• Rebecca (9/5): - Super Lage, gratis Getränke und Bar, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres Frühstück! Uns wurde sehr engagiert bei der Suche nach einer Autovermietung geholfen. Das Punktesystem war etwas verwirrend; die Handtücher wurden nicht jeden Tag automatisch gewechselt sonder mussten gegen Punkte „eingetauscht“ werden. Trocken werden die nassen Sachen bei der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht, daher solle man den Wechsel auf jeden Fall in Anspruch nehmen.

• Takayuki (10/5): 価値のある満足の宿泊 - 中心地まで徒歩5-10分でまったく不便なく快適かつ静かに過ごせた。すごく考えられた運営設計で、洗濯(洗剤、柔軟剤)や朝食、無料のお茶、細かいアメニティ(追加のハンガーやアイロンなど)、おもてなしの心意気を細かいところに感じて大変満足しました。建物自体は新しかったりラグジュアリーというわけではありませんが、水回りも綺麗で本当に快適に複数泊して素晴らしい滞在になりました。 あまり思い当たりません

Respectueux de l’environnement dans une démarche zéro déchets, ils sont au petits soins pour nous, nous offre toujours plus de services gratuits, dont le bar à saké, le bar à tisane et à thé, les vélos location gratuite et j’en passe! Minibar gratis con café, agua fría, tés y bebidas. Sistema de puntos si no te limpiaban la habitación. Habitación espaciosa. Lavadoras gratis. Cercano al puerto para poder coger los ferrys a las islas y ciudad andando. Puedes dejar el coche en el alojamiento. Humedad de la habitación pero seguramente por el clima sea inevitable. Tener que dejar las llaves del coche por las noches en recepción. Poco espacio para guardar ropa (perchas y falta de armario).
• Kathy (10/5): Relaxing, sunny, beautiful, healing - It was close to the ocean and park nearby. Unfortunately the beach nearby is not open until July. All staff from the receptionists, housekeepers, and kitchen staff was so incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast was so balanced and delicious. The fresh fruits, breakfast beverages and free sparkling water with mixers were so refreshinf on the hot day. Felt like home away from home. I really liked their environment point incentive vouchers. We ended up having amazing Gelato with the vouchers. I would 1000% stay at this hotel again when coming back to Ishigaki. Unfortunately the free rental bikes were too big for my extremely petite body but that wasnt the fault of the hotel. I enjoyed walking and exploring all the shops near 730th and petting all the stray kitties at the nearby park.

• Anthony (10/5): Great place to stay in Ishigaki! - This is the perfect place to stay if you spending a few days in Ishigaki. The hotel is in the perfect location. It’s a 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal, downtown, and a beautiful park across the bridge. Family mart is one street away if you need anything. The hotel staff is amazing. They’re super friendly and helpful with anything you need. The hotel has everything you need for your stay. They have breakfast in the morning, complimentary tea and drinks 24/7, and free alcohol drinks in the evening. The property is very clean and has plenty of parking if you have a car. I would recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again. The only issue with this hotel beds are hard.

Bon petit déjeuner salé et sucré , très bien réapprovisionné. Très bon emplacement à 750m du port pour les départs des ferry pour les îles voisines. Idem proche du terminal des bus. Pour se rendre en ville depuis l'aéroport, bus 5 direct pour le terminal des bus sinon bus 4 . Konbini juste à coté . Le lit double un peu petit.

• Lina (5/5): Do not recommend! - I liked the herbal tea offered the most, brewed in teapots. There are also free alcoholic drinks, but this is not relevant to me. On the day of arrival and departure, the staff was pleasant, although they did not speak English. The hotel also offers shoe dryers, drinking water and washing machines for free. We chose the hotel based on good reviews and I am very surprised by such a high rating. The hotel has come up with various rules that make a vacation on the island not more comfortable, but more stressful. Breakfast until 9, but already at 8 you will not find food, for example boiled eggs, which were served at 7 in the morning. At 8:30 they start collecting food (and with bare hands), for example pancakes you have to go to the kitchen to ask for. The food has a very limited choice and practically all of it is cold. The smell is often unpleasant, especially in the elevator and in the room. I accidentally looked under the bed, and it probably hasn't been cleaned there for years. One morning I didn't fill out the sheet for changing towels, it was very unpleasant communication and unfortunately we didn't receive any bonuses, only on the day of departure maybe from the owner. We have been in Japan for three weeks and only the best reviews about hotels, but not about this one.

• Agnes (8/5): - A lovely low key hotel close to the Ishigaki port. It is super easy to catch a ferry, or just walk around the town. The rooms are spacious, the equipment inside is on the minimalistic side (including a Japanese water boiler which stopped working at one point). The rooms are very clean. Downstairs there is water (hot and cold) available all day as well as other drinks. Breakfast is delicious and features many local products. The staff is welcoming, limited English is spoken. Not enough parking space next to the hotel, but the hotel has additional parking spots close by.

Hervorragende Lage - etwa 5 - 10 Gehminuten vom Hafen weg. zu empfehlen :) Teils hörte man Geräusche aus den Nachbarszimmer, aber dezent.

The breakfast selection seemed small at first but I always left full. We enjoyed the afternoon herbal tea selection a lot, and the seating area was used quite frequently by guests so the hotel had a certain liveliness. There are a lot of various drinks for free throughout the day, such as sparkling water and coffee. The rooms were a little dated but comfortable.

• JANE (10/5): - We loved everything: the fantastic breakfasts, the laundry facilities, the position near the ferry and bus terminal, the helpful staff, the comfortable beds with lovely cotton sheets, the healthy food and drinks - choice of 10 or more herbal teas, vinegar drink, the fermented milk drink and the free awamori and whisky with ice and sparkling water on tap. The added bonus is getting eco vouchers for foregoing towel change and room cleaning, which can be used in the hotel shop or pizza restaurant. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Kaeru-chan (9/5): - The location near the harbour was convenient and it's easy to reach by public transport (bus) from the airport. The hotel isn't big so it felt homely, especially with the various offered amenities (free sparkling water, tea & coffee and even alcoholic beverages for mixing a drink, bicycles to use, laundro mat and a fabric softener bar with 10 options, aroma therapy options etc.). The staff was also friendly & helpful and I liked their rewarding system when you stay consecutive nights and don't need daily room cleaning (you collect points and can either use them in the shops around or for products at the reception).
• Ruth (10/5): Our favorite hotel in the islands. - In a seven week cycling trip on the islands this was our favourite hotel. No other hotel gets hospitality quite as well. It’s very affordable, it has a beautiful public area with drinks and board games. The staff are all lovely and the room was great. We stayed in the double room with the smaller bed. It’s a 3/4 size and fine for us. It meant we had more floor space in the room. There was room for our bikes on the balcony. The location is about five minutes walk from the port making it very easy to take ferries to the islands. It’s also very central and close to the market area and all the sights. There is a family mart just around the corner and other stores near by. I can’t recommend this place more!

• VERONIQUE (9/5): Services à taille humaine et très bien conçus ! - Tout. L'hôtel est de taille familiale et regorge de belles attentions pour ses clients, étrangers et japonais. Il est adapté aux voyageurs au long cours et est très bien situé pour aller visiter les îles au départ d'Ishigaki. Le petit déjeuner fait maison et renouvelé chaque jour était très soigné.
• Jessica (9/5): Highly recommended - Everything was really good ; the staff very kind and welcoming, an excellent breakfast ; the room very clean and a comfortable bed. The hotel also gives access to a well equipped laundry ; bike rental is proposed. There is also free water and tea all day long. It’s situated 10 minutes on foot from the ferry and bus terminal. • Barbara (9/5): Ich komme wieder! - Tolle Lage fussläufig in die Innenstadt, kostenlose Parkplätze, super freundliches Personal. Und das Frühstück ist der Hammer, immer abwechslungsreich und japanisch! Ich werde wieder hier buchen, wenn ich wiederkomme!
