• Annie (7/5): Pros and cons - A lot a things close by (local market and shops). Easy access to downtown with short drive (grab), good AC, good breakfast Bathroom needs more maintenance, no window to view the outside, walls seem thin

Завтрак - не шведский стол, можно выбрать одно блюдо и один напиток на завтрак, не объешься, но в целом ок. Но видели, что другим гостям предлагали другие варианты завтраков, более объемные, не знаю с чем это связано, по как есть. Номера приличные Немного странный выбор картин над кроватями в комнатах, а также шторки в ванной для прозрачной стенки - с плесенью. По столу бегали маленькие жучки, не тараканы, но тоже не прям огонь. Наше окно выходило на шахту лифта:)

Mais, pas de fenêtre et les toilettes vitrées qui donnent sur le lit. Chambre sans fenêtre et salle de bain entièrement vitrée y compris les toilettes avec vue directe sur le lit. Un manque d'intimité.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding staff, especially Amee at reception. She is an absolute gem and the epitome of top-tier hospitality. During my recent stay, Amee went above and beyond to assist me with numerous requests, from managing incoming deliveries to coordinating courier pickups—all with incredible efficiency and a warm smile. What amazed me the most was her willingness to help, even after hours, ensuring that everything was handled seamlessly. Amee’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests are rare qualities that make a world of difference. She is the primary reason I keep coming back to Hotel Soco. It's clear that she takes immense pride in her work and genuinely values every guest’s experience. Hotel Soco has everything you’d want in a great stay—comfortable rooms, a fantastic location, and wonderful amenities—but it’s the exceptional staff, led by stars like Amee, that make this place truly unforgettable. Highly recommended! I can’t wait for my next visit. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi. It works well for most of the day but can slow down a bit in the evenings—likely because everyone is back in their rooms using it at the same time. That said, it’s a minor issue compared to the overall excellence of this hotel and doesn’t take away from the incredible experience they provide.

• George (8/5): Overall good experience - It's in a good neighbourhood which is quiet. Overall the room was clean and other amenities were also provided. Staff was also excellent and they helped us with the adjustment of the booking. Breakfast could have been improved as the options are quite limited. The location even though is calm is not accessible to any forms of local transport as you have to walk a couple hundred metres through alleys and get to the nearest bus stop.

In 24:00 housekeeper ( allready preparing to sleep ) took motor byke and brought me to the shop kilometer away to buy beer! Bed is comfortable, really clean room, but staff is main reason I could come back to this hotel. If I would run hotel I would be happy to have staff like staf in Signature Boutique hotel. There is no window. All other things were very good, for sure value for money.

The alley is quite big that grab can pick up in front of the hotel. - Good decorations: beautiful rooms and lobby - My first room 203 has ants and mosquitoes (I had feedback once) - My second room 403 has smell from drainage place. If we don’t use bathroom, which means don’t have water in drainage. The room is too smell. (Eg: I come back the room after meal for about 1 hour, the room is too bad, we spent around 20mins to wait for smell is gone)

We have to thank staff for ordering us Grabs all the time to our sightseeing places and delivery when we couldn't go out. The area is not bad but it's better to stay a little outside Walking Street (too far in and it's a mess at night especially in the weekend)

On the 2nd last day and the cleaning lady took some cash from my personal bag while I was out for lunch. She even had the audacity to swap a broken note (which was unusable) with a good one from my bag. I would avoid this hotel in the future.

Room is dirty and poorly ventilated, carpet and bathroom need a good cleaning, moles noted at the ceiling of the bathroom, a shade needs to be drawn every times when using the bathroon due to the design of the bathroom, it is quite inconveninent .staffs are friendly and very helpful.

• Just_the_Wanderer (10/5): Beautiful hotel, hidden from the noise of the streets - We stayed here in one of the VIP rooms, was very comfortable and nicely decorated, the staff at the reception had some difficulties to speak English but they could speak enough ensure our comfort. The location of this hotel is in a narrow alley, but it helps you keep the noisy main street away from you. I would come here in a couple trip
