- Michael (6/5): It gets the job done... - This is the second stay here for us so it's not terrible. The deterioration of the building is noticeable especially in the stairwells. The bathroom door wasn't structurally sound. That having been said, we had an acceptable stay and the staff was pleasant enough. Not worthy of more than 3 stars but definately not deserving of two stars.
- Tierre (10/5): - Quick check in
- Bonnie (5/5): Nice staff, inexpensive hotel, but run down, no luxuries. - We liked the hotel staff, the front desk and house keepers. We liked the low cost of the hotel. We liked the TV. We liked that they allowed animals. We liked that the hotel was quiet. We liked that there were a lot of stores and gas stations and restaurants literally everywhere. We didn't like that the hotel was really run down. The hotel room was very dirty. Some small holes in the walls. The walls were Extremely dirty, like someone wiped feces on the bathroom wall. The bathroom door was also very dirty from dirty hands. The threshold wood between the bathroom and sink area was completely broken. The mop board around the entire room everywhere was missing. The small garbage pails smelt gross, like they don't get sanitized. Under the TV and desk area was extremely dirty. We didn't like that you had to walk up a walk ramp and then walk all the way back to your room, you couldn't just walk up to your room. We didn't like how hard the beds were, our backs and bodies were so sore every morning. We didn't sleep well at all the entire trip. There were never enough towels and wash cloths for 4 people ever. They only provided 2 small soaps. I had to run out to the store and buy some cleaning supplies to clean the room. We also kept the room picked up, swept, mopped and cleaned due to the fact that we have manners and we were happy that they were so nice to us with our animals. So with all of this said we expected all of the above with how inexpensive the cost of the stay was, the 2 star rating, and that we could have our dogs we didn't expect any more.

- Christina (6/5): Decent - Alright so this is a budget motel.
My room was cold on a hot day at arrival. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. A frequent visitor to budget motels, I was impressed by the room. There was this one flying insect (like a gnat) but that's probably not the hotels fault.
It is on a busy highway near a major city, so road noise is to be expected.
As a solo woman, I was approached in the parking lot at least twice. Not the hotels fault per se but you should be aware of your surroundings and be on higher than usual alert if you are a woman or with your kids.

- Helena (4/5): Suitable for a one night stay - It had a bed, a fridge and a terrible shower. Hair in my bed that wasn't mine. Extremely noisy close to the busy road.
- Joseph (10/5): Love this Maple Shade Motrl 6 - Love Motel 6 No HOLD ON CREDIT CARD! This is the main reason I will stay solely with Motel 6. When hotels put that hold on your card it doesn’t show as a hold and if it falls at the end of your billing cycle and they don’t refund for a week You have to pay it on your CC or get hit with interest!!! Ridiculous! THANK YOU MOTEL 6 for being customer/ consumer friendly

- H (7/5): It was perfectly fine for a lower-cost hotel along a highway. I'd book it again - This is s lower-cost hotel. Don't expect fancy. It was an older facility, but they certainly made an effort to keep it functioning. The bed was OK, the shower was OK, the place was functional. It had a mini-fridge, a decent TV, a clock, towels - everything was 'fine' and acceptable, esp for the price. I'd go back if I was passing thru and needed a place to stay.
- Cameron (2/5): - There was long hair all over the floor, and the sink counter was sticky.
- Sage (2/5): - Everything was fine except communicating with the front desk they are rude and disrespectful all around the board with no regard for their guests.
- Dennis K (2/5): Don’t stay here - This property is completely run down, driveway needs resurfacing. Cement hallways need to be power washed.
Stairs to parking lot on one side, you can see under them.
Door locks inside, terrible. Door lite inside door did not work. Electrical outlets next to bed, didn’t work when lights shut off. CPAP MACHINE?
- Natalie (2/5): - Need a curfew. Way too many people out in middle of night. There was a huge fight outside my door at 2am that last about an hour
- Ahmed (4/5): Disappointing -

- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tenaya (2/5): - The worst motel6 ever
- Shaunte (1/5): I will never go back - There was blood on the sheets there was a bed bug on the pillow. The shower water in the drain was brown and to the rim. I left didn’t stay caught a Lyft to the airport stayed there I asked for a refund still waiting for it to go back on my credit card
- Sharon (8/5): Very good - There was no breakfast due to covid. Location and staff were great. The actual building wasn't easy to access, though I was given the best room in that regard. See above.
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was always kind and friendly

- Shantece (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (2/5): - Dirty, outdated and broken elevators
- Saidah (10/5): - It was good for the price
- Kimberly (8/5): - Quiet n clean for the price
- Keith (2/5): - Shower did not work, notified front desk. The flooring in the room had dents and cracks cut my toe. The exterior catwalks look like they are ready to collapse. Someone needs to check the facility over.
- Ross (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stanley (5/5): Passable - Mattress was poor
- Rashaan (2/5): Very poor -
- Angela (2/5): Would not return - Convenience to highway The building is quite dilapidated. Cement walls crumbling. Stained bedspread, broken interior safety lock.
- Marisol (10/5): I got no complaints I like it clean quite good price - Room was clean smell good and well kept No blower
- Robert (5/5): Fine for the price. At least no bugs. - Room was clean. Sheets were old and stained. Pillows were flat and too few. Frig was very loud.
- Cruz (4/5): Not happy with my stay - Not much to say other than personnel, professional and kind. The location is near a very busy road so it was very noisy all night. In addition, there seemed to be a party in one of the rooms with very loud reggaeton. These are not under the hotel control I guess. Nevertheless the room didn’t seem to be super clean as there were long hairs both on the floor and in the sink.
The bed cover had several cigarette holes (even though it was a non smoking room). The bathroom door was old and broken due to what seemed to be humidity at the bottom. It would touch the floor to the point that you could not close it without feeling you were going to break it even more. Not happy with my stay.
- linda (8/5): - Overall okay
- Matthew (2/5): - The room was dirty but clearly given a once over by the cleaners because there was new soap and tp. But there were a bunch of stains and on our last night there we found a roach. Also we heard more gun shots than we would have liked.
- James (6/5): Pleasant -
- Richard (8/5): Very good - Nice updates on rooms
- Nicole (8/5): - Did not have any issue with property
- Jon (2/5): Absolutely not worth the high price - It was in a good location with a lot of restaurant and stores around. The night shift guy was extremely rude. I asked for an extra pillow because my wife and I only had one pillow each and he came to the night window and said “no” and walked away. Then I asked for 2 towels because all we had was hand towels and he rolled his eyes when I asked. There were people sitting on the steps and in the walk ways all hours of the day/night. Had a guy 2 nights in a row sitting right outside our window, which was strange. The water pressure in the shower was so bad, you had to stand about 2 inches from the shower head to have the water hit you. There was about a 2 inch gap between the room door panel and the door frame; you can literally see the outside through it. The floor in the room was extremely dirty, like it wasn’t swept or mopped in ages. Room service came into our room while we were out when we did not request it. Save your money and stay somewhere better.
- Rick (8/5): Good experience! - Great service and value No coffee or free breakfast. Dunkin is nearby. Wawa across the street
- Michael (2/5): NO WAY - The BEST thing about this hotel was the refund. I am thankful for that. 1st room had spoiled food in fridge, mold on bathtub and 1 bath towel. 2nd room the lights did not work and smelled awful. Manager wisely, immediately offered me a refund. Thank you.
- Samantha (4/5): Avoid - Not a clean place at all !!! Way overpriced for what you dont receive.
- Crystal (8/5): - The Motel6 I stayed at in Maple Shade is very nice. It's clean & WELL lit at night. They have a plethora of cameras all over the property. The updated bathtub/ shower is really nice & more spacious. And they are surrounded by every temptation you can have; Wawa, Burger King, Popeyes, Dunkin Donuts in walking distance to say the few.
- Carlos (7/5): Good -
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gina (1/5): Keep going don’t stop…. - Nothing at all! There absolutely nothing to like about this property. From the get go I asked for a first floor room due to my disability. Nope not gonna happen and elevator is broken. On the third day we got a call about the dogs from the manager saying we lied about how many dogs we had with us. Mike said no you never asked. He said only two allowed. We have to leave tomorrow. We didn’t understand this at all. I was able to plead for one more stay. Next day I asked why cant we stay and that was the start of them screaming at us. Telling us it was our problem and hearing the same old thing. The swearing just kept going on and on. The police will be here at 11am if we dont leave.
These people are terrible.!f you question anything they just go off and dont stop.
Also our dogs were very quiet while we were there
but others were not.
- Christina (2/5): - This room was moldy and had cockroaches
- Cristina (6/5): - Ok property
- Glenn (4/5): - The place was very noisy outside the premises (cars & Trucks) also many people making noise outside the building. Did not feel safe !! No amenities offered other than a room & bed to sleep.
- Cristin (4/5): Just ok - Check in was fine. Rooms was fairly clean and bed was comfortable. Fixtures in bathroom were stained, fridge looked like it had been dropped down the steps, and the bedding was worn. Exterior of the building was run down and filthy.
- Mcg (7/5): Good -
- Christine Power (2/5): - As soon as I pulled up you could see this was a welfare hotel . I even asked when I got in. They said yes. I said bye. DO NOT GO HERE
- Sonia (6/5): It was comfortable - Clean It was fine.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Just OK - I guess I should have rated it lower as the only good thing to say is I felt safe. And the room was clean. But other than that, bed was uncomfortable, area was loud, and condition of hotel was crappy. But if you just need a cheap place to crash I guess it was ok.
- Steve (3/5): Poor -
- Allan (10/5): - Good Motel 6
- Andres (4/5): Disappointing -
- William (1/5): Dirty run down rooms - Good location Dirty rooms. Broken glass all over the parking lot. Cigarette butts everywhere. Cracks in the walls and stains everywhere..
