Las instalaciones son súper lindas, el apartamento es moderno, cómodo y muy bien equipado. La cama estaba demasiado cómoda y tenía de todo, incluso cafetera y varios detalles que hacen la estadía mucho más agradable. En general, el lugar físicamente es muy bonito y acogedor. Mi experiencia en 93 Luxury Suites fue bastante decepcionante por la atención del personal y el manejo de una situación urgente. Pedimos un almuerzo con suficiente anticipación porque una persona de nuestro grupo debía salir rápidamente a tomar un transporte, y desde el inicio avisamos claramente la urgencia para que, por favor, tuvieran todo listo. Aun así, el servicio fue extremadamente lento y desorganizado. La comida tardó aproximadamente una hora en llegar, pese a que se había ordenado con alrededor de 40 minutos de anticipación, y ni siquiera las bebidas fueron servidas a tiempo. Pasaron más de 40 minutos sin siquiera recibir algo básico mientras el reloj seguía corriendo y el riesgo de perder el transporte aumentaba. Lo más frustrante fue la actitud del personal: muy lentos, poco empáticos y nada resolutivos, aun sabiendo perfectamente la situación y la presión que teníamos. Terminamos prácticamente saliendo desesperados porque la demora casi hace que perdiéramos el vuelo/transporte. Después de que manifestamos nuestra inconformidad, la única respuesta fue una disculpa, sin ninguna intención real de solucionar, compensar o manejar adecuadamente lo ocurrido. Las instalaciones pueden ser buenas, pero la atención al cliente y la capacidad de respuesta en situaciones importantes dejan muchísimo que desear. Una experiencia que definitivamente no repetiría.

The location is the best, close to restaurants, coffee shops, a beautiful park, in one of the best neighborhoods of the city. My wife, my two teenager daughters and I had a blast! I know this is corny, but we truly feel like this is our home away from home when we go to Bogotá The atmosphere is fantastic, very well designed with all amenities you can imagine: the Lounge, restaurant and bar are great (the food is fantastic), incredible views of the city and the mountains. They also have a Cocktail Hour on Thursdays in which you can mingle with other guests and with the hotel management. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, modern, spacious, quiet, and clean. Most importantly, the service is top notch. The crew really goes the extra mile to help you with anything and everything, from the smallest details to the biggest asks, always with a smile on their face.

Todo ahí es muy limpio , en orden, un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. Ces la première fois que cela arrive mais à mon retour d’une sortie la porte de ma chambre avait été laissé ouverte sans personnel à l’intérieur , on m’a informé que ce fut un oubli du personnel du mini bar ( heureusement rien n’a disparu ) De plus j’ai demandé une arrivée avant l’heure mais on m’a informé qu’il ni avait rien de disponible ( par magie avec des frais supplémentaires il en on trouvé une de libre )

The accommodate your every need and the apartments are clean, beautiful and comfortable. Bogota is very cold so we were able to stay indoors for long and be comfortable, got our laundry done and were able to get a tour booked at reception. And the food at the restaurant downstairs is so delicious, we ordered room service many times. I recommend the Seafood Rice!! Shout out to Yaivon, Robinson and Catalina for making our stay extra special. With love From South Africa 🇿🇦

The hotel staff were very friendly with taxis if needed always available, the room itself had everything you would need was clean and up to date.

The level of attention, warmth, and professionalism shown by the team was remarkable. I would especially like to recognize Andrea, Camila, Angélica, Nidia, Jefferson, Jason L., Robinson, Laura, and Catalina, whose dedication and attention to detail elevated our stay beyond expectations. Every interaction felt thoughtful, sincere, and impeccably executed. It is rare to find a hotel that delivers such a consistent sense of comfort while maintaining truly high service standards. When paying for a 5-star stay, you expect certain things to be standard. I have never encountered additional charges for water and coffee—not even in 3-star hotels. That’s why I can’t give a better rating.

What I experienced was far from luxury and revealed long-term neglect, poor maintenance, inadequate cleaning, and clear safety concerns. Below is a detailed and accurate description of the issues I personally experienced, all supported by real photos: HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS FAILURES • Dirty, stained, visibly worn furniture • Heavy dust and grime accumulated on top of kitchen cabinets • Dark, dirty, deteriorated bathroom grout • Cracked and damaged tiles • Amenities completely empty at check‑in • General lack of deep cleaning and inspections MAINTENANCE FAILURES • Exposed and unsafe wiring behind the TV • Parquet flooring separating with visible gaps • Main door frame damaged and splintered • Drawers jammed and barely functional • Counter lights flickering constantly • Bedroom blackout malfunctioning repeatedly FUNCTIONAL FAILURES • Both shower drains completely clogged on day one • Two full days without DirecTV • A two-hour water outage • Gym dirty, worn, and incomplete None of this reflects a 5-star standard — not even 3 stars. Staff were polite, but the suite conditions show systemic lack of maintenance, quality control, and oversight. Travelers deserve transparency.

El baño podría actualizarse ya que la tina en el cuarto máster es un poco peligrosa para entrar y salir.

A special shout out to the lady working the restaurant at breakfast time. She was jammed and still catered to our needs. The bed and pillows were extra soft. Our apartment was spotless when we checked in. I did not like that the rooms have NO AIR CONDITIONING. Because of this I had to crack open a window at night, which let all the noise from the construction IN FRONT OF US, to come thru and wake me up 4am every single day during my stay. Also, the TV at the living room doesn't connect to the internet, it only offers cable TV. The rooms are MUCH smaller than they appear on the listing. Food wasn't that good, not much variety.

Aunque no he salido mucho, y conozco la zona, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado y con muchas opciones para elegir. El hotel y las habitaciones estan impecables. El gimnasio podría modernizarse o agregar mas equipamiento. Aunque tiene lo necesario si hubiese mucha gente no se podría compartir. Las habitaciones en formato departamento son muy espaciosas y con todo lo necesario para poder prepararse todo por su cuenta. en mi caso almorce y cene todo el tiempo en el hotel. El desayuno aunque es suficiente, podría haber algunas opciones adicionales. Pero en general es suficiente si uno decide contratarlo. Como los departamentos tienen todo para prepararse uno mismo la comida, entonces tal vez por eso el desayuno no tiene muchas opciones. Nuevamente, tiene lo suficiente y bien presentado, pero no es el desayuno que uno puede llegar a encontrar en un hotel 5 estrellas.

The front desk team deserves special recognition: Andres, Jeison, Robinnson, Jefferson, and Catalina . each played a role in making my stay truly memorable. They were always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and well-located, but it’s the people who make it shine.
