- Creating (9/5): Recomendado para ir a reuniones de trabajo. - Esta muy bien el hotel para ir de trabajo, las habitaciones muy amplias con cocineta. El estacionamiento todos los espacios decían que no se podría dejar mas de 2 horas estacionado y eso confundía, se me hizo elevado el costo para los servicios generales.

- cotravelguru (10/5): Perfect location for shopping eating, and walking the cherry creek path - This hotel is perfectly situated in a safe, walkable, and centrally located part of town. Sandy at the front desk is very nice and helpful in answering questions. I checked in a bit early and she was kind enough to give me a room which I appreciated.

- JaguarStar (7/5): Comfortable, excellent location, but they look for ways to charge you more than they announce. - The location is excellent, next to many restaurants and businesses, and close enough to Denver's important areas. The staff is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, the TV has several entertaining options (unlike other hotels), and the price is good enough, not too cheap and not too expensive. Breakfast could be better, with better food options, and a cleaner eating space. The room was comfortable enough, but there were no additional covers or pillows for the sofa, there weren't any water bottles in the room, or cups, nor enough soap in the bathroom. The internet was very slow, so they force you to buy an internet daily package. They also managed to charge more than had been announced at the booking.com place, which seemed like a scam, or like a forced way to get money from people.
- T8137HJjonl (2/5): Simply Filthy Residence Inn - Our room smelled and the hallway to our room was littered with trash. Obviously, we won't return. I must say the staff was very friendly yet don't clean. I would suggest another suite hotel in the Cherry Creek area.

- B7281RPfrankm (8/5): Not up to Residence Inn Standards - We recently stayed at The Residence Inn Denver Cherry Creek. Overall it was a decent stay although we did experience a couple of minor issues. When checking in the Front End Manager, Carla Harris had a “pissy attitude”. She acted like we were a bother. The property was experiencing some computer issues and they didn’t have or couldn’t see what rooms had been cleaned and ready to occupy. This was resolved in about 2 hours (we went offsite to grab dinner and kill time while waiting), as the staff physically checked each room and manually updated their inventory. The schedule for room maintenance was also a question. We were informed of when we could expect Housekeeping to service our room but that did not happen as we were told. Not a big deal as we were able to obtain Towel Resupply from the Front Desk. The property is in decent shape but one of the elevators broke and was not repaired during the remainder of our stay. The property does serve a decent breakfast with a daily variety of food to select from. The property charges $15/night to park in an open, shared (with restaurants), parking lot.
- borspam2250 (2/5): Horrible management - Location in a shopping center. I had several interactions with front desk for various inquiries today & other 2 days. Upon coming home after business dinner late Friday evening Precious agent at front desk stated the “pervious staff checked us out and told Precious we could not retrieve our property until tomorrow morning. As Marriott Rewards members they had credit card on file for the previous nights (charged 477.) plus several contact information. No one had called or emailed us, we had not noticed the check out date was wrong. We offered to rectify and pay for another night. They had several rooms. Precious reiterated she could not release our personal property from our room she called Carla manager , no answer. Precious said she was waiting for mgr to return call. We waited now 11:30 pm. This disaster should never happen to paying guests. The manager Carla refused to speak to us also declined to be on speaker phone. This action is deplorable.

- Lisa (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good Was given a time that our wound would be ready came back about an hour after they said our room would be ready and was then told by someone else that it wouldn’t be ready for another hour and a half. I booked a two bedroom suite and did not book a handicap suite and that is what we got. I did not want that room. That is why I did not book it. I was asked why we got that room when I did not book it and was told it’s first come first serve and we have to request not to have it. I never requested it to begin with.
- Debbie (8/5): - The property was great. However we had the handicap room. Beds are very high so my 93 yr mom had to step on luggage to get into it. She has a poor back also which caused her pain while attempting this. Please get handicap appropriate beds. Also chairs are not comfortable.

- sandid (6/5): Ok but some issues - We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom suite room 132. The good is that everyone at the hotel was helpful. The cutlery basket in the dishwasher was wrecked in our room and they tracked down another one for us right away. The location is also pretty good. As others have said, there are several restaurants in the parking lot. There is a Natural Grocer nearby and Cherry Creek North with many restaurants and shopping is a few minutes drive away. However, there were several issues with our stay. 1. There were 2 spiders in a bathroom and one was big - with legs as big as my finger. 2. There was noise from the room above. First was a person who stomped rather than walked. I was grateful when they checked out but in moved a family with a kid that ran around making lots of noise and interrupting sleep. 3. The water stopped draining in one of the showers after a few days. 4. Parking - we paid for parking and ended up parking in the lot for the hotel and restaurants every night rather than the ramp. The hotel shouldn't get $15 a night for me to park in a public lot.

The service here is absolutely five star. Bernard 💓💓💓. We were here for a medical treatment at National Jewish Hospital (the top respiratory clinical and research facility in the world) On our second day at the facility with my family member, I forgot a piece of my own medical equipment. When I requested, they were able to go into the room, identify the piece of equipment I needed, bring it down to the front desk so that an Uber driver could pick it up and bring it to me. That’s just one of many examples the cleaning staff was incredible THE BREAKFASTS. Hotel free breakfasts have gotten skimpier and skimpier, but not here They always had a specialty egg dish either a croissant with Canadian bacon and cheese, for these amazing little frittatas with cheese, spinach, eggs, scrambled eggs or fried egg patties, always hard boiled eggs, plenty of Chobani yogurt. oatmeal with more toppings than I knew what to do with – pumpkin seeds!, Walnuts, almonds slivers, dried apricots, Craisins, granola. Milk coffee tea juice. Bagels, Fantastic blueberry muffins, these amazing little chocolate and cream cheese muffins Y’all. Marriott has made me a customer for life with this experience. We were here for two weeks so something could’ve gone wrong, it would have. The bed was comfy, they had both a soft fluffy pillow and a firmer pillow. The rooms themselves were pretty sparsely appointed and you can hear people walking above you, so I recommend staying on the fourth floor I love it here and we will be back probably twice a year for my family member And my goodness, if anybody in your family needs respiratory care, allergy and immunology, specialized ENT, airway focused gastroenterology, FOLKS!!!! THIS IS IT. My family member and I actually have a similar health issue and we have struggled to find people who could properly understand it, identify it, diagnose it, inform appropriate treatment plans for it. And this was across three states. I’m in Atlanta Georgia and it took me about 20 to 25 years to get an appropriate diagnosis. I’m now with pulmonologist Colin Swenson @Emory and he is OUTSTANDING. My family member has worked with pulmonologist in Florida and in Michigan and finally out of desperation we came here for the comprehensive team approach. The only mistake we made was waiting so long to book. Once you book here it takes about four months to get in 💗💗💗 If you read this far, it’s time to go book your stay, and be sure to have a spinach and cheese “soufflé” for me. Some of the restaurants in this little cluster of buildings are also fantastic. The shrimp tacos at the little Mexican place 3 doors down are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!

- billstl2017 (4/5): The good, the bad and the ugly! - Let’s start with good points-location nearby many restaurants, suite good size, breakfast was fine, and finally, rate adjustments partially recognized our frustration during our five days there. Bad points- crawling insect infestation- we drowned at least 5-10 little black suckers each day; went to front desk on day 2-arranged for spraying room day 3. I asked for the GM to call me but she hasn’t yet after 3 more days. Took pictures of them and one dead sample presented to front desk; then found one in bed and another specimen-spiders on departure day- spraying didn’t work! The so called every other day refresh apparently didn’t spot BUGS and Refresh was really just new towels. Problems with internet connection also. Only two nightstands with limited drawers- no chests of drawers! In short, we are still looking for a hotel in Glendale Col.

- kstraveler62 (8/5): Consistently nice property—and shoutout to Bernard! - This is our “go to” hotel when we visit family in the Denver area. It is a clean hotel, with good living space and comfortable desks when working remotely. I’ve been there twice in the past month and the rooms and service are consistent. I believe I’ve reviewed the property in the past, but wanted to give a special shout out to Bernard at the front desk. Our room was not ready when we arrived this week, but we had already stopped at Target for some snacks (including something frozen). He volunteered to put the frozen goods in the breakfast future and took good care of our bags while we went to Cherry Creek for lunch. When we came back, room was ready. This property only does maid service every other day (which is fine). The cleaning staff did a good job, but when I looked the trash under the sink had not been emptied (and was getting full as I’d been eating lunch in the room while I worked the past two days. I mentioned this to Bernard when I was leaving to pick up my lunch and by the time I got back in 20 minutes, trash was picked up. We will continue to stay here on visits to the area (and love that it is walking distance to Cherry Creek)

- K_M60503 (10/5): A good place to stay - This is my second time at this hotel. I have stayed at A LOT of hotels in Denver, and this is my favorite (runner up— Hyatt Downtown, but who wants to be downtown?!). At any rate—- the front desk staff were so nice and kind (including helping us check in early, and letting us leave a bit late). Parking is super easy. The hotel is clean and quiet. Coffee is hot and plentiful, breakfast is served on real china/silver (not disposable). Beds are the best. Rooms equipped with all the things one needs for a comfy stay. Highly recommend. Oh— and yes, Denver, you know, can be a bit “sketchy”, but this part of town is less sketchy than other parts— and convenient to shopping, restaurants etc.

- TWAbrat63 (4/5): No Water! Manager Should Be Proactive - While a block wide water outage is not the hotel's fault, how they choose to respond is. I called the front desk at 6:15am to find out why my room didn't have water. He responded, it's a block wide outage. No other information. I called back to see if I could come down and get bottled water, which I did. I ended up checking out a day early and all the front desk clerk said was we won't charge you for it. The hotel manager should have been there helping the front desk clerk proactively alert guests and help them (e.g., give everyone a bottle of water, give them time frame for showers).

Rooms are smaller compare to other residence inn. I am intrigued that generally prices have gone up and perks have gone down to zero. Don’t even get a bottle of water. Not sure why that is. check in was dry as the person checking in didn’t provide helpful information or recognize the status. Breakfast was good
- MB135790 (4/5): Unpleasant - Overall, an unpleasant experience. The room was close to the road and extremely loud making it difficult for us to get any sleep. The Chromecast on the TV did not work, and when we inquired at the front desk about it, the staff was either uninterested, unaware, or downright rude about it. The parking spots are so narrow that our SUV hardly fit. Other cars had the same issue. We found ourselves parked next to someone who had parked too close to the line. We ended up having to crawl in to the car from the back to get into the driver seat to pull out of the spot. One night when we came back to the hotel, we had to circle the building for about 20 minutes until somebody left so that we could park. With so many other options in the neighborhood, I would never stay here again.

The reason for my low rating is that despite telling the clerk at check-in that we did not have a bar, a $12.00 charge for parking appeared on my credit card statement anyway. If I had not been diligent about checking my statement, I would not have known this.
- loves2garden (6/5): Nice location spacious and clean but some drawbacks - There are advantages and drawbacks to this hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and the food was superior to the Hilton chains. I liked that they didn’t use disposable service items. The coffee was surprisingly good and better than Hilton. I would have liked more fresh fruit options. The location is good near some lovely walking trails. Our room faced a busy street. The main reason for downgrading my rating is the poor service from the front desk. We asked several times to move rooms due to street noise. We were willing to take a different type and price room but the desk staff refused to even explore options. More minor issues were that the room did not have a safe for valuables and the flooring felt very cheap. The bathroom mirror was damaged and needs replacement.

- K_M60503 (8/5): Very nice Denver stay - A few caveats: 1) we were at the hotel for less than 24 hours 2) our latest hotel stays have been at very basic best westerns 3)room was paid for by our daughter’s Marriott points. We thought this was a lovely hotel. Convenient Denver location (and away from the drama of downtown); nice to have real China mugs and glassware in the room. Nice options at breakfast including NON DAIRY MILK OPTIONS!! Yay!!! Wish there had been ceramic mugs, though. Comfy bed. Mid-grade towels. Good quality AC & fan. I could hear the people above us (at midnight) but if I had the fan on “non-stop” that might have helped. Not a fan of vinyl couches but I understand why that might be a good choice in this style of hotel. Pool was nice; hot tub could be warmer but still nice after a long day.

- Lucil3mar (4/5): Some bumps. - Our experience at this hotel was far from ideal. I showed up around 6pm alone with my toddler and 7 months pregnant. It took me 1.5 hours to get checked in. My husband had made the reservation with points and when I arrived I was told he needed to call Marriott to add me to the reservation. We called and waited on hold and then the call center rep disconnected the call. So we called back and the next person told us that the hotel needed to add us to the reservation. They called the hotel directly and after some back and forth the hotel reluctantly added me to the room. I have stayed under my husbands points at other Marriott hotels without this problem. The person behind the desk told me they have been experiencing a lot of fraud and that’s why they had the policy in place. After we got checked in I could not find parking and had to park two blocks away. Then when we finally got to our room at 7:30 our TVs both would not connect to the internet. I had promised my kiddo a movie and dinner so we went back down to ask the front desk about the problem with the TV. They sent up engineering but he would not figure out the problem so we ended up watching the movie on my phone since there was no kids shows available on cable. We were in the top floor and had no problems with noise and the hotel was clean.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Our Special Stay - We are an elderly couple that stayed for 5 days, and it was exceptional. What made this stay so special, was due to Ken C at the front desk. Each time we entered the lobby, Ken would look up from his desk work, and greeted us as if we just returned home to his house. It only took less than a minute, but it left us feeling so welcomed. We have traveled extensively in our lives, and we have never been treated this way from a front desk person...this was so special. Because of Ken, we intend to stay at this Residence Inn when we return to Denver in September. Please treat him well, as he is an amazing ambassador for Residence Inn.

- Beenmanyplaces (6/5): It's The Little Things - Until my check-out experience, this review would have been excellent. My husband and I flew in to meet our son, who lives in Denver, and daughter and family, who were coming to go skiing. We took the train from the airport to Union Station and walked to our hotel downtown. From there, our son provided our transportation. When he had to go back to work, our daughter and family, who rented a car, provided it. They arrived two days later and stayed at The Residence Inn. The clerk SMB at check-out, did not listen to me properly when I explained that we should not have a daily parking fee. She made me feel like I was trying to swindle them, which was very insulting. Although the parking fees were credited, she literally following me out the door and challenged our saying we had no car. We were getting into our daughter's rental vehicle!!!! The hotel itself, and the nice man working later in the days at the front desk was great. One small thing was a ring towel holder that needed fastening, but other than that, the suite was very clean and exceptional. The location is great, it felt safe and is near places to walk to. Please explain to SMB if people could afford to stay in the area, they are not going to be so petty to lie about $24.00. Thank You!!!

The staff were on top of things and very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were the best I've seen in a very long time: the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. If I had to complain, I would say the bathroom could have done with more sprucing up and the floors were a little sticky from too much chemical\cleaning product.

Other than that everything was great. I can't think of anything else that I didn't like.

- Leann (6/5): This was just alright. - Four of us ladies were in town for a concert and chose to stay here for the 2 bedroom suite and close location to the venue. The two bedrooms were comfortable and clean. However the pull-out-sofa was not comfortable at all. The bedding provided for the pull-out was sparse at best and not sized correctly. The rooms need a remodel and were expensive for what you received. The hotel was close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions. We felt like it was in a safe location too, but it was not unusual to see homeless on many of the street corners.

- kstraveler62 (10/5): Beautiful, clean and friendly - Beautiful, clean, seemingly new hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Marriott Platinum Lifetime and this is one of the nicest (maybe the nicest) Residence Inns we have stayed at. We loved our one bedroom suite which had not only a great working desk, comfortable chair, but also two comfortable stools by the kitchen counter, allowing my husband and I both to set up and get work done during our one night stay. As others have noted, lots of eating options (fast casual mainly, but there is a Jax) in the parking lot and an easy 5-8 minute drive to the many restaurants in Cherry Creek. We loved our stay and will definitely be back if we’re visiting family in the area.

- AustinAussie (10/5): Outstanding location, amenities and service. - We typically stay at Hotel Clio but wanted more space and this Residence Inn far exceeded our expectations. The staff are outstanding! The gym and pool are above average and the fire pit area is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy some takeout or cocktails. There are a few good restaurants in the same parking lot (we loved the Cuban restaurant). Breakfast is complimentary and always fresh and has excellent egg dishes and tons of sides like pastries, bagels, bacon, sausage, fruit and yogurt. Location is fantastic- around the corner from a While Foods and a short drive to Cherry Creek for shopping and dining (Le Bilboquet French restaurant is a must as is Hillstone). And the pet friendly facilities are very convenient. Only draw back is our suite had a wobbly toilet seat and broken faucet, but staff are available to tend to any issues. I would suggest they do a walk through before guests check in. We stayed for 10 days and this will become our new spot to stay when we are in Denver.
- Maryshine (10/5): Best Hotel Ever - My daughter, grandson, and I recently spent a long weekend at Residence Inn Denver Cherry Creek. The staff could not have been better at this hotel. I have stayed here several times in the past few years and have always had a very good experience. The cleanliness of this hotel is unparalleled. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast offers a variety of choices. Coffee is available all day. This past trip was outstanding, and I’d like to mention a few staff members who were helpful, friendly and always professional. Thank you to Carla, Reggie, and Ken!
