- Explorer62724804714 (6/5): Business trip with family - My father is a G-4 member of Radisson group of hotels and being a member,he prefers to stay in Radisson Hotels and this time also he planned to stay in Radisson blu,Jaipur with family.However,the experience this time with the staff there,was not very good.As my father made an order from in-room dining,he was asked to pay the bill while staying in the room but in all other cases he pays the bill during the time of check out.Other thing was that,we got late at the time of checkout due to the female staff present at the front desk who attended us and did not realise the value of our time and were making things uneasy for us.I am saying female staff as I know only one of their names.
I thing improvement should be made in the hotel.

The location was the best of the city ,middle of the new jaipur very near to heart of jaipur n airport premium location no doubt, we r also located in Jaipur only .
The environment of the total property was fantastic n very positive
Rooms are very big n beautiful house keeping etc was excellent

I would like to suggest very strongly that sales department should be properly aligned with the Rooms reservation front office their was no coordination n it was huge ruckus created by sales department Mr Vikas inspite of the fact that we have given floor wise rooming we were not provided rooms on day first but that was rectified next day when we took them head to head this should not be there when there is a group reservation of 60-80 rooms Managemmet should take this point very seriously
The GEM of the deal was FOOD Mr Gulshan the head n Chief chef personally involved in the menu himself n took the entire initiative of finalising the menu and he was there at the venue every time n The MENU was so great that entire 250-300 people came to give compliments for the entire menu everything was scrumptious FOOD every dish was out of the world i would like to personally thank Mr GULSHAN the angel chef and His Team for this magnificent team work n Hats of to Mr GULSHAN we love you great chef

- Marinaramilkshakeguy (4/5): Had High Hopes but nevertheless got disappointed. - The check in experience was good we checked into room 720, although the cleanliness and the service was absolutely not up to the mark.
Cleanliness:
1. The Floor near the curtains, below the night stand were not cleaned properly.
2. The showerhead had a scale built-up on it
3. The Tub-mat was covered in black mold
4. The WC had chemical stains and build up on it
5. The hot water kettle smelled as worse as a sewer.
6. The telephone receiver had a foul smell to it.
The hotel team sent the HK attendant to get this rectified and cleaned immediately although it should have been inspected before handing over the room. This took about an hour to get done, the room attendant was professional and efficient in doing so.
Swimming pool:
1. I was disgusted to see Pigeons taking the refreshing experience of basking in the swimming pool. Whereas that could easily have been avoided by having a pool attendant take rounds of the pool
Roll-away Bed:
The roll-away should be provided with a mattress topper as the main mattress was so thin to a point that the springs were gently massaging each and every bone of my spine. Ultimately had to use the duvet as a mattress topper which helped a little.
Also, it should be a well made bed with the bedsheet sides tucked in properly and the duvet placed properly too. What I got was an extra bed with the bedsheet's corner of the foot end tucked and rest for me to do and the duvet just simply dumped on top. It would've been nice if I didn't have to make bed. Although I did not call the FD or HK cause it was too late at night and I gave up made the bed and slept a very non-peaceful sleep.
Service:
1. Had requested for fresh pillow covers around 6:30 pm, reminded twice to the room attendant and at least about thrice to the front desk over the call yet I did not receive them.
2. I requested for extra water bottles at around 11:00-11:30 pm as there were three of us staying in one room and only two were placed in the room initially. As expected the bottles were not delivered either. Had to call again in the morning then thankfully a single water bottle was delivered to the room.
3. The breakfast spread and the restaurant service was very well coordinated.
I have worked in hospitality long enough to understand that this entire series of events could be easily prevented. I do not blame the employees for a bad experience although the processes could be made more efficient and the employees could be trained well. Strict adherence to room inspection standards before releasing a room should be a must.
Special mention to Anmol who took this seriously and had the room cleaning co-ordinated with housekeeping 👍🏻

We tried calling the hotel number for reservations on 8 & 9 April, but no one answered and no call‑back was received. Eventually, we had to book through the customer care center, which is not the correct process. On arrival, no welcome drink or water was offered, and full advance payment was demanded before showing the room. Despite informing that payment would be settled at checkout, it was not accepted. These practices fall short of proper hospitality standards.

I checked into my room and the room as in a horrible condition. There was a very damp smell in the room, it was full of dust and dirt as it had not been cleaned, the bed sheets and blanket were dirty and torn, had stains all over. The washroom was dirty and had not been cleaned. I kept on calling the management for an hour but they just kept on putting me on hold and diverting my calls to the ‘in house room dining’ instead of talking to me and addressing my concerns. Finally i went down to the reception and they had to talk to me. They finally changed my room after i waited an hour and even that room was damp, smelly, dirty and not clean. It was disgusting to stay in that property and sleep on dirty and sticky sheets and a dirty blanket. All in all pathetic stay, poor staff attitude — Will never stay there again.

I can say that for me: 1) my check in process was absurdly long at nearly 15 minutes, 2) my laundry was not delivered when and as promised and, 3) the light switches in my room were so complicated and nonsensical that even when a manager and maintenance man came to my room it took them several minutes to figure them out so I could actually go to sleep. This place is disappointing and the staff are either poorly managed, poorly trained, or both. Probably better to avoid this hotel and there are much better in Jaipur.

- satishs996 (2/5): Worst experience, smell, view and rude behaviour - We had booked a 3-night stay, and the bad experience started right from the check-in.
The reception staff — Chirag, Ishita, and Anmol — were very rude. Our check-in time was 4:00 PM, yet we had to wait for about 1.5 hours. During this time they repeatedly asked us to accept a twin bedroom, even though our booking was for a king-size bedroom.
In the middle of our stay, we were asked to change rooms because the room allocated to us had apparently been assigned to someone else.
The room had severe dampness and mould, with a strong unpleasant smell from the bed. The bathroom door was broken and hanging on its hinge, making it extremely uncomfortable and almost impossible to stay in the room.
The replacement room had a view of an empty plot filled with garbage. Additionally, there was a loud marriage party, and even on the 7th floor the noise was so loud that the mirrors in the room were shaking.

Sonia put efforts to get me safety pin although it may not be part of job which I was need of it
Haroon khan is also nice gentleman who searched to reach me out wrt allergic reactions and today he customised mixed paratha without Panner being the culprit for my allergy
Whole team is good
My suggestion would be keep some anti allergic medication since I m doctor ; I could manage otherwise it would have been difficult

- pdhandia (10/5): Labhpreet is great server with nice smile - We had a wonderful buffet experience Market Place restaurant.
Labhpreet (Server) helped us a lot throughout the dinner. She served everything with a warm smile and even customized dishes for us especially the paneer tikka soup and honey chilli potato. The special lacha paratha and garlic naan were also served perfectly.
A special thanks to Panka who always helped us get everything quickly whenever we needed anything.
Overall, excellent hospitality and service. Thanks to labhpreet keep it up.

Chef Saurav Chaturvedi truly impressed us with his culinary skills. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, and every dish reflected great taste and attention to detail.
A big compliment to Chef Saurav for his excellent work — we absolutely loved the breakfast and look forward to visiting again!

Room 701 had no hot water . No electric everytime we went back to room . Smelt very musty .
Food was basic and definitely not worth the cost . Drinks where very expensive . Not many spoke English. Trip to the taj and fort where very good Ally our driver from hotel was 1st class . But as for the hotel never again .
