• Beatriz (9/5): - Hotel justo a la entrada de Puerto Iguazú. Habitaciones bastante grandes y cómodas, baño con agua caliente y cómodo. Tiene nevera y terraza. El desayuno es muy completo y bueno y el restaurante lobby del hotel está bien para cenar. Tiene supermercados cerca. Azotea con piscina, jacuzzi y bar bastante cómodos. Recomendable 100% a pesar del ruido. Las cortinas dejan pasar luz, no son opacas del todo y es bastante ruidoso con el ruido de motos y coches por la noche.

• אלעד (7/5): - חביב סך הכל. ארוחה נחמדה ומגוונת וחדרים נעימים. אמרתי מראש לקבלה שיש לנו טיסה מוקדמת ב08:40. התקשרתי גם באותו יום ב06:00 וב06:20. הפקיד כבר קבע איתי יום לפני הטיסה שנחכה מחוץ לחדר אוכל ב06:20 כדי שהוא יוציא לנו קצת דברים לדרך. בנוסף, קבעתי עם מונית ב06:30. המונית הגיעה בזמן, אבל אף אחד מהמלון לא הגיע להביא לנו אוכל עד 06:35 וגם אחריי. כל השיחות נעשו בספרדית ובתרגום. חבל. מעבר לזה היה סך הכל נחמד.

Nos dieron una habitacion que daba a una ampliacion del hotel, donde la subaquilaban hasta que la terminen, a una gomeria de colectivo. PAUPERRIMO!!! No tomen las habitaciones impares porque dan para atras y miras a la gomeria y su personal.

Tried to shorten our stay after our flight was moved but hotel refused to refund us. Not in a great location: people fighting in the street outside and not safe.

Aan unnecessary escort to my room at check-in and having to wait for over 10 minutes at check-out because my room 'needed to be checked' is not my definition of hospitality
• Grant (6/5): Convenient for tour and airport pick-up. - The hotel staff is polite, attentive and helpful. A taxi stand in front of the hotel made getting around the city easy and convenient since it is a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the center of town and the constant heat made that walk a tortuous ordeal. The room was quiet and spacious with a nice balcony and a view of the countryside. Once again, a "double bed" consisted of two single beds pushed together creating an uncomfortably hard ridge in the middle and the individual matresses with indentations from the size of so many of the other guests we saw. The air conditioning did not work properly for the first 2 nights and not much better after that. The breakfast, as in so many places, has an emphasis on quantit, not quality, and the items do not change. A dozen or so young people with drums come together every evening across the road from the hotel banging loudly and continuously; blessfully stopping around 10 p.m. No music, just drums.

Very dated, repair work needed in the rooms, shower didn’t drain and left pool of water, to stand in. Towels were like rags, holes in them and so thin you could almost see through them. Breakfast was absolutely dire, buffet with scrambled eggs, empty at 7.30 and asked if it would be topped up but nothing for an hour then we had to leave. This hotel may have had its day, but would not recommend and does not reflect its star rating.

• Ardalan (6/5): It's an OK hotel but I wouldn't stay again. - Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great view, quiet area at night. My room was very dark even with all the lights on. The bathroom was outdated and needs renovation. No USB outlet by the bed and only one power outlet under the desk that matched my adapter; my adapter matched every outlet in Buenos Aires so I don't know why the outlets in my room here were different. Breakfast was bad: very limited options if you didn't want to start your day with sugary pastries. The scrambled eggs tasted bad; no fresh veggies (some tomato and cucumber would've been nice). Rooftop pool closed at 10 PM; I think it's early, especially on a Saturday night during the high season. Also there were a few power outages.

But also, and mainly, they wanted to scam us because we need a late check out. The price the offered us to pay (78k pesos) for a one hour late check out (i had to do a zoom meeting) was more then it would have cost us to book for another night...This was really irritating because the manager had agree for a late check out for a minimal fee when we arrived at the hotel....

• Chantal (5/5): Grand Crap hotel (with some good parts). - Nice rooftop patio, elevator, view from the room, cleanliness of room. Some staff members were fantastic (others not so much…). Where to start? - brutal check out. Didn’t give us the breakfast to go that we had requested (and been approved for) the night before. Not a 4 star hotel. Soap dispensers are empty, toilet paper transparent, no water bottles or beverages in fridge, patio door is really finicky, water drips from roof onto the balcony, breakfast buffet mediocre (scrambled eggs were the only hot item), staff tells you different information, no response when messaging them, pool towels have holes in them, back of baby crib matters disgusting .
• Chantal (5/5): Not the hype.not great. - Very nice rooftop area. Some of the staff members were amazing (some were not)…. Nice clean room (not the bed mattress though). Slow but open elevator We felt like we were in a two star and four star sometimes. We had ordered breakfast bags to go the previous night because we were leaving fairly early in the morning, and the middle-age man at the front desk (on July 18th) denied it from us. He was very dry and we expected a little breakfast for our two-year old daughter. She went hungry. . Just a really pleasant stay overall, but a brutal experience leaving the hotel. No soaps in dispensers. Shower head allowed water to go everywhere. Very outdated hotel and pool. Needed upkeep in some places. Our baby mattress was disgusting (see picture attached). Won’t be back. Breakfast does not change from day to day and is very mediocre.

• Diana (8/5): Would stay here again. It's a nice place for a reasonable price. - We stayed for a weekend at Grand Crucero. We really enjoyed having dinner at the restaurant and sitting in the lobby at night to have some tea. The staff were very friendly and overall we had a nice stay. I have no complaints.

• Flittereyes (7/5): Good - They were very accommodating to let me check in early. Large and clean room with a lovely green view. Large spread of breakfast full of sweet, great for those who has a sweet tooth, unfortunately I do not take sugar and not much option for me. The only savoury is scramble eggs that has been sitting on the warmer for too long and is tasteless, hard and dry, 1 type of ham and cheese. No option even if I am willing to pay for a decent cup of espresso and omelette. They should consider adding boiled egg, cucumber and tomato, at least that is ok if it is cold. Old torn towels that is very unacceptable. Soft mattress. Lighting is too dark, no electric socket near bed, thus can't charge phone. Small pool. No kettle in the room that I would think it's basic for a 4 star hotel. Very ancient equipment in the gym.

• Ajay (5/5): Passable - The bathroom arrangement for wheelchair accessible person was not well planned. The bath seat was away from soap dispenser and hand shower. The floor was very slippery. The water drainage system was not good. After every use of the shower, water used to get accumulated on the floor, which made the bathroom floor very slippery. There was only one grab bar close to the bath seat, but with the floor being slippery, it was difficult even for a normal person to walk on the wet floor. Internet signal was very weak. The power outlets to charge mobile phones, laptop, was not properly located.
• Sixela (5/5): Excellent staff but the hotel needs maintenance. - Excellent staff, very courteous! The hotel has a good location, lovely lobby and bar to lounge in. Room was spacious. Breakfast was ok. The hotel needs a maintenance update. Our A/C didn’t work properly and they couldn’t transfer us to another room because the hotel was full…For a 4 star hotel, it lacked of basic amenities such as hair dryer (you only get this by asking for one) or iron. The sliding door didn’t lock. The bed was very uncomfortable.
