Schlechte Schallisolierung. Kein respekthaftes Verhalten des Personals am frühen morgen (sehr lautes reden und lachen). Gâste zeigen keine Rücksicht auf schlafende Gâste (Nachtruhe Kennzeichnung fehlt). İch wurde aus dem Schlaf an beiden Nâchten (2 von 2 Tagen) geweckt.

Close to everything and a 7/11 supermarket just 5 minutes away. The stairs, because it had no elevator to go to the fourth floor, however the staff was so friendly to carry the luggage for us. The very very small swimming pool in the front.

Location is excellent- right across the street from the beach and could walk to Bang La Road in 10 minutes! Lovely pool area also! Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and free bottled water! Staff was very friendly and attentive also! If you are someone that wants a resort style hotel then this isn’t for you. But we had a comfy bed, cold A/C, nice TV, amazing shower, minibar, fridge, all the necessary items. And it was $85 / night! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this little gem! We did not have one complaint about this property!

The lady booked on for two people rather than the four requested. She was not helpful at all and insisted it was for two, when we clearly asked for four people. The lady who booked us in was great though!

Przez całą noc było słychać chałas, muzykę i tłum ludzi, izolacji chałasu w ogóle niema. Złamany prysznic, brudna łazienka oraz wentylacja. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and incredible proximity to the sea. The housekeeping service was attentive and efficient, keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. But above all, I want to highlight the front desk staff, who truly went above and beyond. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made a significant difference and elevated my entire stay. I’m already looking forward to returning soon!
- Gabriëlla (9/5): 3 days stay - The location was very great, right on the beach, my room had a sea view, which was very beautiful at night. The hotel offered laundry services. I could also have my sneakers cleaned. Which was very convenient. The room was specious and clean Nice big TV, but the cable options were not interesting. For such a nice room, the hotel can definitely upgrade to Netflix, so you can still enjoy your time at the hotel on a rainy day.

- Allan (3/5): Up to you if you want to stay there. I moved to another hotel after 2 days, even I had booked a week. - Great location, nice staff. For sleeping ok Nothing like the add says. The shower didn’t work properly, the TV had 3 channels of poor quality, the chairs on the balcony was worn and uncomfortable.

I think the price is a bit on the higher side, it could be better.

My flight was unexpectedly changed and I had to leave at 5 a.m., but reception only works from 6 a.m. to midnight, so there was no one available to return my deposit. Since then, I’ve messaged both WhatsApp numbers they gave me and now no one reads or replies to my messages. No solution at all. Also, the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, and the reception is not even located in the same building as the rooms, which is very inconvenient. Totally irresponsible service. It’s unacceptable to keep guests’ money and then ignore them. I would never stay here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I had to leave early due to an unexpected flight change (5 a.m.), but reception only opens at 6 a.m. and there was NO ONE available to return my deposit. Since then, I’ve messaged both WhatsApp numbers they provided and they are completely ignoring me. No reply, no solution. It’s a total lack of professionalism and respect. On top of that, there’s no elevator, and the reception isn’t even in the same building as the rooms. Extremely inconvenient from the moment you arrive. I honestly don’t know how this hotel is still operating. It’s not just bad service — it feels like a scam. Avoid this place if you don’t want to lose your money and have a terrible experience.

- Daniel (7/5): Good - The photos they posted are tricky. I paid extra for a top floor and they did not have available for shorter stays. So they gave me a first floor which is a lot more noisy and the view not the same as they portrayed in the photos. I did get a refund after my stay thanks to booking.com getting involved. The attitude of the stuff. But I wouldn’t judge my experience in Phuket , or Thailand based on that. Just one person doing the wrong job I guess.
- Anname' (6/5): Okey for moneu paid but will not recommend - The location is great, right in front of the beach. The room was clean. We booked the room with no sea view but our view was of another rooms balcony so we never had any privacy. Our shower was blocked the entire time. We went to staff twice about it. Someone even translated but their answer was okey and nothing was done.

Staff not available from midnight till 6 am. If you take a water bottle from the minibar housekeeping will come in the morning and bill you 6 times the market price.

- DAVID (2/5): Worst hotel experience of my life - This was the most horrible hotel experience of my life! Upon checkin I was lectured by an extremely rude hotel manager for not having my booking reference. Despite her having my passport and a printed out booking slip with my details on it right at her counter. My name and details are the same and they have the booking slip and keys ready for me, yet she is lecturing me about why I don’t have the booking reference?? On the first morning of having my room cleaned an invoice was left in my room for “damaged glasses”. There were never any glasses in my room upon checkin. I know this because I had to walk to 7-11 to buy plastic cups in order to have a drink. When I inquired with the hotel manager about this, she called all the cleaning staff to the desk and proceeded to interrogate me over apparent broken glasses in the room. Despite this being a completely wrong and false claim. It was very upsetting. So much so, that I checked out the next day to find alternate accomodation. The hotel manager seemed to find this amusing when I explained why I was leaving early. I was unable to gain approval from the hotel for any type of refund. So I have lost four nights accommodation and was charged extra for damaged items that never existed in the room.
- Nene (3/5): My stay was extremely disappointing, with the only redeeming factor being the sea view - The only enjoyable aspect of the hotel was its location. Conveniently close to the beach, all essential amenities, and the famous Bangla Road. The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning The room was not clean. The bathroom sink had mould around the inner edge, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, it felt like sleeping on exposed springs. Overall, very disappointing.
