Our apartment was wonderfully equipped enabling dinner and a cozy night in. Veranda outside perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun. Great location for hiking, and very quiet. Lighting could have been better in rooms, and no bedside sockets, but small things that did not really moact our stay.

Before that, just a small observation: I've stayed in many hotels around the world and, unfortunately, I've experienced petty theft before. It's a reality that, thankfully, doesn't happen in all hotel communities, but it can occur even in very high-end hotels. That said, I stayed at this hotel and I can say that it's very peaceful, clean, spacious, in a beautiful and comfortable location. But the biggest highlight goes to the people who work there. Besides being very friendly, they were honest and upright in a situation that happened to me. At check-out, I forgot some personal items—some with sentimental value and others with economic value—and from the beginning, the hotel cooperated 100% so that I could recover my belongings. It was constant, careful, and transparent contact, with the goal of me getting everything back even though I was thousands of kilometers away. The hotel staff took care of everything: 1. They packed the items 2. They contacted and managed the process with the local delivery person 3. They kept me constantly updated on the progress of the process I am very happy to share this testimonial, giving top marks to the seriousness and honesty of those who work at this hotel. She showed us the closest town with places to eat and also the nearest tourist attractions when checking In. She also gave with a welcome drink of there local liqueur. Obwohl in der Buchung stand, dass wir nur ein Zimmer und ein Schlafsofa haben sollten, hatten wir tatsächlich zwei Schlafzimmer und zusätzlich eine kleine Couch mit Fernseher. Das Badezimmer hat eine Glastüre, die zwar ziemlich undurchsichtig ist, jedoch nicht 100% und damit fühlt sich die Privatsphäre etwas gering an, wenn man in einer Gruppe reist.

- Matthias (9/5): Silvester 2025/2026 - Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und unterstützt bei allen Fragen oder Anliegen. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich. Es hat zwar seinen Preis, ist es aber auf alle Fälle wert. Es gibt eine Sauna, wo sehr viel Wert auf Privatsphäre gelegt wird. Esgibt sehr schöne Lokale und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen!!! Der Fernseher ist etwas klein und die Bedienung am Anfang nicht so leicht. Aber das war es auch schon. Also eher vernachlässigbar.

I bellissimi percorsi esterni in legno quando bagnati sono scivolosi. L'area saune nel piano interrato piuttosto tristi. Le trapunte troppo calde!

- Ablay (10/5): - Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, et l’emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer facilement. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Parkplätze vor der Tür. Fabelhaftes Frühstück, jeden Cent wert. Gute, ruhige Lage. Leckere Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar und Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht weit mit dem Auto entfernt.
