• Valerie (6/5): - The location was very handy. The town was very nice and easy access to the highway The breakfast was not great. They didn't have butter the first few says. They had a small selection of cereal. They didn't have cream for coffee on one of the mornings.

• Stacy (8/5): Close to our activities, beds are comfortable and super friendly staff. - This is our second stay. The staff has ALWAYS been very friendly and accommodating...no complaints there. The main room with the beds are nice and fairly updated looking. Bedding is clean and pillows are comfortable. The toilet/tub/shower area. The tubs are SO old and ragged looking. They are clean BUT aesthetics is bad. I understand that upgrades are expensive but, I believe the hotel should start working on those areas even if a few at a time. In our room, 103 when you really look around, it seems like on the ceiling there are spots of mildew. The toilet/tub/shower area just really needs help and soon!
• Emma (1/5): - The front desk person was extremely nice BE WARNED!! The whole place is ridden with mold. Especially for highly sensitive people and/or people with health issues, this is not the place for you. Both our rooms were extremely moldy smelling and turning the fan on made it even worse. I literally slept with a mask on. We checked in super late like 1am and had to be up early otherwise I would’ve gotten a different hotel.

When I got to the hotel a very kind gentleman at the front desk asked me if I needed a room with 2 beds or with just a king size bed. I said I'd prefer the king size bed and he said one just came up available. So he gave me that room with the king size bed 😊 He also told me he saw my first Google report on them and thanked me 😁 🛑

• Marino (10/5): - The night staff were super friendly, and the morning staff were just as welcoming. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. The room was clean, warm, and spacious. I had an issue with the TV, and reception took care of it immediately.

• Angela (10/5): Best value in Columbus Texas - America's Best is the hotel I stay at, every time I come to Columbus Texas. The room is always clean. The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner, heater works well, and the staff is very friendly and attentive, and it is reasonably priced. I've never had a problem at this hotel, so there is nothing I did not like.

• Ellen (9/5): First time staying. I didn’t eat the breakfast because I had other plans, but I was comfortable - My room was very clean and comfortable. The shower head was probably the best I’ve ever used! Liked the cookie I was given on check in! Nice touch Not really location’s fault but someone’s car alarm went off 9 times on Saturday night. Kept waking me up!

• Andy (8/5): Great stay, more flexibility needed from staff. - Great location and the facilities and property were nice. Loved the garden by the pool. I arrived early and was given my room. I didn't necessarily like the room location as it was in the dark outside hallway. I went to service desk (it was clear that many rooms weren't taken yet) and asked for different room more open to sunlight. Person at service desk said he couldn't make the switch. I couldn't understand why.

• Michelle (10/5): - The staff were very accommodating and understanding. They are pet friendly for a fee. They allow early check in, if there is availability at a fee. The rooms are very clean. The restrooms are basic and small but provided their necessity. We only stayed one night and got up too late to take advantage of the free cold continental breakfast that they offered. But over all is a really good deal. I will be staying there again.

• Vanesa (1/5): Awful !! - Nothing I booked a 2 night stay the room was never cleaned , came came back no towels were added for showering the next day. On the first night it was super loud of people yelling at 3 am because they couldn’t get in the room and nobody at the front desk certainly not worth what I paid I should have paid a little extra to go to a decent hotel worse experience ever never staying there again

• Gladys Valerie (4/5): - It’s an old outdated building. There was a roach in my mother in laws room. The continental breakfast was terrible, we didn’t want any of it and went to buy breakfast somewhere else.

• Shirley (8/5): Family Stay - Rooms were clean and the pool was nice. The staff was friendly, too. The road noise from 18 wheelers was loud through the night but I know the hotel is not responsible for that. Maybe a room in the back would have been quieter.

• Gaines (6/5): Don't waste your money - It was clean ish It was not even 11 am check out time and staff was pounding on the door telling us we needed to get out we called the front desk not even 15 mins after being in the room.and asked for a late check out the gentleman was very aggressive and rude not even 10 mins later they were back pounding on the door. We had a reservation for the following week we canceled it they lied about the breakfast the staff was rude and pushy
• Carol (7/5): It was good enough for one night - Location and price. The staff were amazing! Beds were too hard. Dispensers in shower were clogged. room appeared very clean but had a musty smell to it.

His conversation put a smile on my face. The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. We were able to get some MUCH needed, comfortable rest.

• Angie (10/5): Quiet Comfortable Stay - Check-in was fast and easy. Front desk attendant was friendly and the room was very clean and smelled wonderful when we first arrived. Breakfast is included and had a good selection. Only stayed for one night but had a great experience for the price.
• Nazmiah (6/5): - It was an okay stay. The first night there were noisy drunk hispanic workers next door. They kept me up till 1am, had to slam on the wall to tell them to shut up. They were back at it at 5am. I spoke with front desk that morning and told them about the situation. It was handled. The next night was better, as the noisy folks had checked out that day. The rooms are decent. I woukdnt say it's a great place to stay. It's located next to a Sonic and Steakhouse. A small Walmart and tiny HEB is also across the street. Plenty of places to eat. Hotel is located right off the main highway. Employees are friendly and willing to help.
