- Trudy (10/5): Really great place to stay…they helped with luggage and got us a taxi and water in the lobby was gre - The pastry I had was delicious and the young lady working there was very friendly. Friend ordered a fruit and cheese tray which was enough for 4 people and very good! I can’t think of a thing except maybe going into the bathroom you could have a sign saying “Step up”. I know 3 of us tripped going in. Of course, we are all older ladies too and none of us were hurt!

Riaz als portier deed al veel om ons te helpen en de desk dacht goed mee kamer: perfect, comfortabel, mooi uitzicht, fijne jazuzzi, kussens douche en bed. ik heb een ding dat echt tegen viel: het zwembad. De locatie was geweldig en de stijl was mooi. Maar het was ijs, ik kan goed tegen kou, maar dan ook ijskoud. ik kreeg kramp van erin gaan zelfs met wennen

- Lina (7/5): Super pour se reposer ! - L’emplacement est idéal, les chambres spacieuses et fonctionnel. Le spa et la piscine sont vraiment le plus de l’hôtel Le personnel n’avait pas l’air expérimenté et ils se contredisaient entre eux, l’un nous dit que nous pouvons manger de la nourriture extérieur dans les espaces publiques de l’hôtel et les autres nous assurent que non. On a du manger dans nos chambres :/

- Feline (7/5): Très bien mais quelques petits points à revoir - les chambres le jacuzzi dans la chambre le sauna la piscine la propreté certains points dans la chambre (une prise tout juste à côté du lit ne fonctionnait pas et quelqu’un devait venir voir ça et la personne n’est jamais venu) la porte de la douche ne se fermait pas bien les toilettes qui ne se ferment pas à clé aussi le système des portes coulissantes était pas top le fait qu’on puisse pas manger de nourriture extérieure dans les espaces de l’hôtel et que certains réceptionnistes disent oui d’autres disent non donc bcp de contradictions… surtout que nous sommes dans un hôtel 5 étoiles on s’attendait à un service plus qualitatif

Great views from the room of the Harbour and a bit of the Erasmus Brug depending on angle. Easy access to the property in a central area. Dinner ordered to the room arrived exactly perfectly on time. I ordered steak to the room, the chips and vegetables were at an extra cost and for the price it didn't meet 5 star standards. Food was not available till late and various staff gave different contradicting information on this. Breakfast to the room was also not as fresh and good as I'd have hoped especially considering the price. Menu QR on TV screen does not display a menu, there is a technical glitch that means you need to call the restaurant, but pressing restaurant calls reception, so reception forwards your call to the restaurant, but the reception picked up again after which I said I want the restaurant, so it was a ping pong for a few minutes.

- Zahira (5/5): - De lieve meiden aan de balie met zwarte krullen 15/05/2026, zij waren zo aardig, attend en vriendelijk, zij gaven mij en mijn zoontje zo een thuis gevoel en ik voelde me zo bijzonder. De blonde dame bij receptie, heel jammer hoe zij met mij omging, zij keek me amper aan bij het inchecken op de 14de mei in de avond, geen glimlach geen welkom, ik vind het geen 5 sterren vaardig, zij was zelfs heel onvriendelijk met mijn zoontje van 6 en dat deed me ook nog eens pijn! Ik kom graag naar dit hotel terug, ik hoop dat mijn feedback gehoord wordt.

- An Saey (10/5): super - We kregen onverwacht een upgrade: kamer met sauna en zicht op de haven. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor en na het in- en uitchecken mochten we ook onze bagage in bewaring geven. Alles was goed, er viel niets tegen.

- Rosalie (8/5): Luxe, gastvrij, en fijne plek - De ligging is perfect. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gewoon heel comfortabel en gastvrij. Het hotel is binnen echt behoorlijk warm en wegens mijn gezondheid is dat best een uitdaging. De airco in de kamer helpt maar de hele nacht die aan is niet fijn. Ik raad een kamer aan de havenkant aan als je daar ook last van hebt, dan kun je het raam open houden.

- I K (9/5): Prachtig hotel, waar ik al vaak geweest ben en ook zeker zal blijven komen! - Ik vind dit een heerlijk hotel en kom hier regelmatig, ook al woon ik zelf in Rotterdam :) . Gewoon na een avondje in de stad en dan lekker een kamer met sauna en whirlpool. Prachtig uitzicht op de haven, heerlijk groot bed, hoge ramen, gewoon een en al genieten! Helemaal niets.

- Jorge (9/5): Très belle hôtel et très bien placé - La propreté et l’emplacement de l’hôtel sont le point fort . Parking public spacieux et moderne à 1 minute en face Pas de parking à l’hôtel . Les éclairages de la façade de l’hôtel gêne dans certaines chambres même avec les rideaux tiré . Certains spots sont tellement puissant et mal orienté que la lumière passe sur les côté des rideaux

- Marieke92 (7/5): Prima hotel, maar niet top 5 sterren - Het bed lag heerlijk en het ontbijt was erg goed (al blijft €30 erg veel geld). Er waren wat kleine problemen, die door het personeel snel en goed werden oogelost. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was top: geeft toch extra sfeer aan de kamer. Verder voldoende faciliteiten aanwezig op de kamer. De kamer die ik in eerste instantie kreeg, bleek bij binnenkomst al bezet te zijn door een stel die ook die kamer net hadden toegewezen gekregen. Vind ik erg slordig en voor het stel in die kamer ook erg onprettig. Kreeg wel een gratis drankje aan de bar aangeboden. De whirlpool werkte niet, maar daar kwam ik 's avonds pas achter, dus helaas geen tijd voor de monteur om te komen en dus ook geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Na het nemen van een bad lag er ook een flinke plas water naast het bad. Dit is niet wat je wil wanneer je zoveel voor een kamer betaalt.
