• Harry (10/5): Sehr informativer Aufenthalt in Südthailand - Man fühlt sich wahrlich gepampert! Sofort nach Bezug des Zimmers Anruf von der Rezeption, ob das Zimmer genehm sei. Anfrage vom Hausservice, ob noch etwas gesäubert oder geändert werden müsse. Für ein gehobenes Mittelklassehotel sehr guter Service. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und reichlich. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Lunch im Hause und in der näheren Umgebung. Mehrere Einkaufsmärkte, sowohl Edel-Einkaufs-Tempel als auch Tages- und Nachtmärkte und -basare. Einige sehr schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten, besonders zu erwähnen ein Tagestrip in die District-Hauptstadt Songkhla. nichts zu beanstanden! Wirklich nichts!

• WAN CHEN (7/5): Overall it’s a good short stay for the price and location. - Location is central. We were accommodated at the second building, which I felt the security was quite lax as nobody was at the lobby to ensure no strangers come into the building and can just take the lift to the rooms (no key card verification needed at the lift). Some of the food at breakfast was quite cold.

Also, they deliver my request so beautifully which made our stay for 1st wedding anniversary much more memorable and special. Swimming pool although basic is well designed for both kids and adults to swim. Covered parking space provided. We booked two rooms; one king and one double bed. This was confirmed by the front desk. But when we got to our room they were both double beds. The bell boy told us he would get someone to adjust the beds but no one came. Called the front desk and she told us that if we get a connecting room, it is not possible to have a king bed configuration - which does not make sense. Had to get someone from my family to talk in Thai to the staff, then only was action taken. Half the TV channels don’t work. Wifi intermittently disconnects. No halal breakfast.

Unfortunately, they didn't inform on the description that this hotel is non-halal. I booked a room with breakfast, as I and my family Muslim, we didn't get breakfast.

A family room that is spacious, clean, comfortable, tidy, complete and sufficient for six family members. A soft and comfortable mattress. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The staff service is the best, always smiling, honest and friendly. The swimming pool is big and clean. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful, calm and comfortable. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. Locations that are close to the main focus of tourists such as Central Festival Hatyai, Greenway Night Market, Asean Night Market and other interesting locations. It's easy to get a Tuk Tuk service for anywhere and definitely a unique experience. Also close to places to eat, cafes or restaurants. Will definitely come back again.. Nothing.

• Johnson (9/5): One of the comfortable hotel in Hat Yai - I went to this hotel two years ago (end of 2023), back then was fine. But, now, I believe they have upgrade themselves in pool , gym, and the bed too. Everything looks new to me. They have 3 blocks of room, I have taken the back block, it is quite. Their breakfast have so many varieties, you able to skip a meal after having their breakfast. Overall, worth to stay in this hotel.

However, after arriving and staying at this hotel, it turned out to be very satisfied and continued to stay another day. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, complete room equipment, quiet atmosphere, large swimming pool, easy parking, location close to all tourist hotspots. very worth the price. Very nice experience at this hotel, will definitely come here again and will stay at Buri Sriphu Hotel. No.
