- Noemie (9/5): Very comfortable - The room with ocean view was clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. Good location, not far from Etna, not far from Taormina with the highway. The pool hours: it closes a little bit early (6pm)
- Ákos (5/5): Ár-érték arányban 3 csillag, egy alapos felújítás ráférne az épületre - Alapvetően tiszta volt minden, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt, szép volt a kilátás a tengerre. Négy csillagos besorolás túlzás, a 3 csillag lenne a reális. Sokminden törött, elhasznált, kopott a szobákban és a fürdőben, szörnyű az állandó csatornaszag a zuhanyzóban. A klímát nem lehetett pontosan beállítani, csak 20 és 26 fokot lehetett választani. A wellness szinten átható dohszag terjeng, a falak felázottak, vizesek, pereg a vakolat. A reggelihez műanyag poharakat tettek ki, ami 4 csillag esetén eléggé kellemetlen. (kérésre legalább a személyzet adott üveg poharakat)

- Boris (4/5): Nice location and view, but poor service and food make it hard to recommend. - The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was good, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast and lunch were disappointing — poor quality and disorganized service. Coffee machines were not working properly, food wasn’t replenished in time, and staff seemed overwhelmed. Housekeeping missed simple things like restocking toilet paper. Overall the place gave an impression of being a bit rundown and on the decline.
- Charlotte (4/5): Bitte nicht!!!! maximal 2 Sterne! - Zimmer sind groß, aber abgewohnt, netter Balkon, Bad auch gut. Frühstück war OK - Süß und Pikant öffentlicher Parkplatz vor der Türe, gratis. WLAN OK Pool Algen, liegt am Nachmittag im Schatten. Pooltücher nicht könnte man aber mieten inkl. 2 EUR für 2 Stunden, traurig! Strand nur Geröll, Steine, kein Sand, keine Betten - furchtbar. In der Nacht sehr laut da dieses Hotel zum Großteil Reisebusse beherbergt, wird auf Einzelgäste keine Rücksicht genommen, Massenabfertigung pur. Restaurants nicht nah und erst ab 19:30 Uhr möglich. Dachgarten Baustelle. Keine 4 Sterne wert.

- Joost (6/5): Vergane glorie op c-locatie - Nou eigenlijk beviel ons weinig. Zwembad was goed en het ruime balkon met uitzicht op zee. Vergane glorie op een c-locatie.. Vergane glorie! Ontbijt echt slecht. Voor je binnen bent ben je al 10 euro per nacht extra kwijt aan aan de parkeergarage en ook nog extra geld voor verplichte badmutsen voor zwembad die niemand draagt. Het stadje is lelijk en ongezellig. Sorry voor de locale mensen want zij zijn echt heel vriendelijk. Restaurant hotel hoef je niet te proberen en in de buurt ook bijna niets.

La notte fra Sabato e domenica l'hotel ha ospitato una festa privata con musica a locale ma a db da rave party fino alle 4:30 di mattina. In reception dicevano di non poter farci nulla. Ho dovuto chiamare i carabinieri per un intervento. Il direttore non si è fatto trovare, nessun tipo di scusa ho compensazione per questa gravissima mancanza di rispetto verso clienti paganti.

- Amelia (9/5): Consigliato - Ottima la posizione, la cura e la pulizia delle stanze. La struttura è sicuramente curata e dotata di comfort.. Il personale disponibile, gentile e professionale. La camera comodissima. Unica nota stonata è la cura della piscina. Tante regole da rispettare, ma nessun controllo da parte dello staff per cui la permanenza in piscina non si è rivelata un'esperienza rilassante quanto ci aspettavamo a causa di ospiti che non si curavano per niente del prossimo(tuffi, schizzi, schiamazzi)

Il bar praticamente infrequentabile aria condizionata inesistente e nonostante il personale molto professionale e disponibile non è stato possibile rimanere a consumare all'interno...altro che 4 stelle...nemmeno una...

De airco deed het ook goed. - Het personeel spreekt slecht tot geen engels. - In de badkamer waren er tegels gebroken achter de wc en staken uit de muur. - De kitnaden in de badkamer lagen eruit of waren beschimmeld. -Erg gehorig, je kon iedereen horen praten en lopen over de gang. - keuze aan het ontbijt was erg beperkt, ook weinig vers producten.

- James (10/5): - Un giorno, d'improvviso, il frigorifero in camera ha smesso di funzionare. Ho comunicato il problema alle ore 16:00 circa e, al rientro in camera alle ore 19:00 circa era stato messo un frigorifero nuovo (con ancora le fasce blu interne) e quello che c'era all'interno di quello vecchio era stato trasferito in quello nuovo: meglio di così non si può! ☺️

- Sweeney (9/5): Location is great. It's a very busy beach! The ladies at bar/eatery were wonderful & so friendly. - The beach is just across the street which made for beautiful views from the balcony. Also enjoyed the bar next to lobby to get drinks & food. Service there was the best as were the options from breakfast to late night. It was also nice to have table and chairs just outside to enjoy the views. The restaurant was also very good. Only ate dinner there once and wished we would have had time to try the breakfast there. Although I liked that the hotel had a garage with great security, the parking was tight and difficult to maneuver with a larger car.

- PETRA (8/5): Heimaturlaub mit 9 Personen - Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal. Schöner Pool, Viele Nebenkosten Parkplatz 6 Tage 90 Euro Kurtaxe. 30 Euro Beim Check out wurde uns das Wasser in der Minibar berechnet. Obwohl es nirgend stand.

- Laura (6/5): Relaxed maar locatie viel tegen - De zee was heel dichtbij en erg helder (strand met steentjes). 2 bedjes met parasol voor €20. 2 supermarktjes in de buurt. Ontbijt hadden we er niet bij dus kan ik niet over oordelen. Kamer in principe netjes alleen tijdens het douchen stroomt het water naar de kamer, gelukkig kreeg je veel handdoeken waarmee dit kon worden tegengehouden maar is natuurlijk niet ideaal. Mooi zwembad maar de verplichte badmutsen vonden wij niks. Kamer wat gehorig, water in kamer bij douchen zoals beschreven, badmuts in zwembad verplicht, in Rocculamera is erg weinig te beleven, auto is nodig om de gezelligheid op te zoeken. Parkeerkosten in hotel €10 per dag, in hoogseizoen vanaf 1-8 €15. Taormina is een aanrader, wel zeer toeristisch. Messina vonden wij geen aanrader, weinig sfeer, geen gezellige pleintjes etc gevonden.

- Allan (4/5): Fin lokation. Meget lokalt meget introvert personale, nok pga manglende engelskkundskaber. Morgenmaden var ok, men de v - Området var ok. Mange restauranter u nærheden. Morgenmaden nogenlunde. Acceptabelt til prisen. Man måtte nærmest ikke bevæge sig i poolen, det mindste plask medførte at drengen der bestyrede poolen markerede sig. Dog ikke for italienerne. Personalet var horribelt ringe til engelsk.
