property is close to night action just 5 min walk. There are charges mentioned inside the room for different things which is fine. Breakfast is charged if you book in your booking. I will recommend this hotel for next booking. They don’t provide services like cab or van.

• Robert (8/5): It’s ok for what you pay basic and clean. - Its not expensive to stay there its also close to other amenities ie restaurants etc. The hotel’s location is right on a main road intersection the traffic noise never really stops especially motorcycle.

Was told on arrival I was in King room. Your pictures miss represent the rooms condition. Room was noisy from main road in night, you should say to make guest aware of potential noise. The room was very tatty and definitely needs a make over and repair. Kettle provided but no cups Horrible plastic shower curtain which I requested to be removed. Your pictures are not adequate of the bathroom room. Advertised is stove top , not there Dinning table- not there Safe not secure I could lift away See attached pictures This is my reaison I cancelled the next 9 nights.

I arrived slightly earlier then check in time and the staff is very flexible to let me taking a rest in the bed room. Thanks for that, its far too hot around Pattaya. All staff are very helpful to explain and assist for check in without necessary to use Google Translate App at all. Very polite and informative. For the price I paid, it's exceptionally amazing for solo traveler. Very spacious room, hot water, free glasses of bottled water x2 every day. Strong wifi, Great Air Con, Quiet, Additional Wooden & Cushioned Lounge, Swimming Pool in common area, Optional Basic Breakfast at your own reasonable cost. With the location closes to everything surrounding, I will rebook again. To me, the facility and the services are outstanding to its own price that we, as solo traveler to pay for. But in future, it would be fantastic if there is laundry service can be provided and I am happy to pay for. Because the nearest laundry shop is still a bit of distance, I think around 150metres? Under the hot weather, I am sure Manita Boutique Hotel will shine in Pattaya with this additional bonus for traveler, and I am sure nobody mind to pay for additional cost.

• Marat (6/5): Pleasant - While the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for accessing main attractions, there are several aspects that need improvement. The photos on the website appear to be quite outdated and don't reflect the current condition of the hotel. The rooms show significant wear and tear and are in need of renovation. Being located next to a highway, there is constant traffic noise which can be disturbing. The breakfast lacks variety and becomes repetitive during longer stays.

And I liked the in room radio that was playing daily. The breakfast was very basic and it would have been nice to have more variety. The room I got on the first day on the southern wing had a ‘moldy’ smell and I requested it to be changed. They changed me to another room from the second day which was an inconvenient wait and hassle but the room given was satisfactory. Rooms on the Northern Wing of the hotel seems to have been renovated with more aluminum & glass doors which makes them better. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned anywhere during booking.

• rajdxbtraveller (10/5): Exceptional Hotel and Amazing Staff, Specially Ms. Prae - I always stay in this hotel and may be this is my 8th time staying here, I feel like home staying here, nice boutique rooms and amazing staff. It has excellent location nearby every thing. All staff are nice here, I want to specially highlight Ms. Prae from front desk for her exceptional gratitude during my entire stay, she always greeted with smile and made sure that I have best experience from upgrading my room and providing fan in the room for extra comfirt. I will always book this hotel for my stay in Pattaya
• inayaniwanders (10/5): Great price for it value - I booked through Klook for just one night. I could have stayed longer since it wasn't peak season. I had the pool to myself. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is accessible. I used Grab all the time. Only downside is that the room I was in has thin walls I could hear the noises room from the other room.

• Simon_OTreasaigh (4/5): Photos are misleading - We booked into the hotel and we checked out after about three hours. Not entirely the fault of the hotel but I will break it down below. I try to be understanding of cultural differences in my reviews, I really do, but we couldn't stay in this hotel. The positives are that the hotel reception area is nice and clean and spacious and the staff are polite and very helpful. The wifi worked all over. The internet smart TV has access to youtube, Amazon, Disney etc. Issues with the hotel. 1. Within twenty minutes I had found two large bugs within our room, one was in the bed. 2. The plaster shows signs of being rotten/damaged and just painted over. 3. Mold growing in the shower room. This was our final straw, we had a baby with us and were not risking staying here any longer. 4. The outdoor pool beds which look pristine in the photos, are dirty now from weather and have not been cleaned properly. There is detritus between the bed and the pillows and the white leather is stained brown from weather or worse. 5. As we came out of the hotel towards the pool, there are rubbish bags piled up up in full view. The pool itself is open to the carpark and the pristine lawn that is in the photos is not accurate at all. On a personal point, as much as I consider myself to an open minded person; I don't want to look at a swimming pool with three grandfather aged men cavorting with their much younger Thai girlfriends. It's loud or at least our room was loud. The hotel is right next to a busy four way intersection with a flyover above it. The streets are damaged and not safe for walking and certainly not wheelchair or buggy friendly. This is not the fault of the hotel in any way, its just to make people aware.
