• ESRA (3/5): - It was in an easily accessible and safe location. The furnishings were a huge disappointment. They were both very dirty and quite old. I specifically chose a room with a balcony so I could sit by the window in the evenings, but the windows and curtains looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 100 years, so I didn't even want to go near them. Unfortunately, it was nothing like the photos. Choosing this particular room was pointless; I just wasted extra money.

Pareti macchiate, mancanza di una finestra con affaccio ma solo alta e con infisso difettoso. in 4 notti hanno offerto 3 cialde di caffe in totale.. meglio non darle pittosto che darle per un giorno solo.

En linea general buen servicio pero este detalle me decepcionó un poco.

Boczne światła przy łóżku są za nisko, żeby czytać. Łóżko było za wąskie na dwie osoby dorosłe, nawet szczupłe.

• Martina (9/5): Corta pero intensa y muy cómoda. - La ubicación era de 10 y la habitación tiene todo lo necesario, estuvimos muy agusto y volveremos a repetir en este hotel cuando volvamos a Madrid. Sin duda, merece la pena. La única pega es que hacía un poco de calor, a pesar de tener la calefacción pagada y la cama era un pelín pequeña, por lo demás, la habitación era muy cómoda y acogedora, no necesitamos más.

Una pintada a todo el dormitorio + un cambio de zócalos y muebles le iría bien. poca luz en el baño.

• Marie (8/5): Parfait - L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre de Madrid à pied. Chambre très confortable et propre. Le premier soir au moment de se laver, pas d'eau chaude, nous avons du descendre à la réception pour avoir des explications, car personne ne nous a prévenu qu'il y avait un problème d'eau dans tous l'hôtel.

• Susan (7/5): Helpful staff and well situated hotel - Location for Prado and Thyssen is excellent. Easy walk from airport bus stop as well. Room had slightly open plan bathroom but was well planned and worked well. Beds were comfortable. Coffee machine in landing also did hot water for tea. Very little to quibble about. Not luxury but perfectly good for a weekend away.
