- Jana (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Städtetripp. - Es war überall sauber, das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstücks-Buffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Kleine Highlights waren die tolle Bettwäsche, das gut geplante Badezimmer und der Saunabereich. Zu diesem Preis heute beinahe umschlagbar. Danke. Wir kommen gern wieder. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt mit der U-Bahn geht zügig und das nahegelegene Einkaufszentrum ist als Schlecht-Wetter-Alternative zu empfehlen.

- Tamara (8/5): - Die Lobby und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, wobei mehr darauf geachtet werden könnte das Milch nachgefüllt wird sowie die Nougatcreme 2 Tage stand im Gang ein Tablett mit Frühstücksresten, Dusche und Toilette waren die Scheiben verschmiert, man sah das es nicht ordentlich gereinigt wurde!

- Regina (9/5): Wir können das Hotel jedenfalls empfehlen und kommen wieder. - Das Zimmer ist schön groß und man hat genug Stauraum. Der frische Obstsalat und Ananas beim Frühstücksbüffet waren besonders lecker. Die Bar ist auch einen Besuch wert, sehr nette Bedienung. Die U-Bahn-Station ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Wir hatten Glück und haben einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel ergattern können. Auch in unmittelbarer Nähe kann man kostenlose Parkplätze finden, ansonsten ist ein Park&Ride-Parkplatz eine U-Bahn-Station entfernt, was eine gute Option ist. Das Brot war für unseren Geschmack sehr trocken, wir haben mehrere Sorten ausprobiert, das ist verbesserungsfähig.

They refered to booking.com but after sending few messages via booking and then emailing them, they just dissappeared and didn't respondat all. Very unprofessional. We asked to check in 1 hour earlier than the check in time, the charge cost the same as what we paid for the night. A bit ridiculous.

- Dietmar (9/5): Sehr gutes komfortables Hotel, gerne wieder. - Verkehrsmässig als Zwischenstopp ideal, sehr sauber und gepflegt, gute Sauna mit langer Öffnungszeit am Abend( bis 23:00 Uhr), sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück Starker Lärm an Straßenseite, ruhiges Zimmer nur mit Nachfrage, Tiefgarage relativ teuer (25 € für Nacht)
- Helmut (2/5): - Bei der Buchung war von zwei aneinanderliegenden Zimmern mit Verbindungstür die Rede. In Klammern nach Verfügbarkeit. Buchung wurde bestätigt. Da gehe ich davon aus, dass ich das auch so bekomme. Dem war nicht so. Und mit Kindern war das für mich ein K.O. Kriterium. Auf Nachfrage hat man uns vertröstet mit dem Hinweis auf die Verfügbarkeit. Sehr schade. Bei so viel Automatismus kann man sicher die Bestätigung entsprechend anpassen und mitteilen, dass ein solches Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung steht. So, war es einfach nur eine unruhige Nacht.

- Bernhard (8/5): Sehr schön - Bei diesem Aufenthalt war alles sauber. Das Hotel hat offensichtlich dieses Problem in den Griff bekommen. Allerdings sollte sich die Bayerische Stube einen neuen Koch suchen. Besonders einen der auch die bayerische Küche kapiert hat hat. Der angebotene Kaiserschmarren war eine Frechheit. Das war vor ein paar Jahren besser. So gewinnt man keine Touristen für die bayerische Küche. Im Gegenteil! Wie gesagt — Die Bayerische Stube.
