• alkahef (3/5): - Internet was not available for 2 days And no alternative solution was provided I was disconnected to world when i arrived And the staff asked me to go out and buy sim card to have Internet while they should offer me a connection at least for 10 m yo inform my family that u arrived safely Also hotel should have plan b for such situation. Also hotel did not accept to transfer the bill amount to thier bank account They said this should be done before few days while this should be written in the booking information

• Manuela (3/5): Not a good budget hotel - Friendly staff The property is quite old and looks not taken care of. Budget hotels can be pretty and well taken care of. This ibis looks like an old prison.

• Aitana (9/5): Cómodo - Las camas muy cómodas y con cortinas, por lo que casi no entraba luz. Muy buena ubicación, puedes llegar andando al centro. Incluye travel card. El parking del hotel costaba 30 francos la noche, pero se puede aparcar en la calle desde las 19:30 hasta las 9 gratis.

Intentaron ayudarme pero no pudieron solucionar el problema dijeron que sería un problema de mi celular. Creo que en realidad habían habilitado solo a dos personas y no tres como debieran haberlo hecho. Lo cierto es que sigo de viaje en otro hotel y si puedo conectarme.

• Nick (9/5): - The location obviously, the Ibis was clean and the staff friendly and accommodating, we definitely appreciated the latter checkout time This isn't a big deal especially as this was a "cheap" room booked because we couldn't find anywhere else for that night, but even the most basics of tea and coffee making facilities as well as a small fridge to keep a bottle of water and some milk for the coffee would be hugely appreciated, tea and coffee is available downstairs in the bar/lobby but in room would better

• Francisco (7/5): Boa relação qualidade preço. Limpo e perto de transportes - Limpo e sossegado. A localização não é mesmo no centro mas fica relativamente perto de uma estação de metro/comboio e autocarro. Disponibilizaram cartão de transportes para toda a nossa estadia. Fiquei 3 noites e só fizeram a cama um dos dias.
