Would be more comfortable even though twice the cost.Check-in was the worst! No one in office. Had to try to talk and understand a foreign person through a little box. Key card under doormat. The wind blowing and traffic noise made it impossible for me to hear. Thanks to my wife she figured it out . Under the mat was a half a dozen other key cards also. Never again.

• Lee (8/5): Nice place with fair price and wonderful staff. - Lodging was comfortable, met all our needs. Ref, MW very nice remodeled bath. Hard floors was nice versus carpet. Clean and nice firm beds to sleep in. Did not really use TV or WiFi but we’re available. AirConditioner worked well with a remote was a plus. Lighting in the room gave you lots of choices. We came as a fishing trip and needed a place for boat which they were very accommodating even provided and outlet to plug in to the boat. Staff was very friendly and took very good care of our needs. Will definitely stay there again on our the fishing trip to the area. No breakfast included but nice restaurant across the street. Price was very fair for the room we had. Outside appearance was neat and well kept. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
• Ann (10/5): Top rating - We have stayed at this motel for a number of years. We spent two nights here and the room met our expectations. They saw that we had a refill of the towels, coffee, soap and shampoo. They asked and we gave permission for them to enter our room while we were away in order to bring in the new supplies. The owners are the best.
• Asondra (10/5): - The place was very clean. Every thing up to date. Nice bathroom and flooring. Bed a bit hard. Best place I’ve stayed at in a long time and I travel much. I give it a 5 star.
• Bob (6/5): - Didn't find the remote for the a/c till the morning we left. When staying for more than 1 day towels and wash cloths should be provided without asking. Otherwise the stay was good.

We stayed two nights and received clean towels for both days. They waited until we were in the room to give us the fresh towels for the second day. This was done so that they did not disturb our privacy.

• Janet (8/5): - Our stay was May 17, 2023. The motel is under new management since May 1, 2023. The owner was kind and helpful, and the room was very clean and newly painted. I rarely stay at motels, but this one was in a convenient place for us, and there is little else around the area in terms of accommodations for travelers.

There was sufficent soap and shampoo and the bathroom was very clean. The towels need to be a little thicker. We have stayed at this motel a number of times over the years while visiting family in the area.

• Rachelle (8/5): Price is right! - The inside of the room was updated and very clean. It had newer appliances, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There was not an ice machine on site so bring a bag with you. For the price it was a great stay!

• Dale (8/5): Surprising - This little motel doesn't look like much from the outside, but was pleasantly surprised by the room. Paint scheme and paintings are a bit funky, but as far as cleanliness, the owners do a great job. Shower, tub, sink, beds, floor etc were all super-clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room had a microwave, coffee maker, 2 free bottles of water, decent tv and an air condition with bedside remote. For the money, it's a solid choice for a traveler passing through.
• LARRY (8/5): - motel was clean and room seem to be updated. Front desk was a little rude; she hung up on me when I ask a question about where my son should park his car but she called back and gave me an answer. Overall, it was a clean place to lay my head.

• Tamara (8/5): - I liked that it was 1 story- no stairs. I liked that I could park right outside my room, and walk in. I liked the feel of the smaller motel s versus the larger multi-room jotels- more personalized. My only complaint was that I couldn't seem to get the ac to cool the room down. The owner said they sent maintenance to check it- but it was extremely hard when I was there. It never really got comfortably cool. Oterwise, it was a very nice place, and I would definitely recommend it.
• Charity (6/5): - Room was clean and you can tell they’ve tried to update everything. Only issue was shower didn’t work well, could use a new shower head/faucet. Would stay again for the price/convenience if needed for the area.
• Jeanette (8/5): Absolutely no visitors or pets on property! - At first I was very pleased with the ease of my arrival. The area was clean and the owner seemed friendly. When I picked up my room key I told them exactly who was staying and that the dog was leaving. I had some family that was staying in the room with me and other family members that stopped to watch my Grandson open Christmas presents. No plans of the family staying long at all and the owner called the room immediately on their arrival and stated no visitors. There is no where stated no visitors on the property.

We ended up having to hire a taxi driver from a town 30 minutes away to go get it and UPS it to us. We almost had to drive back. I have no interest in giving my business to uncaring and indifferent people.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - This was a horrible experience. I booked a confirmed reservation through Travelocity for 2 nights. It was for $55 a night. I booked this a week before I left for my trip. It was the last room available. I drove 2 hours to get here, and when I went to check in, the lady went around the wall of the desk and came back with her phone and said my reservation was canceled. I was like huh? I confirmed with a credit card, there was a no cancel policy when I reserved...Why would I cancel, it was the last room there. Then she says, they have a room for me...I was like....umm, how much. Now it's $80 dollars a night......Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what was going on. So I left and went to the next town and got a hotel.
