A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. All children under 18 years of age must have an DNI or passport to be identified.
In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport.
It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax.
Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

Que por medio de booking respondí cuando me preguntaron si traía movilidad, me señalaron que debía coordinarlo y lo hice, envié todos los detalles sobre mi vehículo, aprobaron mi petición y cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que no tenían espacio y que no podían hacer nada. - CSD1975 (6/5): Basic Hotel with Friendly Staff - This is a very basic hotel. The rooms are spacious, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast — although quite limited — is perfectly fine for this type of hotel (and the breakfast area actually looks nicer than the rest of the property). The downsides are the strong smell of food in the hallways and room, a drain odor in the bathroom, and a room that feels rather uninviting — with the bathroom feeling even less so.

- 202duanek (10/5): Highly recommended hotel in the center of Trujillo, Peru - I spent three nights at this hotel. The location, a block away from the Plaza de Armas (city center), could not be better. As a Casa Andina property, it has a great Peruvian ambiance. My room was comfortable, and all the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I would especially like to thank Jesse in the hotel restaurant. Although Trujillo is unusual among Peruvian cities in that it does not allow mototaxis, the front desk staff helped me to schedule a 4 am taxi pickup the night before my departure.

- CARLOS (9/5): disfrutando el viaje en las instalaciones de Casa Andina. - Me agrado la comodidad de la habitación, la comida en la cena exquisita( probamos un exquisito cabrito a la norteña) y también el desayuno( nos sorprendió los cubos de chicharrón y los complementos, mejor que un hotel 5 estrellas, sin duda vamos regresar. Bastante seguridad con la puertas de ingreso y el registro rápido. Esta a una cuadra de la plaza, pudimos acercarnos y ver el desfile el día domingo. --------

La habitación daba a un patio de luces por lo cual era tranquila, sin ruidos de la calle. Pudimos dormir cómodamente. Baño amplio con ducha grande. Cuidado con el escalón de entrada y salida del baño. Desayuno buffet completo; platos fríos y calientes, dulce y salado. Personal amable, simpático y dispuesto a ayudar. Atención personalizada. Siempre preocupados para que nos sintiéramos a gusto y no nos faltara de nada. Nos sentimos como en casa. Lo recomendamos y volveríamos a alojarnos en este hotel. El agua de cortesía que encontramos en la habitación era de pago.

- William (8/5): Very good - Excellent breakfast with fresher food than most places in town, with an espresso machine to make a fresh Americano. Relatively quiet for the historic center of town. Fitness center has less equipment than previous stays, they need an elliptical machine. Bathroom doors were very inconvenient, it was difficult to enter. To get to the sink you have to move the door inwards then move to the side by the shower and then close the door. The hot water took 15 to 20 minutes to get to a hot temperature in the shower in my fourth floor room.

Ms Eliana was very accommodating during the check-in process and the room was very comfortable, although the bathroom is quite small. Breakfast the following morning was very good. I've been to other Casa Andinas, everytime I travel but in Trujillo, where it's cold, no heating...one small blanket that couldnt cover anything. They offered me a space heater that barely worked...i woke up cold and shivering much of the night. The breakfast was very very very limited. There was not many options like other Casa Andinas. It's better to go to Costa Del Sol en Trujillo. You get your money's worth. In Lima and Piura Casa Andina is awesome
