• clarson14 (10/5): Random trip with my kids. - Good service with check in. Person behind desk was very friendly and personable. I believe their name was Hope. Hope was super helpful. Rooms looked a smidge dated but were well enough and clean. Breakfast was nice. Some of the hot food choices were still on the cooler side but had flavor. Coffee, tea, juices and milk were all provided. Would have been nice to have a microwave to make the cooler breakfast as warm as I would have liked but all in all, we would absolutely stay again if we ever come this way!!

• dollyb749 (8/5): Many family members stayed at the hotel for a funeral - The staff who checked us in were so very helpful. A lot of family stayed there for a funeral. It was great, the breakfast was good and a nice little bar!

• Joseph (5/5): The room was nice and exceeded my expectations. I was appreciative they allowed pets. - The room was nice and exceeded my expectations. The closer for the rear entrance needs to be repaired. It didn't work and the door slams shut and woke me up multiple times each night. The lock on the rear entrance door didn't work either which did not provide for a secure environment. The rear stairway was filthy and needed to be vacuumed. I didn't receive any housekeeping on the second day of my stay. Breakfast is served 6-9 am and by 7 am it was all gone.

• bradm638 (8/5): Small town Hotel - I went back to small town in ND for a family matter. The accommodations are extremely limited, the Cobblestone Inn is a fairly new hotel serving a specific demographic, smaller towns in North Dakota with needs for modern accommodations. The management staff were efficient and friendly the room was modern, nice, clean and on the 2nd story. The is no elevator but with stairwells at ether ends, which wasn’t an impediment for me. If one had a disability issue the first floor would be one’s only option. There’s a rest room, workout room as well laundry facilities on the first floor all clean and functional. There’s also small bar, separate seating lounge, and breakfast area where a morning breakfast buffet is provided in the room rental. It was nice hotel in small town.
• dslazers (8/5): Very nice hotel! - Nice new hotel. Good size rooms.Big parking lot. Bar & restaurant on site. Gas station, grocery store, Mexican restaurant and other restaurants close by. Continental breakfast every morning was good. Would definitely stay again. I noticed lots of electrical outlets in the parking lot to plug your diesel into in the winter time.

• Cathy (6/5): - Someone’s alarm went off at 3:30 am and stayed on for 2 hours. I could hear a TV on all night and doors open and close very early in the morning. I didn’t get good sleep while I was there.

• photodramallamaw (10/5): Perfect Spot to relax & enjoy - We had a great stay at the Cobblestone. The rooms were clean and nicely laid out, and having the complimentary breakfast was great! After a long day, the lounge was a nice place to relax with a beer or glass of wine. Also a pet friendly hotel, which is always a plus. I would for sure come back!
• Ione (5/5): Return home trip - It was where we needed to be - Harvey. Return trip to home state after 60 years. Few options in the area for hotels and restaurants. We could smell dog (a wet one) in the room. The windows do not open. The bed linens were made messily and did not match. Carpet was very dirty. One night - we dealt with it.
• Paul (5/5): - Location was close to friends we were visiting. They ran out of bagels, eggs and or sausage by 8:30 and didn’t offer to make more even though breakfast was advertised as 7-10 am. The bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. The carpet and walls weren’t very clean and the carpet had a tattered seam right as you walked in making it the first thing you noticed.

Storm warning with possible tornado in area and there was no specific plan or advice of close shelters by staff when asked prior to emergency. Staff seemed more concerned about there cars, staff needs, and personal family at home than their customers safety and well being when warning of tornado came across tv for Harvey ND. Luckily all patrons were safe this time.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - When checking in I was charged $20 more the order. When asking for the reason, the receptionist answered with no patience with poor explanation.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Summer Trip - The hotel is not in as nice shape as it was when we stayed there a few years ago. In particular, the fabric on many of the breakfast room chairs was stained. And the breakfast was grim: cold omelettes with congealed salsa. Staff members were pleasant.

The hotel let us bring our cats and stay in there extended stay room for have the price. It was much appreciated. I know they have road/highway workers in there so maybe use flooring and carpet by bed. Also white towels are not white and need to be bleached.

• vondal107 (8/5): Nice - The beds are pretty comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet. When I asked for clean linen my request was fulfilled. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. The hotel was full and still a quiet place to stay. The room was clean. The deadbolt on the room door would not work, but it was fixed the next day without me asking again! :) The breakfast was your classic hotel breakfast. The breakfast area is rather small for the size of hotel. But the breakfast hours are good! I will say that if you don’t get to it early a lot of items are gone. The coffee was good, but the area around the coffee makers were sticky and messy. The hot water was more lukewarm. I asked for a rag to wipe a table because they were dirty and it was given to me. I also asked for hot water and I got that too. So, even though the breakfast tables and coffee area were not the cleanest when I asked for something to clean it the staff gave it to me. I have stayed at this hotel many times and this time it was a good experience! Thank you!

There was a long wait in the morning for food and coffee to be replenished in the breakfast room. There seemed to be a real lack of training in the staff in the way of hospitality. Upon checking in there was no greeting, we were not given any direction to our room. My credit card was swiped and the room cards handed to me. The staff member was wearing a baseball cap backwards, which is not typical of a nice hotel and seemed unprofessional. A request for an extra chair in our room was bluntly denied.

• Andrew (4/5): - Checked in online. Was supposedly given a virtual door key. This property does not have an elevator so I had to carry my bags up the stairs. When I got to the door, the virtual key on my phone didn’t work. Had to carry bags back downstairs to the front desk. Staff was a little incredulous and didn’t even say sorry. Room is nice.
