During my stay, the dining experience was a particular highlight. Chef Irfan prepared an absolutely outstanding butter chicken that deserves special recognition. The breakfast service was equally commendable, with Aman and Ankit providing highly attentive and seamless care. I would like to extend a very special note of appreciation to Hiral for her exemplary service during breakfast. Even under high-pressure situations, she maintained a warm, welcoming attitude and remained incredibly helpful and friendly. Her professionalism truly stood out. She truly did her job exceptionally great. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable experience! The mattress of the bed could be a bit softer. Also the pillows could be improved.

It has great restaurants to dine in. There’s spa and gym also . Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They’re very responsive to cater to your needs. Security is very good. There’s parking available. Rooms have all amenities and are clean and comfortable. Next to this property is a big and famous mall. It has great food zone to explore local flavours and ample choices for shopping experience. You get a great view of a lake or shopping mall from your room.

• uday (3/5): Improvements Required - Location 1. Pillows are too soft, no hard pillow available in room. 2. Room slippers provided were very poor quality, often slipping on bathroom floor. 3. The wash spray in toilet is short in length and hanging hook is wrongly located. 4. Water bottles proved in room are glass bottles but the bottle caps are screw type. When u open, it leaves sharp points which can hurt fingers.

During brunch, I simply asked for roti, which the server took over 25 min to bring, during which I already finished my lunch, they simply informed me that they were short-staffed. I stayed for the first time, however, I don't recommend this hotel. There are far better options avaialble in a similar category of hotel.

• rishirajsutaria (6/5): A House of Fine Promise, Yet Fallen from Five-Star Grace - My recent sojourn at Hyatt Ahmedabad was one marked by a curious duality—of charm most inviting, and disappointment most unexpected. The establishment enjoys, without contest, a most enviable situation within the city, affording both ease of access and proximity to its principal thoroughfares. One arrives and departs with admirable convenience, a virtue not lightly dismissed in a bustling metropolis such as Ahmedabad. The morning repast, too, was a delight most pleasing. The breakfast spread was abundant and thoughtfully curated, offering a variety that catered to both the discerning palate and the indulgent appetite. It was, in truth, one of the finer aspects of the stay—an experience that lent a certain grace to the day’s commencement. Yet, it is with some regret that I must observe that beyond these commendable features, the property itself appears to have succumbed to a state of neglect. The very fabric of the establishment bears signs of wear and disrepair, lending an air more reminiscent of faded grandeur than of present excellence. One cannot escape the impression that the soul of a true five-star experience—defined by refinement, upkeep, and the seamless anticipation of a guest’s needs—remains conspicuously absent. In sum, while the location and hospitality endeavour to uphold the establishment’s standing, the condition of the property itself detracts most significantly from what ought to be an experience of distinction. A house so well placed deserves, indeed demands, a restoration befitting its name.

We love the service, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are always so helpful and forthcoming. Thank you so much for all the amazing stays we have had over the years.
• Kirit (8/5): All good, it was my 2nd time I stayed. Will certainly stay again in future. - The location near the Mall and staff were help-full, always willing to help. Specially Vikesh at the reception. Susmita, Aryan and all at Collage. Food wise it was good also. I like the menu at Mrs Marge, tried different dishes, all excellent. Good gym. The lifts took a long time to arrive.

• khushalp123 (10/5): Exceptional Stay with Truly Personal Service - My parents and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hyatt Ahmedabad while visiting the city. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything about our experience was 10/10. One of the biggest highlights of the hotel is its excellent location right next to Alpha One Mall, which makes it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and spending time in the area. What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional and very personal service from the staff. Everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention must go to Jay, one of the managers, who took incredible care of us throughout our stay. He made sure that anything we needed was taken care of immediately and went above and beyond to make our experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it a pleasure to stay there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for my family and I, and the combination of a great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding personalised service made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Hyatt Ahmedabad to anyone visiting the city and would happily stay here again.
• ganadhishk (2/5): Irresponsible front desk staff - During checkin the front desk staff took my driver's license as Identity proof. While handing over the key he forgot to return the license and I forgot to ask. I understand such mistake can happen. But during my two days stay, no one reached out to me to return my license. Today after I realized that the document was missing, I called the hotel to check and they confirm that they are having it. I requested them to send it to me which they declined. I had to request my friend in Ahmedabad to go to hotel and collect it. I never expected such behavior from Hyatt staff.
