• Verified traveler (10/5): - We enjoyed our Mida hotel stay. The breakfast buffet was very good, the rooms and beds were quite comfortable and great AC. It was a refreshing to use the pool that was great for swimming laps. My only complaint was there is absolutely nowhere to walk to within the vicinity of the hotel.For instance, a coffee shop or restaurant would’ve been nice, We took taxis every time we left, and they were reasonably priced

• q80diver (4/5): bad customer service - i booked a deluxe room 3 months ago with booking.com and i requested it to be room 822, no one confirm anything with me, after several emails from me i received an email from the hotel "after 1 month of the booking" saying it's upon availability, when i checked inn the hotel receptionist told me that i booked deluxe room and room 822 is superior, hotel reservations management is very poor they didn't inform me about the mistake that i made earlier to change my booking from deluxe to superior.
• chayotp (10/5): Good Service and Good Value Hotel - Hotel is a good value and reasonable price on the room rate. Service is also excellent from front office and restaurant service staff. Room is comfortable stay. Pool is also relax. Hope to have a chance to revisit again in near future with family and friends.

• juju70 (10/5): Meet up with friends. - Great experience all round. All the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our 2 night stay. The first night we had a party and because of the very accommodating staff we all had a wonderful time. The menu was extensive along with good quality food.
• Lucia072021 (2/5): Other customer broke into my room - If you don’t want someone to randomly enter your room, especially when you are half-naked (although you locked the door), stay away from this hotel. Moreover, the hotel didn’t show even a slight of the responsibilities since they didn’t update the keycard of the guy who entered our room. They said sorry for this inconvenience, and that’s all. Literally, that’s ALL. What a disappointment for this kind of 4-star hotel to make such a stupid mistake, and not even try to show a shed of responsibility. Please stay away from this hotel. I warn you.

• iamthegasoline (4/5): Hotel with good food ONLY - Since I wanna get rest at hotel nearby Bangkok and I've booked under "Rao Tiew Duay Gun" (Thai government promotion) through Agoda and I saw that said this hotel was so great. Thus, I've decided to stay with Mida Hotel and it is the worst decision ever... - The window at my room doesn't soundproof AT ALL I couldn't sleep for the whole night because it's so noisy. The hotel is located on the main road and next to the factory. -The room was nice and clean but a lot of defects. - Once the check out time I've got a problem with the application (เป๋าตัง) the front office staff doesn't help me anything, only the woman staff from the restaurant came and assist me. Lastly. i would like to compliment only one thing is the staffs of the hotel restaurant which take care of me nicely, and also food there was good and tasty(Breakfast and dinner)
• briane653 (4/5): The 'Swimming Pool' is not really for 'Swimming', and the 'Exercise Facility' is closed! - Although, this hotel advertises a beautiful picture of a "Swimming Pool" and an "Exercise Room" this appears to be intentionally misleading. The 'Swimming Pool' is ~20 meters in length and at the shallow end ~18 inches, at the 'deep' end only ~36 inches deep so actual swimming is not a reasonable objective, paddling being more of an activity related to such a facility? The "Exercise Room" too is really not as advertised. I'm writing this on 3rd of Feb 2020 and at this juncture this facility, which is badly maintained, insect infested, and generally not as it should be, has been closed for the last 3 weeks, with not a mention of this when trying to book an over priced and often noisy room.

But the front desk staff were helpful but there was a higher than expected English language barrier. The room was smaller than the photographs led me to believe. The safe did not perform consistently.

• 203thierrys (10/5): So good place - I have been 3 nights at Mida hotel. The room was very clean, friendly staff and nice pool to relax. It is located near the big Pantip IT mall and The Mall shopping center. I recommend this hotel for a short and convenient stay in Bangkok.
• 891marenr (6/5): Adequate - I stayed at the hotel for five nights. The bed was clean and firm and the water pressure in the bathroom was good. However, there were some hairs behind the toilet that were there when I arrived and still there when I left...so housekeeping's attention to detail could be upped a notch. On the last day, my air conditioner started dripping pints of water all over the floor every time it cycled off - perhaps a drain was clogged? I mentioned it at checkout. As other travelers noted, the noise levels in rooms on the front side of the building are pretty intense. The windows are only single pane and there are gaps in the caulking in some places - so sound from the road really enters the room. This was usually quite annoying but was a benefit on one morning, when a sing bird sat on my windowsill, singing a pretty song. Throughout my stay, one of the staff members kept asking me about my return trip, asking if he could arrange for a return taxi. Perhaps he intended to be friendly, but his attention bordered on stalking - even calling me in my room multiple times (as I was trying to nap after a long day at work). I finally consented to having a hotel car take me to the airport on my last day, but asked if I could pay up front with a credit card. The lobby staff took my card and I paid for this service...however, when I got to the airport, the driver claimed that he had no record of my having paid in advance and demanded another 1000 baht. I showed him my credit card receipt and he just kept repeating that it wasn't for the car. Hmmm. Between the one individual's insistence that he arrange for my return trip and the driver's ignorance about me having paid in advance for the car, I suspect a sham.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Far away from happening places - This place is too far away from anywhere except the government complex and on weekdays going anywhere by car is impossible. No easy connection to the train either or food. On weekends, traffic is lighter but I will still go elsewhere if I have a choice and in Bangkok - there are better choices everywhere. Breakfast is boring and needs to be improved.
• DharmarajK10 (10/5): Friendly staff - A complete hotel for a visit to Thailand. Rooms are adequate but above all the staff are amazing. Thank you Kiki, Jena and JJ. Its in an area that is outside Bangkok and slightly cheaper than the other hotels in the city. If you have a car to drive around it is worth considering this hotel.
• KoGu_14 (8/5): Good Hotel to Stay - Stayed over a week. The following are places which is walking distance (need a bit more walk actually) from hotel to 1) MRT Purple Lane - Nonthaburi Civic Center (P11) 2) The Mall 3) Esplanade. Outside of hotel have less restaurants, which may need to travel to above malls to have meal or shopping. The receptions and almost all staffs are always have a wide smile on their face, very polite and respectful. Special THANKS goes to Mr.JJ for his guidance and friendly approach to take time to ask me some interest what i wanted to do - he will advise and guide me well. No issue on the English speaking. Breakfast quite reasonable. I love their salmon steak! This place has small gym room for basic lifting, can do cycling and run thread mill - all functioning and maintain well. The hotel manager always greet politely and would ask for feedback and if my stay is good - hard to get the type of manager take bit time to ask feedback and take care their customer! Well done. The hotel can arrange taxi. Water pressure awesome, AC cool. They do have promotion on laundry - check it out. Room size normal. You may get to city by using MRT (Subway) and interconnect to BTS (Skytrain) on the other exchange point. Recommended to use during heavy jam while if no traffic jam, suggest to use Taxis instead. The train journey even though can be cheaper but a bit longer.

• monsterf699 (6/5): This Hotel is really good but I got a dispute in my case - I have been living in this hotel on 20-22 for joining siminar. At that time a security guard ask me to park in the deepest parking lot near by laundry carts. After I left the hotel and park in gas station I found my car have got scratch (approximate 30 cm. and deep). I called the hotel the day after and I had talk with front manager. She try to basically check CCTV for me and call me back and she said the CCTV can see the whole of my car and see said she afraid she can't help me in this situation. The next day, my boss who have been to this hotel with me on those days call general manager and tell about this, so they welcome and will give me comfortable to check the camera and information. After I arrive, I went to reception and they bring me to the camera room and start watching CCTVs. I can see staffs working nearby my car by moving laundry things but the camera is not cover all of my car. We forward and backward the record several times (around 3 hrs.) because the quality of CCTV is low resolution. It isn't easy to see the scratch from long distance. Finally, a person in charge offer to take care about this by having a paint repair with his partner garage. I ask him to repair in a standard garage (Toyota Garage) because I don't know about this garage and also my house and the hotel is very far and terrible traffic along the way but he said if I don't want to get his offer "I can sue the hotel". I have to get this offer in the end. At last, 2 staffs insisted me to write a review before I left the hotel on that day but their tablet isn't work and it was 6 PM, so I have urgent meeting at that time. In conclusion, thanks to the hotel and some staffs for offer responsibility about this issue and give me a good support. they said they will paid for car paint fees whenever suits me and it will take 2 days to fix it. While I am writing this review I haven't my car yet but I promise them to write a review to the hotel. I will update the result after got fixed and I hope everything is going to be the happy ending. I also advise them not to work near by customer cars to reduce risk.

• Miko (8/5): 2 weeks at Mida as couple - Pros: awesome staff - anything you ask for you will get in minutes. Great room - very modern and clean with large rain shower head style. Hotel restaurant food was tasty but costly Cons: poor location for taxi - have to make several u-turns that takes you way of away from your route. No street vendor for food and had to take taxi to mall everyday, not even a 7-11 near by.The pool was closed for construction and no one told us. Although they didn't kick us out of the pool when we were in it. Since the top floor was under construction there were loud noises all day on some day starting at 7:30 am. No ice and if you asked for an ice bucket it cost 23 baht.
• Wai Ki (8/5): One night at Mida Hotel - The room is spacious and tidy. The staff is courteous and helpful. The transport is not very convenient though.
• Sam (8/5): Acceptable and Nice service - The room is clean, and people very kind and friendly, I consider this a good fitting choice for those traveler only staying at most 3 to 5 days. If you need to stay longer, maybe you would feel tired of the breakfast. The light of room is a bit dark for me, especially when I read a book and surf the internet with my notebook.
• Tomas (4/5): In the middle of nowhere - Chose this hotel for the close proxomity to hospital my wife attended for procedure. Hotel is hard to find and due to one way streets, taxi driver had to get help from me and Google Maps to get there. Standard foyer, reception not very forward, english almost non existing. Bellboy was great though. Room standard. I chose the deLuxe room wich provided me with a few extra square meters in a corner to no use what so ever. Bed comfy alright, view of turnpike and industrial storage. Surroundings have nothing of entertainment value. Closest minimart and food approx 10-15 min walk along heavily busy street and almost non existing side walks. Breakfast far below standard. Oddly placed tables in diningroom with wast spaces combined with crowded areas where passing between tables almost imposible. I see no reason to recommend this hotel. (except for the super friendly bell boy)
