• Quessy (9/5): Belle expérience luxueuse dans la baie d’Halong - Bateau très luxueux. Nourriture de bonne qualité et en très grande quantité. Le coût des breuvages étaient plutôt élevées et il y avait beaucoup de touristes lorsque nous débarquions sur les iles.

Pulizia, cibo e personale al top, soprattutto DJ che ci ha coccolato durante i pasti. Le escursioni sono organizzate bene e ti consentono di visitare al meglio le principali attrazioni della baia. Super super consigliata e da rifare. É stata una parentesi tranquilla e di lusso del nostro viaggio in Vietnam.

• Kimberley (10/5): Une croisière inoubliable - Nous avons été surclassés. Cela était très appréciable. Le personnel est très professionnel et d’une gentillesse immense. La nourriture était excellente. La décoration du bateau est magnifique. Malgré la météo qui n’était pas au rendez-vous, notre séjour sur le bateau était inoubliable. La baie est magnifique 😍 Petit plus : le personnel a aidé en dernière minute mon copain afin qu’il puisse mettre une musique spéciale pour sa demande en mariage. Nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse. Tout a bien fonctionné ! La mariée a dit oui 😉 Les visites proposées sont exposées à un surtourisme (nous l’avions lu et allions en connaissance de cause). Si nous devions refaire la croisière, nous privilégierions un tour moins touristique mais qui semble tout aussi beau. Nous étions sur une croisière avec un groupe de 40 indiens. Le manager a voulu faire un clin d’œil à ce derniers en mettant une longue playlist de musiques indiennes. Rien contre la découverte d’autres cultures, mais le clin d’œil aurait pu s’arrêter à quelques musiques. J’étais là pour découvrir le Vietnam et non l’Inde 😉 Il était indiqué sur le programme de la croisière qu’un orchestre jouait le soir. Lorsque nous étions sur le bateau, le manager nous a informé que le lundi, le groupe ne jouait pas (jour de repos). Cela devrait être indiqué sur le programme afin de ne pas donner un faux espoir.

• PAULA (10/5): Genial - Crucero muy encantador y súper romántico por la bahía de Halong. La comida genial. El personal atento y amable. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, con balcón y vistas preciosas. Recomendamos al 100% La media de edad era un poco elevada. Éramos los más jóvenes con 30 años, la gente que había rondaba los 50 aprox. Está más pensado para gente mayor que para gente joven. Por la noche tranquilo. Si quieres un ambiente más festivo quizá no sea lo mejor, si vas en pareja es muy romántico y tranquilo.

• Donal (10/5): Go with Paradise Sails - Our Paradise Sails cruise in Ha Long Bay was wonderful. We sailed on the Legacy, it was only a few weeks in service when we went on the 2D/1N option. The staff really pamper you, and the activities and stops kept us busy and entertained. Well worth spending a little more to travel in style and safely.

Paid for scenic over night boat trip. half the trips were rushed or cancelled and we got back to port 3 hours earlier than paid for. There should have been a significant refund but this was refused. You spent the whole boat trip with multiple other big boats around you. Not at all how the website or pamphlet sell the experience. A very expensive trip that didn’t deliver.

Il cibo è buono e abbondante. Esperienza assolutamente consigliata per vedere e vivere una parte della baia di Halong in relax. Il WiFi funziona male e non arriva in camera. Le escursioni sono affollate perché fatte in luoghi dove si recano anche altre barche. Noi abbiamo preso il kayak, per il quale bisognava pagare un supplemento... Probabilmente è stato un errore di comprensione nostro (pensavamo 15000vnd) ma ci siamo trovati a pagare 15 dollari per mezz'oretta, ho trovato questa cifra esorbitante visti i prezzi locali.

This started with the booking process and carried all the way through. The beds and bed linen were great quality and the bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. And, of course, we were in a very special setting. All the processes worked and we were always on time as per the schedule. If you are looking for value for money then choose a Paradise Cruise. You will not go hungry!

• Sebastiaan (10/5): Amazing time out at sea - We got upgraded to the Paradise Elegance. Amazing experience, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, it was an excuse to relax and indulge. The food was great and in great quanitity, and it was nice to have a balcony and deck to watch the sunset from. The activities were mostly fun, the initerary can be found on their website. The bamboo boat excursions werent great due to the rocking, and there were two of these on our itinerary. I spotted the boat we were supposed to be on, and it does not look in as great a condition as the photos. If you can get on the Elegance for the same price, I'd definitely recommend it!
• Florencia (7/5): Good enough, we saw Ha Long Bay - Cozy rooms, many activities for guests to spend the day but also time to relax. Clean and comfortable, good facilities (for the most part). Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. Beautiful scenery all around All of these seem to be pretty typical of these kinds of cruises at this price point: - Shared itinerary with most other cruises out there, meaning sites are packed with other tourists (save some of the kayaking activities and one of the caves) - Food was not very good. Certainly edible but not for everyone. Someone got food poisoning during our trip. - Somehow a cockroach made it into our room and our bathroom stunk like drainage.

I highly recommend this cruise the atmosphere was lacking in the evening. The rooftop closed by 8 PM, with loungers and sofas already put away, which was disappointing as it was the perfect time to relax, socialize with other passengers, and create memories. From our room, we could even see and hear music and lively moments happening on other boats

The beauty of Ha Long Bay in combination with an excellent treatment we got from the crew made it really unforgettable experience!!! The food was amazing, room was very comfortable, well maintained, spotless clean rooms. Personeel was very professional and super friendly. The program is well organized. We loved the fact it was a smaller cruise, made it very cosy and relaxed. 200% recommend to this cruise when visiting Ha Long Bay. Absolutely nothing.

Le gite sono organizzate bene Noi abbiamo chiesto il trasferimento da Hanoi ad halong bay e viceversa. Se avete tempi stretti, organizzatevi con il ritorno da soli perché i tempi sono lunghissimi . • PINELOPI (10/5): - We loved the boat design,, the food and the whole experience. The stuff was very friendly. It was nice taking the taichi and spring rolls class. Also the dinner with Ao Dai dresses was a cool idea. Of course keep in mind that all the places in Halong Bay will be very crowned but this is not related to the boat. Highly recommended.

• Christophe (8/5): - The staff was very nice, the suite with private terrace was amazing to get relaxing moments with incredible views. Maybe for that price we would have expected a bit more of "atmosphere" onboard, maybe some music on the top floor to have drinks etc. It felt a little bit dead sometimes
• Madoka (9/5): - From hotel pick up (additional charge) to the various activities, they were well organized and everything ran smoothly. The food was great. Usually when traveling solo, I can only order 1 dish at a time but thanks to the cruise’s lunch and dinner courses I was able to enjoy many dishes. Also, I received excellent support via email when booking because I didn’t realize at first that actual payment is directly to them (not via booking.com). Their response was prompt and kind. Nothing negative to say about the accommodation itself. Just would have liked a little more support/explanation for the last activity of the night, squid fishing. Were we supposed to have bait on the hooks?
