• Felipe (2/5): - Manager was extremely rude when we asked for additional towels. Room only had 2 bath towels and no soap. Manager stated that there were only two of us and didn't need hand towels or wash cloth. I couldn't believe how she countered all of our requests with "you don't need them".
• Joe (2/5): Not worth it. - There was bed bugs 1 open toilet paper. There was a pipe the lady was being rude.
• Lisa (4/5): - The Hotel looked deserted no business acquired...I wasn't happy with the room broken TV, not enough towels, washcloths, bath rug , no soap, shampoo. I was so disappointed.
• Radhika (4/5): Look elsewhere - Had to find something at the last moment for family with elders. Booked 2 rooms and they were very shabby. Everything was "out of order". Sheets and towels were also not maintained.
• John (2/5): Don't do it. Spend a little more and get better - Shower backed up, air conditioner didn't perform well, walls need paint, bathroom mirror was dirty dirty. Stains on walls. I was given a smoking room on 2nd floor and asked for a non smoking on 1st floor if available. Was told nothing else was a available but our vehicle was the only vehicle in the parking lot both nights?
• April (2/5): Stay away Its disgusting - The hotel room was disgusting. There were no fitted bed sheets on the mattress. They were just flat bed sheets tucked under mattress. Box spring looked like it had old stains of vomit on it. There was a chicken strip under the bed and there was old food in the mini fridge. The top sheets look like they had not been washed in a while they looked dingy. Luckliy we look our own bedding but even then we were so grossed out. There was also a ball of hair in the tub drain. The only reason we did not leave was because we got in late and didnt want to have to look for another room with two small kids in tow and we were exhausted. There was also an odor of sewer coming from the bathroom. I will never stay at another budget in. It was the most disgusting experience. I now wish i had taken pictures to post on here.
• Angela (2/5): WORST HOTEL - My daughter and her friend traveled from OKC to San Antonio for a concert. I paid for the hotel in advance through Hotel.com. Upon arriving at the hotel they said "the internet is down so you cannot stay because we cannot run your card." My daughter contacted me and I spoke with the hotel. Tried repeatedly to tell them I had already paid for the room in advance through Hotel.com and that they did not need to "run" a card they could just call Hotel.com and verify with my confirmation number that the room was paid for. They refused and hung up on me. I contacted Hotel.com that night to process a refund. They cannot refund me until they speak with the hotel and they are refusing to answer their phones. I have even tried to call several times with no answer 1-210-359-8080. This place needs to be shut down!

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The front desk lady was rude and wasn’t even there for an hour when it said 20 min wait and the wifi is basically dial-up

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Upon arriving, we were required to provide a $10 cash deposit for room keys (thankfully we had the cash). The room was mostly clean, but there was no soap, shampoo, cups, or other items normally available. Additionally only 1 towel was provided (3 person registered). When checking out and attempting to return the keys and get back our deposit, there was a sign at the front desk reading “back in 20 mins”. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for...but it might be worth paying a bit more somewhere else.
