Breakfast was wonderful, excellent selection and range of fruits, bread/pastries, eggs, waffles, coffee/tea, chocolates and even a glass (or two) of champagne if wanted. The building is beautiful 16th century with many features retained. Location was in central, historic district 5 minutes walk from the bustling tourist center but on a quiet street, perfect for relaxing when we needed it! I wouldn't change a thing! It really is the perfect escape for 2-3 nights. We'd love to go back sometime in a quieter season and explore more of the city.

Room lovely and clean. Enormous breakfast and excellent drinks facilities including minibar included. The one issue with such a beautiful place is there are often tourists outside taking photos, and passing boat tours. However these don't start until 10am (when we were there) so not an issue unless you like a long lie in.

• Carol (10/5): A wonderful break in the centre of Brugge. - The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of things. There was a plentiful bread basket with a choice of breads, croissants and pastries. There was a choice of eggs which included bacon, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms. If you could manage it there was a Belgium waffle and fruit. This was accompanied by a glass of champagne. We didn’t find anything not to our liking.

• timanstee (10/5): If you are coming to Brugge you have to stay here! - From the moment you arrive at Bonifacius, Lyne is the most welcoming host you could wish for, the house is beautiful in everyway, the rooms are well appointed with fantastic bathrooms. Then the breakfast is something else the best we have ever had anywhere. The location cannot be beaten you are 5-10 minutes walk from every attraction and yet when you go back you are tucked away in a quiet loaction away from the crowds. nothing could be improved

Lyne is a fantastic host (support by Mia) and provides top-end personalised service. This is a a level of service you’re unlikely to find in a larger hotel. Breakfast was beautifully presented at a time convenient to guests. Everything about the hotel was first class.

The breakfast was amazing and the host Lyme was exceptional in her guidance of what restaurants were good, and what to see during our stay. Very peaceful location, and great roof terrace to enjoy a glass of bubbles! Nothing. Everything was great!

Hotel is close to sights and restaurants and shops yet set in on a peaceful street. Delicious breakfast and beautiful views from dining room and from terrace. I loved everything about this property.

Location is prefect, right in the city centre; on the river next to the St Boniface bridge (one of the Brugges highlights). The rooftop balcony gave a great view of the Brugges sights. We stayed in the junior suite and it was lovely - especially the jacuzzi bath and mini bar - it was lovely to chill out in between sight seeing. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here - it was perfect!

The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our stay, making it even more special. Every morning, we were treated to an exceptional breakfast that was both delicious and beautifully presented. One of the highlights of our stay was the serene and picturesque view from the living room, where we could watch graceful swans glide by. It was a magical sight that added to the charm and tranquility of the guesthouse. Overall, our time at B&B Exclusive Guesthouse Bonifacius was nothing short of perfect. • Cadwallada (9/5): A comfortable and atmospheric venue in a lovely old city. - Centuries old, sensitively modernised, canal-side building with delightful roof-top views, in a lovely, quiet location on the edge of the old town. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms with en-suite toilet and bath/shower room. The multi-lingual owner and her staff were friendly and unfailingly helpful. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruits, French-style breads and croissants, a range of cooked offerings, waffles and a complimentary glass of champagne, all beautifully presented in a delightful old room overlooking a canal. Coffee and teas always available. The Guesthouse has its own car park. A bit tricky to get to by car - best to park nearby, walk to the guesthouse and ask the helpful staff.
• Brandenburg (10/5): Amazingly beautiful, well-kept, historic B&B with friendly and attentive hostess. - Breakfast was amazing. It was more than filling. As I was there for work, we sould head to early morning meetings and then come back for breakfast. Coffee was available all the time. Lyne was so attentive. The room was beautiful. She had beverages in the minibar. We didn't have a view form our room, but knew that when we booked. The room was huge! There was also an upper deck for the B&B that we sat on in the afternoon, taking a break from my work meetings and sight seeing. Everything seemed to be within a 1/2 mile walking distance. Lyne also had incredible recommendations for dining and we had some of our best meals ever in Brugge. The B&B was very secure and house keeping was done daily. Would absolutely recommend.

We all felt very well cared-for and comfortable chatting with the other guests at breakfast. Far from a faceless hotel. Things like cleaning services could be scheduled to our request - a rare thing in B&Bs. Breakfast was beautiful (and we are foodies) with a glass of good champagne regularly offered with it. We were there 5 days over Christmas. The room, despite being in the central tourist area, could not have been quieter. Listening to horse-drawn carriages occasionally clopping past was like time travel! Probably best for adults without young children as all rooms are on the smaller side - but dogs are appreciated! Nothing.

The whole guesthouse is a little tired and I would certainly not rate it as a luxury B&B. Most of the breakfast was pre-packaged which is a big 'no ' in today's waste-aware society.

The breakfast that was included was so fresh and of great quality with fresh fruits, eggs, cheeses, breads, juice, and jam. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and the rooftop and lounge were very nice intimate spaces to relax. The location is very convenient, yet tucked away and still quiet. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

• Kathy (10/5): Little piece of heaven in Bruges - We felt right at home. Our host took care of our every need. Greeted us with champagne upon arrival. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed roof top deck immensely
