- Anthony (1/5): Horrible, checked in, was there maybe 5 minutes and told them we’re not staying and asked for a refund. They told us to - Nothing, was dark and uncomfortable from the get go. Room smelled rotten and gross. Gave me an instant headache as I walked into the room. Bathroom wasn’t anything like what was shown in the photos and had mold and dirt all over the shower and bathroom

- Maria (10/5): -
- Glen (4/5): WiFi connection did not work - Ear Early breakfast
- Alfredo (5/5): -
- John (6/5): Expensive and loud - The breakfast was good. Room was not that clean. Lots of hair in the bathroom. Heard helicopters all night. Opened curtains the next day to find helipad across the street. Price was outrageous but there was a concert in town at the Gorge.

- Desiree (4/5): Coincident location but very outdated. - The shower had nice pressure and didn’t spray all over despite hard water in Quincy. The window was open in the room when we went in. With no heat on and it being December that was freezing. And it made the room not feel safe due to the window and being on the ground level.

- Jerry (5/5): -
- Jane (6/5): - We had to move rooms twice. Once because the smoke detector was broken and the next was because the mini fridge was broken.
- jorge (9/5): - Muy cómodo!
- Asha (6/5): -
- Ronald (2/5): - You'll want to avoid. We arrived and checked in to our suite which did not have a sofa or cot for our grandson. We were moved to a much smaller regular room without any refund in price. The room was not the cleanest and people partied most of the night on that hall.
- Karen (8/5): - It was nice to have complimentary breakfast
- Bruce (6/5): - Love the lighting. The chandeliers were beautiful. Inside was nice and beautiful. Downfall was their luggage cart wheel was broken and another wheel was flat I am disabled. My mom had to carry everything in and out. Breakfast was phenomenal sausage, gravy and biscuits and eggs was wonderful. Good coffee! Good minute maid orange and apple juice. Ice cold milk overall. Not bad experience. Go outside at night and you can smell french fries. Factory across the street makes french fries and tater tots and hash browns and smelt. So good
- James (4/5): Serve its purpose, but wouldn’t stay againServe this purpose, but wouldn’t stay again - Close to the Gorge amphitheater
- Jose (2/5): - As all
- Sandra (4/5): - We are elderly and needed help with baggage,& it lost a wheel.. The motel only had 1 cart and . Guests had to find parts just inside & outside. It was all on one level which helped. Sandra Boyd
- Jonni (4/5): Mediocre accommodations - The hotel is old. There was hair on the nightstand. There was hair wrapped up in the wash cloths. The shower floor tiles appeared very dirty, I had to wear flip flops. Hardly any water pressure. The “breakfast” was less than desirable. We ate elsewhere. This is a decent place if you are needing to lay your head somewhere. But I won’t be back.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good enough hotel room for the area. The room and bathroom were clean and the A/C worked as expected. The free breakfast was barely worth the time to go in but we did not have high expectations.
- Aulinskas (3/5): The hotel only gets customers due to its location by the Gorge Amphitheater. - At over $200 it was very expensive for a mediocre room. Shower hardly worked. Bed was really soft. Breakfast was not worth eating.
- Anke (2/5): Nie wieder! - Es war abgewohnt, schmutzig und lieblos.
- Suzy (2/5): - The motel is in an industrial area, I accidentally double booked, regardless that both reservations were made within 15 minutes from each other I was charged for both rooms
- Ruppert (9/5): Superb - Breakfast opened at 5am, which was great. Breakfast was much nicer than the breakfast I've seen at comparable places.

- Haley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cody (10/5): Exceptional - convenient
- Scott (4/5): Disappointing -
- Loyola (5/5): Passable -
- Hope (7/5): Not a bad location or room, but had issues with an employee who barely understood english at the counter. - I liked the location and the simple yet comfortable layout of the room. I didn’t like when staff at the front counter called our hotel phone multiple times between 3 and 4am. Completely unreasonable and inappropriate timing. The issue was with my payment method. I understand the concern and wanting to get that sorted out asap, but multiple calls at 3am during our 1 night stay was unnecessary to say the least.
- Blake (5/5): Passable -
- Damian (2/5): - Horror story motel...Dont stay there. Never AGAIN.....
- Young Min (10/5): - Good
- Kathy (8/5): Very good - A/C didn't work when I checked in, but desk clerk came to room right away, got on her hands and knees and figured out it wasn't plugged in!. We stayed at this hotel so we would be close to Gorge Ampitheater for music festival the next night. After we checked out, staff willingly turned TV in lobby to requested channel so we could watch Indianapolis 500 before we left for the concert. Thank you!
- Alicia (2/5): Very poor -
- Glen (1/5): Bad - Nothing. Customer service. The manager made a mistake of some kind with our key cards, and then proceeded to report us to law enforcement for trespassing, who arrived and became rather confused by the whole debacle. We requested a refund which was refused, and then we left. The owner contacted us the following day and (only after a firm request) gave us a refund. The manager behaved ridiculously, but the owner made up for it to some extent.
- Carla (9/5): It was wonderful, quite - They had wonderful overnight staff, very kind and friendly.
Was very helpful and made sure that all guests needs were
met. Nothing.
- Jaime (5/5): Passable - By 8am there was no Breakfast
- Justin (3/5): Poor - The bed was comfortable The "breakfast" was terrible..
The same 3 items every day, room temperature food.
No butter or jelly for the buscuitsbiscuits, for the coffee or any other options.
The room next for had their TV blasting all day and night, when we asked the front desk to have them turn it down they said our room number complained and would like it turned down.
- Holly (5/5): Passable -
- JOSH L (8/5): - Average
- Alyssa (4/5): Disappointing - staff was nice, decent price, location good water was cold, sheets were dirty, fire alarm kept beeping all night due to low battery and couldn’t sleep due to it-ended up leaving in the middle of the night.
- Cody (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (8/5): - I came for work. Its a room with a bed. Its the basic, food is trash wouldnt eat the breakfast but its met its purpose.
- Evelin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susana (7/5): Good -
- Paige (2/5): - This was a very old building with a nursing home feel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Just needed a room for the night. Good price.
- Amber (10/5): Pet and family friendly - Clean room, pet friendly with fee except for service animals, staff was very feiendly as well, bed was comfortable, toiletries and shower stuff provided, tub shower combo. Also very affordable, offer weekly rates and discounts available as well
- Trudi (10/5): - It is an older motel and well maintance. We enjoyed our stay.
- Julie (3/5): Poor - The room and bathroom was dirty.
- Jeff (6/5): - I would’ve given it 5 stars but my wife dropped her watch and while looking for it we found that there was a bunch of trash under the bed and under the couch.
- Heather (8/5): - Large rooms, our king room had a kitchenette, very affordable, very friendly staff
- Dan (4/5): Disappointing -
- stacey (6/5): - So very clean but also because you can smell the cleaning supplies when you walk in the hall. Hope the housekeepers know what those chemicals are doing to their body. We were placed in the dog friendly hall. Dog barked and finally the front desk did something about it but didn’t get the impression she wanted to get up from her chair.
Close
To Gorge so what do you do?
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Lobby is nice but rooms are gross
- Lindsey (6/5): - Older property but we went to a concert at The Gorge and this was a convenient location. We only stayed for one night.
- Jalyn (8/5): Very good -
- Angela (6/5): Overall the stay was decent. Happy the bed was comfortable! - Place was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast was not good and coffee was lukewarm. Expensive to stay there. Price was jacked up due to concert.
- Jessie (4/5): - Was not at all what i expected. No comforters on the beds just a sheet and thin blanket. Had to ask for more towels. Only towels for two when the reservation was for 4. The beds were not queens but fulls.
- Edwin (6/5): - breakfast was not worth going too. Coffee was OK
- Kristin (6/5): - This was an easy location to stay for a night at the Gorge. The room was very outdated and furniture is very worn. The phone was on the back of the couch as there was no side table. There was a loose screw underneath the fitted sheet that poked my foot when I got into the bed, which wasn’t pleasant. The bedding was very thin, but they did provide an extra blanket when I asked. The front desk lady was very nice and we were provided with an early check in, which was appreciated.
- Nestor (5/5): Passable -
- Julie (6/5): - Basic place, just needed a place for the night and this fit the bill
- Darcy (2/5): I would never stay here again based on the price and facility. - The only saving factor for staying here was it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The price of the room was beyond ridiculous!
- Miranda961 (8/5): A good if slightly expensive choice if you're headed to a concert. - Nicely kept on the outside, big parking lot. Friendly staff and easy check in. There was a lounge with coffee and a workout room. Our room was basic but clean, comfortable beds and enough space. Hotel was quiet at night and breakfast in the morning was good. The convenience store on the same property was handy. Slightly expensive for what you get, you pay for it being close to The Gorge for sure.
- Sofaking (4/5): Disappointing - The front check in staff was great. Walked into room there was a set of false eyelashes still glued to the headboard of the bed. How can the cleaner not see them? Wanted to use bathtub for a bath..no plug..staff gave a piece of cling wrap and said to cover the hole with this then a wash cloth to use as a plug.
Went for breakfast at 8am..no hot food. Took 3 attempts knocking on staff door, checking in at front desk to find a staff person to let them know. It was 835 when the food was replaced and breakfast was over at 9am. A few people left without the breakfast as there was no indication that the food was going to be refilled.
For the over 300.00 for 1 night this hotel did not come close to meeting the expectations. This is a 150.00 a night establishment. They need to rework their rates.
- jacob (6/5): - Older motel, well maintained and clean, good for a nights rest.
- Wendy (6/5): - Bath room need renovating
- john (6/5): - this is a converted nursing home. town offers limited lodging, this was acceptable
- Meladee (4/5): Friendly staff, Good location - The location was great! Pretty much in the middle of town I felt like,& it was only a 15min drive from where we needed to go!
Room had a mini fridge to keep things cold if needed!
Customer service was very welcoming and friendly!
If you’re just needing a place to sleep and aren’t looking for a place to staycation at then it isn’t too bad of a hotel for just crashing at!
They do have a heater & AC in the rooms which both seemed to work well!
The room & beds were decently clean, minus a weird smell by the door when you first walk in! On our GPS it was giving use the address as 710 but the building says 912 so just a heads up on that incase you get confused too! It is the hotel that is attached to a gas station!!
Rooms are tiny, the double bed ones anyways, I personally feel they need to update their lamps to the ones that have the plug ins on them, so make sure you don’t forget your wall adapter piece to your chargers if you stay, the room had a weird smell to it when you first walked in, the breakfast area could use a good deep clean, there didn’t seem to be enough food to accommodate all guests in the hotel, the juice machine was messed up & the coffee was cold!
Also, the beds didn’t have a top blanket on them, just the sheets & a blanket that goes under a comforter, so I’d recommend bringing a blanket if you get cold easy or need more then 1 blanket to sleep with!
