The only thing I would recommend for the jacuzzi ,I’m I will be going back is that the Jacuzzi needs a hand bar when getting out a little bit challenging for older people.

Taylor (8/5): - The room was better than expected. Two beds and a kitchenette, and the bathroom was updated. A keurig was provided in the room, but no coffee so we had to ask at the office. Fairly clean, except they didnt check under the bed (mcdonalds cup and a dirty sock). The staff were nice but we didnt interact with them much. We also had very noisy neighbors. Up late, drinking and yelling, and the walls are thin. Overall, it was a decent price for what we got.

Alexandria (9/5): - We were able to get in at the last minute. No breakfast & was a little confused as to whether I was supposed to be charged or not for a pet. Someone responded, saying we wouldn't be charged, and then I was charged. Other than that, it was a nice room.
Sheryl (5/5): - Large room. Booking a room in the basement literally means "in the basement". There were four us with different handicaps and having to do MANY steps down and then back up was very difficult. Lesson learned. I'm sure though, if you get a room on the ground level, it would be a much more comfortable stay.

Mark (1/5): I would never return to this place. - Nothing . Really hard to find anything good to say. The guy at front desk was pleasant. It was a slum type room - a very noisy old air conditioner. Broken off baseboard heater. Pet hair in the bed. It stank of sewage or bad drains. The mattress and pillows were old and awful. My partner had to sleep in our truck all night - it was so bad. Could not wait to be out. I couldn’t believe this 1 night cost $200. It was the worse place I have ever stayed in. It should not be on booking.com

Melissa (2/5): - Upon check in, I was informed that I booked the "wrong kind of room" and should have booked an upstairs room because I had a dog. I booked the room a month and a half in advance and was never contacted to make any changes, despite requesting a pet friendly room and receiving a "yes" response from the motel at the time of booking. He tried to charge me an upgrade fee, which I refused and he finally agreed not to charge me after some back and forth. I then asked how much the pet fee was and was told $25. I checked on expedia before paying to be sure, and it was listed at $20/night. This guy is a classic scam artist, so make sure you have written documentation of what you booked and how much it is. The towels were dirty and the pillows were very flat. Could also see water damage in one end of the room on the roof and floor. Otherwise, the room itself wasn't terrible, but I won't be supporting this place in the future due to the shady check in transaction.

Next time I travel to Pincher Creek and surrounding areas I will book suite 147. I loved it. Then the guy at reception was excellent has people skills. He lifted us up. Keep on doing what you do.

The kitchenette has all that we needed in preparing simple meals for our small family. The staff were very kind and accomodating and were so responsive to our requests. It was much cheaper than hotels in Waterton but the quality of service was superb! Will definitely go back!❤️

They moved us to a different room that was a family suite and didnot charge us more money. They also gave us a fan as it was very hot in the rooms. They tried to make it right so i do commend them for it. The bathrooms are beautiful and updated. That is aboit all that is uodated.

From the images on the website site it appeared that there was a breakfast station as well as ice however was not provided info to where to get.

Bonnie (3/5): Avoid this Motel Unless Desparate for a bed - The location - can walk downtown in just a few minutes. There was water damage on the ceiling tiles that made them bulge over the bed - looked like it could give way anytime. There was also water damage on a door frame that made the frame bulge and was brown in colour. The towel rack in the bathroom was missing and large holes in the wall left unfixed. The room was advertised for 4 people (2 double beds); yet there was one coffee cup and only 2 water glasses and one coffee pod. We did ask for more pods and they were provided. No box of Kleenex. Absolutely overpriced for the dungy room. Obvious no upkeep on the room/building.
Mailyn (6/5): - The pricing was too expensive for a motel and the room was not properly cleaned. When we got there, the fridge had frozen chicken and half a size of corn. Behind the chair was a dirty piece of gloves or socks, my family did not dare touch it. It was a last minute booking and couldn’t find anymore availability from other accommodation places so we didn’t have any choice.
