F&B team members are accomodating and lovely Great location - close to SM mall. Will recommend this hotel to anyone who is after convinience of heading to a mall. I was advised during check-in by a team member named Juan that breakfast would be 800 pesos. When I queried the price 24 hours later, the breakfast turned out to 850 peso. I explained that I had been quoted a lower rate, but he simply smiled politely and insisted it was 850 pesos. I’ve noticed a recurring trend in the Philippines where misquotations occur frequently, and even when corrected, staff often insist the guest pays the higher price. If you want breakfast, I recommend booking a room inclusive of it to avoid surprises. PS: The breakfast itself was quite mediocre.

• Chris (6/5): Still say the BBQ on Fridays was the best thing for me…. - Location and the sky bridge to the mall. Friday night BBQ dinner was fantastic… Supper friendly staff and willing to accommodate for all requests. I would absolutely recommend and return. There was some construction on the 6th floor but was tolerable. The tv system was shit… they were updating with new technology but they haven’t worked out the software yet… but it will be completed very soon. They happily moved me to another room where the tv was good for a couple hrs but went right back to needing software update. Other than that.. Nothing was bad.

Room service was slow, had to cancel our order after a couple hours of waiting. Room cleaning was also a bit late. We left early morning and returned in the afternoon, and our room still wasn’t cleaned. They did arrive around 3PM, that time we were already tired from our day out. So we decided to skip room cleaning even though the floor did feel dusty.

• Heather (8/5): Excellent location and friendly staff so are willing to overlook the disappointments. - We found it a perfect location being literally connected to SM Lanang Mall - so convenient. It is also close to the Airport and to Samal Island. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The Buffet Breakfast was excellent with a large array of choices and a change of a few dishes each day so it didn't get over familiar. We appreciated that the staff were very friendly and polite. We would definitely stay there again for convenience sake. We asked for our rooms to be close together but for the first 2 nights of our 4 night stay one of our family group's room was on the floor below us. Unfortunately our toilet was leaking and the bathroom door had a missing hook but the maintenance crew replaced the hook as soon as they were informed and gave us an extra bathmat to place around the toilet floor area so our feet wouldn't get wet. The shower door also didn't close properly which was a bit annoying. Also, sadly the gym was also being renovated so what was provided was crowded if there were more than 2 people trying to use the room.

• Roger (7/5): - Room size ok. Bed great. Swimming pool small but with surprisingly cool water, good for swimming anytime during the day. Definately too expensive for what they offer. Staff was very slow to act, walkes like blind through the restaurant.. Takes ages until they realize to fill up sth or remove empty plates. Breakfast buffet ok but you can see they save on anything costly especially at the restaurant. Coffee was extremely bitter, close to undrinkable. Their comment, we also think its kinda bitter.

• LIZA (5/5): Location is great if you want to be right next to the mall. - The location right next to the mall made it worth our stay. We requested to be moved after being sick of lack of sleep. Noise from the next room is unbearable as noise still runs up until 5 am. We thank the hotel for granting our request. It does not mean noise has topped next to us but at least we had a bit of a sleep.

Ich freue mich jedes Mal schon auf das gute Bad und den guten Kaffee zum Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben keine Balkone, da es eher ein Business-Hotel ist. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt im Rahmen einer Urlaubsreise würde ich es deshalb nicht buchen.

Appliances (Cable TV, Table lamp, Wall Power sockets, Sink faucet, WC) not in good condition. Worn-out towels and pillows. Breakfast is repetitive, low quality offering and definitely poor value for P850++/head Need to lift up to the Radisson service philosophy "YES I CAN" If not because of the location advantage with SM Lanang within walking distance, the hotel may otherwise be a let down.
