Guest Reviews
- yamfan (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - Well recommended for a comfortable stay
Hotel is spotless and the rooms are great
Staff were so helpful and welcoming
Highlight is the pool. Lovely place to chill after a hot, busy day touring the temples.
We arrived late afternoon so decided to stay in and ended up having a great night in the pool drinking cocktails - perfect evening
Short ride down to the Pub Street area in a tuk tuk and a good location for visiting the temples

- Ewwik (10/5): Most beautiful and joyful stay in Cambodia - The whole stay was perfect!
- 764lesleye (10/5): Outstanding - What a wonderful hotel, from the aesthetics and amenities to the friendly staff, everything was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your trip to Cambodia…..
- tonih745 (10/5): A little bit of Bali in Cambodia - The hotel is a short distance from Pub Street, a precinct I hadn't even heard of, and I'm so glad it was. A short tuk tuk ride for USD$3 can get you to the hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean, the staff spoke good English, the breakfast was lovely and the pool was magnificent!!!
After a morning in the sun and heat it was refreshing to lounge in the pool. As the hotel was not resort style in size you could have a nice quiet conversation with other guests in the pool or just recline on the sun lounges if that wasn't your thing. Getting your laundry done is super cheap!!
• I didn't feel particularly safe if I wanted to walk down the street as it is not well lit at all, but that is not the hotel's issue
- Andrew (10/5): - A lovely clean hotel with a wonderful pool area and excellent staff A bit out of the way.
- Toni (10/5): A relaxed Bali style hotel in Cambodia, but better than Bali! - It was a short distance from Pub Street, a precinct I hadn’t even heard of, and I’m so glad it was. - carriew429 (10/5): Tripoppo and Air Canada tours Cambodia is a must to see - Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Mr.Manager was very helpful at checking and check out. Room was sparkling clean. Breakfast included with our room. Great variety. Something for everyone to eat. Try the pineapple jam it is delicious . Pool was very beautiful and great to swim in. Lounge chairs very comfortable.
Service was awesome.
Strongly recommend to stay there. 3:00 tuk tuk ride from market. Very interesting place Lots to see
- catherinepZ8327ZA (10/5): Peaceful and enjoyable stay - What a wonderful hotel! Friendly, kind staff; beautiful rooms; serene atmosphere; lovely pool and breakfast. We will definitely be back when we come back to Cambodia.
- Thin Lai (9/5): A journey into the past - The staff were wonderfully friendly and courteous at all times. Very helpful too. Excellent! To do more of:
Better breakfast spread and quality. Chicken and beef for noodles were a bit tough. However, the amok fish in real coconut was the best compared to other restaurants restaurants in Siem Reap.
- Paulina (10/5): Wonderfull - The service was truly outstanding -the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We especially appreciated the constant support and contact from the manager throughout our entire stay, which made us feel genuinely cared for.
The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained. It is conveniently located within a short distance from the city center, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
- cristinacS9418ZO (10/5): Angkor experience - It was not only the experience, the way we were treated surpassed all my expectations
- Nita (10/5): - Fantastic stay. Staff is attentive and professional at every level. Beautiful facility, exceptionally clean.

- teturou (8/5): -
- Thomas (9/5): - Excellent services and reactivity from hotel staff
- Dipa (8/5): Very pleasant. Breakfast was very nice. The staff were extremely helpful. - Slightly away from the main central area
- KATSUMI (6/5): -
- Naoya (10/5): - Tasty breakfast. Hotel front is very kind. They returned my forgotten items in the room when I checked out.
Good location, can go to pub street by tuktuk 2usd. Many mosquitoes, bug, around poolside.
Hotel restaurant noodle menu I don’t recommend
- joekrish (10/5): Outstanding service - The manager Sopheap Sor greeted me upon my arrival..It had been a rather extended trial just getting to Siem Reap. He truly set the tone for my short stay.. Everything was 5 Star. My room looked out on the pool. The breakfast was international with offers of eggs cooked to your preference, meats and cheeses for the European tastes plus lots of local fruit selections.
- Marie (10/5): Lovey hotel with a great pool - Lovely resort type hotel with beautiful pool. The staff were fantastic as was our room overlooking the pool. Not in the centre of town but only a $1 tuk tuk ride into Beer Street. ( via Grab) . Lovely place to come back to after a hot day visiting the temples. Breakfast was average.
- JCSITraveller (10/5): Little tropical secret - I selected this resort as it is family owned. Wanted to support local entrempeneurs. What a surprise!
The staff is amazing!
From the moment I made my booking, they contacted me immediately, helped me to arrange everything; from airport pick up to activities and airport drop off!
Everyone was very friendly, my room was excellent, I had a spa treatment that was incredibly good.
Sopheap, the front desk manager was very nice to greet me in person and be attentive to my needs.
10 out of 10!!!
Everyone should stay here!
- Hubert (9/5): Ogólnie gorąco polecam, ale bez spacerów nocnych - Wystrój, jedzenie, czystość, gościnność personelu Położenie w okolicy dziwnych barów, slamsów
- Nomad37608402091 (10/5): A Great Experience!! - The customer service was excellent. Before arriving at the hotel, the front desk manager, Sopheap, reached out to us to arrange our airport pickup and day tour. He personally met us upon our arrival and walked us to our rooms. Before leaving Siem Reap, Sopheap also arranged our airport transfer. All the employees were so friendly and extremely helpful. We felt like family. It was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
- Quew (10/5): a perfect stay - it is not often when one experiences a perfect hotel visit, however our stay here was just that. terrific staff and management, beautiful grounds and room. fairly priced, great breakfast buffet and attention to detail was great
- Jason (8/5): -
- 582owainr (10/5): Fantastic stay - Really wonderful place - excellent value for money, very clean, good facilities (for quite a small hotel), and really superb staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and very attentive/responsive. The hotel is not in the centre so you will need to take tuktuks everywhere but this wasn’t a problem at all - the hotel is actually more convenient if you want to visit Angkor Wat and other temples. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere, very little noise (just the birds!) Would not hesitate to stay here again and will be recommending it to any friends visiting the area. 10/10
- Melissa (10/5): fantastic - The staff were lovely, the room was beautiful. Just loved it
- 467allysone (10/5): A beautiful hotel with lovely attentive staff - This is a beautiful hotel and perfect for visiting Angkor Wat. Our room (cabana) was large and very well equipped, and opened out onto the pool. The pool area is gorgeous and the food great.
The staff are all so lovely and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Our flight to Siem Reap was cancelled so we had one day less here and the manager went out of his way to compensate for our disappointment by arranging for a hotel driver to take us around Angkor Wat. The hotel is 5 mins by tuk tuk from old market. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- Marco Stefano (10/5): -
- Amish (8/5): - it's a modest establishment and value for money breakfast could have a slightly more variety
- Rhi3 (10/5): Lovely Hotel. - This was our 1st hotel we stayed in in Cambodia and on our trip to SE Asia - it was lovely - quiet - understated but really nice. We had a ground floor room and were welcome home every evening by tiny frogs seeking shade! Lovely spacious rooms, good breakfast, and nice staff. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times all good. Only thing is that there isn't much directly around it - to eat / drink but everything is a short tuk/tuk away.
- I4527XSthomash (10/5): Amazing experience - I’ll cherish my stay here & my first ever trip to Cambodia for years to come! Obviously the hotel is nice and checks all the boxes like many others do (comfort, location, price, etc) but the entire staff is second to none and really added that intangible feeling to a trip that makes a country/hotel memorable.
Special thanks to Sopat, Phanit, and my guide Rida for the hospitality! Until next time.
- Mesut (10/5): Great staff, best choice - First of all: amazing staff! The hotel is quiet, comfortable and clean. They arranged us (family of 4, all adults) Angkor Wat and Tonle Sap tours with the best tour guide, ever! (Mr. Jack, +855 86 863 522) and provide a Hotel Van with the most skillful and gentleman driver. If you’re planning to visit Siem Reap (you should btw), book this one and do not think twice.
- PIERRE-CHARLES (10/5): Best place to stay in Siem Reap - Confort, propreté, personnel, petit déjeuner
- G6982BNeugeneh (10/5): Absolutely Wonderful Hotel - My wife and I have been in SE Asia since the 29th of September. Hong Kong to Thailand to Vietnam to Cambodia. We’ve had wonderful experiences in every hotel we stayed at, but I must say that we absolutely loved this hotel. The staff are excellent. They are friendly, professional, efficient, attentive, and hard working. The hotel was spotlessly clean and everything worked. Those very little things that didn’t (change of batteries) were repaired immediately. The pool was well kept and very clean. The area around the pool was spotless. The restaurant was impeccable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The choices of food were good. The staff were beyond excellent in clearing tables and making sure the food supply was ample. They worked perfectly like a well oiled machine. The staff that cooked the eggs to order were excellent. Room service was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious and affordable. The gym was in great shape and perfect for a workout. The spa was wonderful, clean, and the workers there were professional and very friendly. The price too, with a 35% discount for hotel guests, was a wonderful bonus. There’s a steam room and sauna too!!!!!! The young man, Panhit, who drove us from the airport to the hotel was extremely friendly, professional, informative, and a safe driver.
We loved this hotel. The area around it was quiet. There’s a church just around the corner. We cannot praise the management and the staff enough for their care of us while we were there with them. We stayed 6 nights! Thank you so very much for running such a wonderful hotel. Kudos to the management!
Even the tuk tuk drivers outside this hotel were friendly and honest. It’s a very short 8 minute drive to the downtown area.
My wife and I fell in love with this city, so much so that we want to return to stay longer. Next time we will try to bring some friends. The Saem Siem Reep hotel and staff there played a large role in helping us to make that decision. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. You won’t regret it.
Wer das Saem bucht, macht also nichts falsch. Was mir missfallen hat:
Hotel pomaga zorganizować transport do zwiedzania Angkor - koszt tut tuka dla 4 osob to 20 $ za caly dzień zwiedzania kompleksu Angkor. W okolicy pełno salonów spa, restauracji, sklepów. Wszystko było wspaniałe :-)
- Pierre_De_France (10/5): Best place to stay in Siem Reap - We stayed with family during 3 nights, the hotel with swimming pool is amazing. Excellent quality of service, excellent bar and dining. The hotel also offers great guided tours. Thank you!
- lizell2014 (10/5): Fantastic staying at Saem Siem Reap Hotel - Fantastic stay – highly recommend!
I had a wonderful stay at Saem Siem Reap Hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with great facilities that make it easy to truly relax and enjoy your holiday. It really captures the true meaning of being on holiday — you arrive, and they take care of the rest.
A must-experience hotel in Siem Reap. 10/10, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
- tinajjohnson (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful - We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 4 nights in November, what a little Gem this place is, so relaxing and peacefully after our day trips, rooms spotless, staff so friendly, food and drinks great, pool lovely and refreshing and only a short tuk tuk ride to most places, cambodia is a beautiful country, will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to cambodia ❤️
- D_GNov (10/5): A beautiful hotel - Wonderful peaceful hotel for our first few days in Cambodia. Traditional style accommodation, super clean and great food and drink. Excellent polite and kind staff made our family feel very welcome and comfortable
- Lizel (10/5): The staff were amazing and gave exceptional service second to none, I would highly recommend to all my friends and famil - The hotel is exceptional and the staff is absolutely amazing

- ROMAN (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety to choose from, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. After visiting the temples, the pool was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended!
- Murray (10/5): The staff were wonderful and the hotel had a great ambiance. - The property is large, the rooms spacious, the plantings give the place a relaxed, cool, tropical atmosphere. It was absolutely perfect.
- shan0t (10/5): 10/10 Def recommend - Would definitely recommend this hotel, overall extremely satisfied. Sopheap and his team were incredible, he helped organise excursions which was top tier. The hotel driver Bun who I used for all three days made everything memorable. Overall 10/10, would stay again when in Siem Reap
- anonymousJ816OL (10/5): Amazing hotel in Siem Reap - An exceptionally hospitable, clean, and beautiful hotel with the kindest staff. We absolutely loved our stay at Saem Siemreap Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Siem Reap. The rooms are newly furnished, spotless, and very comfortable, and the hotel’s exterior is truly stunning. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing. The food is outstanding, with high-quality meals that were some of the best we had. The location is ideal—close to the main town and easily within walking distance. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Siem Reap.
- rebeccacR1523CY (10/5): Highly recommend Saem Siem Reap Hotel - Wonderful hotel with very helpful, kind staff. We had to cancel our bike tour of Angkor wat and Sopheap very kindly organised a driver for us instead. Thann was an excellent guide and we had a fabulous trip. The pool is lovely here and breakfast good with choices. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Sopheap and staff for looking after us.
- Rebeccah (10/5): Great hotel - The rooms were lovely and clean and the beds were super comfortable.
Location is good - just a $3 tuktuk to the Old Market and Pub Street. Conveniently located to the Angkor complex.
Staff were helpful. Breakfast offered a lot of choice.
- Esther (10/5): A gem - Lovely property gracious staff great spa
- V3598VEstevent (10/5): Friendly Staff, so worth the price! - A bit off the beaten path, but so worth it! Very affordable, to feel like royalty. Five stars for staff and concierge. Very helpful in arranging rides for sightseeing. Thanks for such a lovely stay! All staff, including dining/bar, front desk, drivers and spa staff were wonderful!
Recommend a side trip to the River Village, if you have time after Angkor Wat. Our driver, Sophat, was especially nice and safe. Lovely saltwater pool and surroundings. Great pricing and nice breakfast included. Will stay again, and recommend to our friends and family.
- Janet (10/5): Brilliant customer service, lovely friendly staff. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. - Everything Nothing
- janettN878IW (10/5): Brilliant hotel - Very nice hotel, TukTuk available for $3 dollars each way to take you to bar street and into the shopping area. Helpful polite staff.
Bedrooms really nice only downside nowhere to put your case only the floor ok if you are young no so good if you are getting on!
Room beautiful, bed comfy.
Pool really nice.
Cambodian people are so kind, friendly and very proud of their country.
Food was amazing everywhere we went.
- leecR5682XW (10/5): Friendly hotel for Marathon - The hotel location is nice, easy for me to go National Museum, Angkor Supermarket, Pub Street, and Ankgor Wat Marathon.
The room is traditional type, but very quiet, no traffic noise during the nighttime.
The price is attractive; staff is very kind and friendly
Their breakfast time is 6am to 10pm, you won't miss the breakfast even though morning flight, or after your Marathon, and the food is great with many options.
The also have friendly services for Marathon, light breakfast box, car arrangement. Even the arrangement got some issue cos the Tuk Tuk driver, their staff could find the solution shortly and make me to starting point in time.
This is my 1st time visiting Cambodia, and this hotel definitely make my trip value-added.
- JP24CA (10/5): Comfortable, clean, luxurious stay in Siem Reap - highly recommend!!! - The location is very quiet and secluded. The beds were very clean and comfortable. I loved all the space that was available to store your luggage without cluttering the room. The cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the rooms daily. The breakfast in the morning had delicious fresh fruit and wonderful bakery items. The staff were all friendly and super helpful and accommodating. I especially enjoyed speaking with the on-site manager. The staff texted me throughout our stay to ensure our visit was pleasant. Overall really outstanding customer service. My husband and I are already planning on returning to this hotel because we loved it so much. Something minor but the daily breakfast could use espresso coffee like a cappuccino and more variety for the hot items. My husband eats a high protein diet and had a hard time getting his normal calories without just eating eggs every morning. This is super minor and can be easily fixed. I have stayed at luxury hotels like the Four Seasons in Maui and the Leela hotel in India and this hotel is of the same caliber for a fraction of the cost!
- ChipR1007 (10/5): A nice gem in the city with helpful staff - Very friendly and helpful service from arrival to departure. Pool area was very relaxing. Breakfast options were extensive and delicious. Also enjoyed one dinner there. The hotel made all arrangements for transport, tours and guides during our visit. Very quick to take action and nice arrangements. We had one scheduling mistake for spa services and the hotel quickly took action to resolve for us. This place is a gem.

Breakfast was amazing.
Rooms were superb: clean, comfortable, spacious, toiletries, etc.
Special thanks for our driver, Phanit.
Hotel managed our excursions to Angkor Wat in comfortable vans, with all we needed on board: umbrellas, cold water, cooling towels.
Highly recommended.

- Chris (10/5): - Our first time in Cambodia the staff were very friendly and helpful
The room was very clean and exactly as described
Breakfast was typical for Asia and had a variety that we were happy with
Lovely pool area had a relaxing stay
- Francis (10/5): - The staff were wonderful! Ms. Sochin (spelling?) was particularly delightful and helpful, and the entire staff made our visit special. I rated the area around the property as 4 star because anyone who isn't used to developing nation cities might find it a bit dirty. It was certainly safe and transportation was easy.
- Frankly42 (10/5): Wonderful staff, lovely facility - This hotel was fantastic, given it's affordability and proximity to downtown. We walked to the Angkor National Museum and Raffles/Royal Gardens. But the best part was the hotel staff! Ms. Sochin, Mr. Thaan and the rest of the staff were engaging, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. The facility is beautiful, with polished wood and new, high end fixtures everywhere. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was great!
- Christopher (10/5): - Beautiful hotel, pristine rooms and the staff and service was amazing which made getting around the city and traveling to Angkor Wat effortless (on our part). Will be returning, no question.
- Amalia (9/5): - El personal, siempre atento y cordial Nada

- markuQ9266XW (10/5): Excellent hotel and staff - We travelled to Siem Reap on an IndoChina tour and enjoyed an excellent stay at the Saem Siemreap hotel.
Sopheap Sor the manager was very welcoming and took time from his busy schedule to explain the area sights, traditions and customs of Cambodia.
His staff was excellent and always available, providing excellent service.
The food was fantastic and rooms were very clean and comfortable.
We hope to return one day to visit again with Sopheap Sor and his staff.
- Soumya Prabha (10/5): - Excellent! Would definitely recommend!
- Jerome Joseph (10/5): - Nothing i didn't like.staff attentive and knowledgeable. Driver Thann and the rest of top shelf. He knows everything there is to know about Cambodia and things to do. I went during rain season and suggest you do to. I planned outing before or after. 5 minutes after rain you wouldn't know it. Places like Angkor Wat not as crowded lines not nearly as long....pack you and your families bags family friendly and affordable
- Kate (10/5): Great value hotel with fabulous pool - Beautiful hotel with big comfortable rooms and fabulous breakfast buffet. Lovely pool. Location is a bit far out of town though it’s easy to get tuk tuks or taxis cheaply.

- Alex Roy (10/5): - Located off the beaten path, the setting was tranquil with a lovely center courtyard with a pool. Staff were exceptional in service and hospitality. Great bartender and good restaurant. We enjoyed dining on Cambodian specialties that were offered. International clientele. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the rooms of a good size.
- njtraveler185 (10/5): Amazing Stay - Secluded hotel in Siemreap with boutique hotel service. Lovely pool, good restaurant. Bartender par excellence. Excellent staff who sought to meet our every need.
- Muralidhar (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and - Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Very few restaurants within walkable distance. Though breakfast is good, choice is limited. I appreciated the staff's gesture to present a cake after noticing my date of birth in the passport.
- Niranjan (10/5): - Amazing hospitality and a really great hotel to stay.
The staff at this hotel are incredibly warm & accommodating - whether it’s the airport pickup or arranging a local tour, nothing is too much trouble. They make your stay so much more special.
Add to it the other facilities - Gym, Pool, Restaurant and spa etc., and this becomes so much more attractive. You can’t go wrong with this option!

- Paul (8/5): - Great place to stay friendly staff but out of town but still good not too many places to eat out side the resort
