Bedden zijn ook heerlijk! Niks te klagen. Je bent afhankelijk van welke kamer je krijgt of je een balkon hebt en of je uberhaupt uitzicht hebt op de bergen. Wij hadden een kamer waar we niet buiten konden zitten en geen balkon hadden, dit vond ik tegenvallen voor die prijs. Op het observation deck kun je gelukkig wel alsnog genieten van het uizicht.

It was very convenient to have the car parked at the hotel while we went for hikes. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we got a discount with some of the local shops when we showed our hotel card.

• Rene (10/5): I give this property and A+ - The location is perfect. Walking distance to Zion National Park entrance/shuttle service. Located feet from small market, restaurant & outfitter company for hiking The Narrows. Also walking distance into town for shopping, restaurants and local chalk the lot/music festival. The pool and hot tub were open and very clean.
• Dione (10/5): Best location for Zion with beautiful, clean rooms - There is no better location than Cable Mountain Lodge. It sits right around the corner from the Visitor Center, which is stop #1 for the Zion Shuttle to go in to Zion Park. So there is no need to figure out transportation to get here. Zion Outfitters is also right next door, so we could just rent our gear for the Narrows and return everything easily. There were a lot of food options for the evening and a market.There is a lovely pool with a large hot tub. Two people in our group had massages at the spa which was nice after a long day of hiking. The rooms are very clean, and there is a large fluffy bathmat, and very large towels for a hotel. They also gave us 6 pillows. Overall we felt like this was the best decision we had to stay at this hotel and felt very fortunate we had chosen it. There were 3 couples staying in 3 different rooms, and each room had a slightly different configuration: one couple had a large kitchenette with a toaster, stove and long countertop, another couple had a smaller kitchenette with a toaster and no stove, and we had the smallest kitchenette (microwave and fridge only, no stove, toaster or counter space), but we had a larger dresser for our clothes. I would have been happy with any of the rooms, but just fyi, that each 'King Room' is different. Perhaps it's because we booked it through a third-party site. Maybe if you book the rooms directly with them you can choose the room type you want.

• Henry (9/5): Shortest walking distance to ZNP. - The location is excellent. The value proposition would be weaker, but for the fact that this property is right next to the walk-in entrance to Zion National Park. No worries about where to park. Though I didn't take advantage of it this time, on a prior visit, my wife and I made a spa appointment, which was great after a long day of hiking. The food options in the morning were sufficient, and the on-site restaurant is good. The only things that weren't great were being on the second floor (though this did give a better view out the window), and the weird concrete barrier that suggests going all the way around on the sidewalk instead of going directly to the staircase for the second floor suite. The prices at the general store are kind of laughable. We decided it would be better to just go to the on-site coffee shop instead.

I wouldn’t get wall suite room again if sharing with another couple.With only one bathroom (no on-suite) it was difficult.Be forewarned, the pull out bed was uncomfortable &broken.We slept on a slant and hardly got any sleep!(room 326) We had a top unit.It was great!I was worried we'd get a bottom unit(heard a lot of complaints with noise)

• 831bradyw (2/5): Worst night stay in 50 years - I have never left a review for a business in my life. I travel a lot and have to say I had the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. The room above us was noisy from the poorly built hotel and this started at 6:30am. I called the front desk to let them know and nothing was done about it, and not only was nothing done but then the cleaners came in at 9am banging everything. We went to the front desk and spoke to the manager who was an older lady, whose reply was there was nothing she could do about it. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here to find a different hotel.

• joelle (10/5): Perfect place to explore Zion - The location here cannot be beat - you are staying (and parking) at the visitors center. The pool was nice and the views were great. Room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. I would have liked a robe!

The hot tub/ pool was a life saver after a hard day of hiking Zion. Booked two suites for seven days. One ended up on the upper level (of two levels), with balcony. The other suite was on the floor level , slightly smaller, with a small back porch. Would have been nice if both rooms were the same.

• Tom (10/5): A great stay in a great place. Hard to beat. - Really a great lodge in a great location. Rooms were outstanding and large and comfortable. My room included a full kitchen. A short walk to the entrance to Zion National Park. Convenient to the bus into the park and the bus line to Springdale. Great spot. I think it would be better if the lodge had its own public area like restaurant/bar etc.

Outdoor deck at the end of the hallway, nice pool and hot tub. Great pub, coffee shop, store, souvenirs just steps away and you get a discount with a room card. If you want to catch the shuttle to town that’s tricky because the Zion park stop has a huge line. Would plan to walk anywhere in town that you want to go. But the location/views/park access were still awesome.

Unhelpful staff with no empathy for my frustration - It was close to the entrance to the Zion National Park Our room was located around the back on the ground floor. The view was a steep gravel dirt. There was “no view” as such. I was expecting a view over the mountain in front as this is what both booking.com and the hotel website show. Nowhere on the booking did it say we would be on the ground floor at the back with no view

• Karen (10/5): Pleased with the benefits of staying at Cable Mountain Lodge. - Beautifully maintained, gorgeous setting. Suite was extremely comfortable. Getting a discount at the coffee shop, market, spa, Brewpub, and Zion Outfitters was a huge bonus. Being walking distance to the visitors center and not having to fight the crowds to park was an enormous perk. “Hillside view” might be an oversell- it’s a pile of rocks. But in the grand scheme that’s minor.

• Katelyn Groombridge (9/5): Amazing Zion stay!! - Location is everything here, and we had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing couple of nights, and an out of this world view of Zion right from our front door. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was so perfect for exploring the area. We had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a great stay in Zion. Will stay here again if we're in the area!

The unit was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay e-biking through Zion to The Narrows. The coffee shop and Brew Pub on site were wonderful. Highly recommend! Nothing

• Debbie (10/5): Top notch experience. Highly recommend! - Location cannot be beat. Cleanliness was excellent, staff all very happy and accommodating. Room had everything we needed including a nicely equipped kitchenette. Pillows must have had a waterproof cover as they were a little like balloons.

• Photoseeker (9/5): - The 5 minutes walk to the Zion park shuttle is perfect, surrounded by soaring sandstone towers. The bed pillows were all one size and too thick for our necks, so we used the thinner couch pillows.
• Diane (10/5): Highly recommend this property, so close to Zion national park. - Lodge had a great mountain view. Rooms were spacious & had large tv & fridge. Large comfy bed & pillows. Good sized bathroom & shower. Hot tub, shops & bar/restaurant on site. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed for season although weather was unseasonably warm. Plenty of other shops & restaurants in walking distance and more a short car journey. Nothing to dislike.

• Satish (8/5): Good but pricier - Room was clean and had everything needed. The location of the hotel is great. Has great views of the canyon and its right outside the entrance of the park. We got a room on the first floor near the courtyard. It was a bit noisy with kids and people walking around. The windows aren't tinted so you need to close the drapes for privacy even though you have a view. Needed a more private room on the first floor. We asked for it and still ended up getting this room. Also, it is quite pricier compared to other hotels in the area.

• Riley (10/5): Perfect location, easy access to Zion NP, river front, and amazing pool/hot tub with views! - This place was perfect! The room was as expected spacious and clean. Its the PERFECT location to get parking secured for the entry of Zion NP. You can stay here and hike right into the park, I can't recommend it enough! Nothing to note, it exceeded expectations.
