- Aimee (9/5): Fantastic location and well equipped rooms. - Central and convenient location only one block from the Waikiki Trolley (all lines) and public transport. Friendly staff, spacious room and well equipped kitchen which will save $$ in the very expensive destination of Honolulu. There is laundry onsite for an additional charge of $3.00 per load (washer and dryer). Very slow elevator. Some cosmetic damage within the room (water / rot in bathrooms). The sun deck had no chairs so couldn’t really utilise it.

- Lucy (5/5): Great for a couple nights stay in Waikiki before venturing up to the North Shore. - The location, a short drive from the airport. Great restaurants right next door & a short stroll from the beach. The hotel had a pool & the staff were friendly & helpful. Being so close to the road it was a bit noisy on Saturday night. The beds were a very small double.

The rooms are a good size and clean. Please keep it affordable. At this hotel, I feel like being local is money unlike other hotels where tourist get better service and rooms. Here we matter. - Sara (9/5): Good budget option in a great location, and super staff. - The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, just small things like storing some bags, reminding us we could borrow beach towels and chairs. As well we asked to be moved to the back for noise, and they were very busy but accommodated us when they could. The front is right on a busy street, so understandable there was a lot of traffic. The kitchenette could use a kettle
- Bryan and Debra (9/5): Good value near Waikiki Beach - We had a room on the back side of the hotel, which offered nice sunsets. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We rented a Studio King Kitchenette and were able to prepare light meals. All within walking distance are Waikiki beach, groceries, convenience stores and great restaurants. The hotel has beach equipment to borrow free. Only minor inconveniences, but it would be nice to have an arm chair in our room to relax on, versus just a desk chair. Also, a filtered water station would be appreciated to fill water bottles versus having to purchase bottled water at nearby stores.

- Marro Bianca (4/5): - Solo la posizione Sicuramente la pulizia, quando siamo arrivati abbiamo visto la lenzuola con dei capelli, la camera non pulita e quindi ci hanno cambiato camera, però ci hanno dato una camera più piccola, con il balcone senza le sedie e tavolino e più di una volta abbiamo dovuto chiedere il sapone per il bagno che non veniva ma i messo. Probabilmente credo che visto l'inizio che abbiamo avuto con la camera non pulita siamo stati presi un po' di mira, comunque, deludente, anche la camera dopo, non veniva pulita come si deve per essere un hotel 4 stelle? Veramente molto molto molto deludente, siamo stati 2 mesi negli stati uniti, abbiamo pernottato in 24 hotel e non ci siamo mai trovati in una situazione del genere. Ah preciso che dai lettini attorno alla piscina la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Ribadisco che è l'unico hotel al quale abbiamo dato una recensione e negativa.
