• Venkataramanan (9/5): - Fragrance Viva was a pleasant hotel. It is perfect for stays alone or a couple. The staff was very friendly and prompt with their services. Special mention to that staff Elaine, Eve, Firdaus, Ryan, Venesh and Namira! They made my stay memorable

• Georgios (1/5): Stay away, this is a place only for adult business. - It's 10m walk to Telok Blangah MRT which served my purposes. Nearby cafe makes good waffles. Wifi not horrible. Stuff quite friendly. Service daily for "normal" guests. Essentially a place where people come to do their adult business. No sound proof whatsoever. The "hotel" does extremely low effort to disclaim this. If you travel for work or with family stay away, most clients come for two hours and do their business and then they are gone. Horrible sound isolation means you hear everything going on in the nearby rooms. With 2-3 hour frequency. Cleaning service therefore operates even at 1am to ensure next clients can have a room. Mould everywhere in the bathrooms. I am sure this is pretty much illegal at this point.

• Maurice (7/5): Other than window and balcony, the rest was 10/10 - The environment was epic There was no window and balcony, it is hard to differentiate between night and a day, unless you check the time

• Roger (8/5): An adequate budget stay for those who need proximity to Vito city - The room was basic and everything was in working order it was also within walking distance from the harbor front. The room is very small and difficult for 2 people to negotiate.

• Margie (6/5): This is really only for sleeping, shower and toilet need. - I like the bed and the cleanliness. The hotel is quite far from MRT so had to take the bus first before going to MRT. There's only one convenient store nearby so there's not much store or other restaurants to eat from and the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. The room/bathrooms are neat and clean but there are not enough towel for hand and feet. The toilet is good with bidet however, it's weird because the bidet seem to be for a left-handed person so it's hard to use it when you are right-handed. And there's no fridge nor microwave facility so you can't take out food or drinks. There's no conditioner. The shampoo and body wash is one and the same which is fine. But other hotel with the same rating or price would have more amenities.

• Jessie (8/5): Worth for a 2 nights stay. - Its quite small yet the bed are comfy. Two bustation away from MRT.. Bus wait less than 5 min to move around. The big mirror in the middle of the bed room. .

One person staying there told us that this hotel is only for -18 affair and he was actually waiting to check in to do his affairs!!!!

Had to travel a kilometre on foot to go and buy breakfast. Room 207 / Room 208 There are no fridges if you want to keep fresh milk for tea or buy something that needs refridgeration The bathroom is a single room with shower floor adjacent to toilet, meaning everything gets wet during a shower Wifi is very good Room 207 The Toilet flushing was a bit poor The bathroom door lock broke Some cleaners were vacuuming and preparing rooms during the middle of the night...

• Suzanne (10/5): Over all a very good choice of accommodation in SG - The staff were all so helpful and friendly, especially William, kina and Elaine. There was someone on the reception desk 24/7 The room was adequate for a 2 night stay. Room cleaned and beds stripped both days, and staff always with a smile. The wet room shower was great with very good water pressure. Location was central to a hawker complex, a shopping centre and mrt. All within 5-10 minute walk. Plenty of buses available too to go into other areas. Mrt system was excellent, and very easy to follow, with staff constantly on hand if we weren't sure.... The AC could have been more effective, but over all this did not make it a terrible stay. Just would have been nice if room could have been a little cooler. There is nothing bad to say! The location was in a more residential area, but I felt very safe walking alone at night, and local chickens accompanied me home!!

• ミ (9/5): I had two lovely days staying here. Despite the cons, I would stay here again if I had the chance to return. I hope they - The staff were so nice and friendly, especially Jenny. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is pretty near the Sentosa Express. The walls are not soundproof (I can hear noise from other rooms). I had a bad experience with the toilet. When I went number 2, I had to flush 3-5 times to get rid of everything.

The train station was about 500mtr walk to connecting lines or there was a bus stop around the cnr for other options. Nice cafe around the cnr with nice meals The room was small and didn't have a seperate toilet so when you had a shower, the toilet got wet aswell. The latch on the bathroom door didn't shut. There was no mini bar fridge in the room. The noise from other people (possibly staff cleaning rooms) late at night was frustrating. Alot of banging and slamming doors!

• Steve (2/5): Very disappointed - Staff where friendly The bed was rock hard. The best was pushed against a wall so one person had to climb over the other. The bathroom hot water was lucky to last a few minutes and shower head didn’t work at all so when using hand held it leaked and sprayed everywhere and flooded the bathroom. The staff knew about this as they supplied a towel on the toilet to wipe down after. There was bad mould in the grout of the tiles .
