- Sabine (8/5): Sehr gepflegte Anlage - Gepflegte Anlage mit schönen Pools für die es leider noch zu früh war.. Großes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und schöner Terrasse. Freundliches Personal. Gute Lage zwischen Bari und Brindisi für Ausflüge. Wenn man das Leitungswasser nicht trinken kann, sollte das Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer kostenlos sein bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie.. Das Abendessen war einfach gehalten mit einfallslosem Beilagensalat, kein Hinweis, dass das Desert extra kostet, passt nicht zum sonstigen Ambiente. Personal war aber sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wifi Qualität hat stark geschwankt.

- Danny (8/5): - Prachtige locatie, geweldig mooi gerestaureerde masseria. Doordat we vroeg in het seizoen waren, waren nog niet alle faciloteiten (zwembad, airco) beschikbaar. Dat wisten we wel van tevoren want dit was aangegeven.

- Susan (9/5): Beautiful place! Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and property. - Spent one night here between cities of Alberobello and Lecce. Conveniently located not far from main road. Dining options were great! There was a wedding taking place at the time of our stay, and the staff were able to accommodate those of us visiting the hotel for other than the wedding. Great job doing BOTH! For dinner, we ate orecchiette with artichoke cream and clams, and it was excellent! Huge breakfast buffet, anything you could desire. Excellent spacious facilities.
- Nikolaus (2/5): - Eine absolute Zumutung! Der ältere Herr an der Rezeption ist das unfreundlichste, arroganteste und unsympathischste „Aushängeschild“, das man sich vorstellen kann. Von Gastfreundschaft keine Spur – im Gegenteil: man wird von oben herab behandelt, als wäre man ein lästiger Bittsteller oder gar sein Angestellter. Sein Auftreten war durchweg respektlos, herablassend und eine richtige Frechheit. Anstatt professionell und hilfsbereit aufzutreten, zeigt er nur Überheblichkeit und schlechte Laune. So ein Verhalten ist in einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb schlicht inakzeptabel und wirft ein katastrophales Licht auf das gesamte Haus. Wer Kunden so behandelt, sollte dringend darüber nachdenken, ob er an einer Rezeption überhaupt richtig ist.

- Olaf (5/5): Vermijd dit hotel. Elke dag bruikoften met luide muziek - Mooie accommodatie en prachtig zwembad Op beide dagen dat we er waren werden er bruiloften georganiseerd met veel gasten. Deze namen het hotel over: parkeren was biet meer mogelijk en harde muziek tot 01:00.

- Raluca (10/5): Wonderful place - We spent two nights in August at Masseria Caselli and this was the most beautiful accommodation out of the three we had during our vacation in Puglia. We were upgraded to a superior seaview room, free of charge. Great breakfast, very nice and attentive staff, wonderful pool and surroundings and amazing view. We can't wait to come back.

'T' Beach is near and amazing ! Room location was roadside and very noisy. Evening meal service was grouped with coach parties and very limited choice i.e Meat or Fish (2 choices per course) . Main pool closed off for private parties.

Entsprechend laut. Schade, kann man nicht draussen frühstücken. Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, aber dafür rasch in Orten mit vielen Restaurants.

- Susan (8/5): very comfortable stay in beutifuuly restored building - The room was spacious as was the external terrace. The choice at breakfast was good and well presented. We had dinner once in the restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced. The staff were generally friendly and helpfulThe swimming pool was lovely and the grounds well maintained. Plenty of parking space. The venue was a 15 minute drive from the coast where there were a range of good restaurants. It was 10 minutes from the nearest town but we did not visit. We were able to visit Lecce, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte and Monopoli all about one hours drive. We would have liked comfortable chairs in the bedroom - there was plenty of room for these to be added. For us the location was too far from restaurnts that we could walk to in the evening.
- patriciawZ2502VT (2/5): I certainly wouldn’t return. - I do not understand why this is a 4* hotel. The man on reception when we arrived, a small group of 12 people, was abrupt to the point of rudeness. Firstly our rooms: no tea/coffee making facilities, no bedside lights, no tissues, and, as we were advised not to drink the tap water, there was only bottled water for which we had to pay. Some of our group had no hot water for the first few days. The building is vast but there are no lifts. The food was extremely disappointing. Instant watery mashed potatoes, the small omelette had a weird sort of white sauce with it, chicken drumsticks which were grey, the sauce was grey and the potatoes were grey and it was lukewarm on very cold plates. Sadly except for the last night the food was awful., I think our dissatisfaction was made known! When there was a wedding we were unable to use the terrace, the courtyard and parts of the dining room were out of bounds. We were told we could not order drinks at the bar and had to order from the dining room which we were allowed to use. As I said the hotel is vast and there is plenty of room for a wedding without inconveniencing the other guests. There was never anyone in the bar to serve drinks so we had to go to reception to fetch someone. The lovely infinity pool was emptied on the day after the wedding which was a great shame but I suppose the photo opportunity was over. The staff in the dining room and the cleaning staff were lovely. If you are going for a wedding I am sure it’s worth it but sadly our group felt very much like second class citizens!
- christine (6/5): Un bel hôtel mais qui doit être plus à l’ecoute - Un magnifique lieu d hébergement mais qui axe ses services sur l’événementiel et du coup oublie les touristes. 4 mariages en 4 jours tout le personnel y est dédié de fait des saletés laissés par des touristes (serviettes de bain, verres, bouteilles, seau à champagne, cendriers pleins, crackers,..) ont trainé 4 jours au bord de la piscine. Avec un coup de vent les verres se sont cassés de fait pleins de morceaux il a fallu demander le balayage… côté petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur du prix payé très léger… beaucoup de sucre et peu de diversité de fromage ou plats salés. Une déception aussi de cette prestation. le personnel très sympathique, et serviable lors des demandes mais pas assez nombreux. Pas de réels salons, les produits sont très limités à la disposition des clients… nous avons vu beaucoup mieux dans des 4 étoiles même 3 dans d’autres endroits .cote repas nous n’avons pas pris sur place, pas d’affichage 40 euros sans les boissons pour ne pas connaître le menu apparemment limité Bref un bel endroit mais l’hôtel devrait faire un choix entre touristes et autres prestations

- T1094ZVmikeb (10/5): Fantastic place to stay especially if having an event. - The room was amazing and the landscape and feel of the hotel was fantastic. We stayed three days to attend a wedding which was hosted at the hotel. The breakfast was varied, delicious and enough. We had other family/friends state that they had asked the staff to do things for them but they were always saying no but we didn’t experience this. The things we requested for we got and the staff did a great job in our opinion. Catering and hosting of the wedding was excellent. Another note was that some were saying that the staff spoke limited English, which they did, which surprised them as it is a destination wedding venue but we saw it as we were in their country but something to note. All in all we had an amazing time and would stay again.

- carolpatrick0810 (8/5): Potential to be great - Beautiful hotel . Very clean with two beautiful swimming pools. Great breakfast - plentiful choices , fresh fruit, large cake and pastries. Evening meals were more haphazard. As vegetarians offered cheese and tomato pasta or aubergine parmigiana several times. Hard to find anyone manning the bars or pools. No visible menus for lunch or prices at bar. Staff at reception had limited English and were not that helpful. Very busy when weddings insitu. Other guests get shunted about and generally ignored. Need a car - no safe parh for walking although there was a courtesy bus to Specchiolla for 5e return. Has potential to be an amazing hotel with sone tweaks

- Classicbirdie (6/5): Glitzy but remote - Two beautiful pools but only one open. Superior room large with excellent shower room. However, although the towels were changed daily there was no bathrobe. No tissues or vanity kit and the small bottles of water in the fridge were chargeable! There was a list of other drinks which should have been cooling , but these had not been stocked. Surely bottles of water should be available daily, free, in any rooms, not just Superior. It's an interesting building, definitely geared towards weddings. It is quite isolated so a car is essential. The staff are abrupt and mostly dismissive. Reduced number and absolutely no-one to assist with luggage up and down the flights of steps. Breakfast buffet plentiful. Dinners acceptable. Would I recommend it. No.
- alexfrost (10/5): Amazing - We brought 110 people here for our wedding in August 2023. This is a wedding hotel so things are a little slow and don’t work like clockwork, but that’s Puglia! Embrace it. Both pools are fantastic, especially the main pool. Hire a car and explore 👍

- Arkadi (9/5): Superb - Very nice place. Location is very good. Close to the beach and main roads. Staff is very helpful. reception is open 24 hours. Room is clean. Good breakfast. Very nice pool. We were preferred to have a rooms with balcony/patio but got 2 of 3 without . Just room. So you need to ask when you do the booking. There are many celebration events in the hotel and sometimes it was too noisy . So need to ask the quite room.
- Malin (3/5): Worst service I have ever experienced - The ladies who cleaned our room did an excellent job! I dont even know where to start. The service at this hotel is beyond bad. While we (me, my fiancé and our son, 2,5 years old) stayed at the hotel there where two weddings and they down prioritized us so bad. We had to wait 1-1,5 hour to get a ham and cheese toast for lunch and they just told us “sorry, we are busy because of the wedding” They absolutely did not care about their regular guests. They only care about their weddingguests. (I wish I would have read the reviews better, before we booked). For a few days we couldn’t use the “main pool” because of the weeding and we were just told “there is a second pool” Well, there was but they didn’t care to clean that pool AT ALL! They only cared about the “main pool” where the wedding people were. Breakfast was okey and I think the ones who where working at the breakfast (only 2 people) was doing their best based on the situation, which where too many guest (people who where there for the wedding) and too less people working. I tried to give them feedback and expressed my opinion, but they don’t care, at all. Further on the electricity went off several times, Wi-Fi was kind of bad, had an invasion of ants in our room everyday and the food was just okey, but overprized - I will upload a picture of their “green salad” which they charge 10 EUR for. It’s a joke. Would never go back.

Room smelled like mould, interior decor seems to have been purchased from the dollar shop, the 4 weddings and another party precluded us from using the nice pool, staff lying to us that there would be no more wedding, having to ask reception to set the aircon, gym is locked during the day and it’s a nightmare trying to get a key, the hotel is a wedding venue and also in construction. Parties keep you up all night, the grounds are filled with mosquitoes.
- kariduq (2/5): LOUD MUSIC PRIVATE PARTY - RUDE FRONT DESK - Blasting loud music until past 1:30am and still going. We have reported to the front desk multiple times and they have been rude and refused ti even ask the dj to lower the music. If they want to be a party venue then they should stop being a 4 star hotel and advertise to families. Our 2 year old son has woken up twice already and the music won’t stop. I have never encountered a more rude response in my life. “Deal with it” “we will not ask them to lower music” they offered to move our room at 1:30am - what a joke. Spare yourself the sleepless night and go elsewhere. Our plans for tomorrow are ruined.

However, we had "lunch" by the pool on the last day and they had a wedding on, our sandwiches were inedible. This is a WEDDING HOTEL. Loud music, crowds of people. A bad choice. There was a wedding every day. Bedrooms spartan.

- Marco (1/5): A nightmare in a huge wedding factory - Rooms are nice and clean even if the corridor is so large that the echo of people talking or staff working gets into the room. The small terrace, where available, is nice but very close to a public road. This Masseria is a nightmare, a massive nightmare. If you search for a luxury experience this is not a good solution. This is a wedding factory, you as a guest are only there to fill in an empty space between a wedding and the next one. The staff is unprofessional and in most cases still attend hotel school. Breakfast: at 9:30 they already stopped refilling the buffet, 25 minutes for a cappuccino and a coffee. No milk. A sandwich at the pool? 35 minutes, kitchen staff is busy, cooking for the wedding that will take place in the evening when your luxury hotel will became a kitsch temple. Avoid it and prefer smaller masserie if that is the type of experience that you're searching for.

Fur coat and no knickers as they say - Poor selection 15 minutes before end of breakfast time I was overcharged on a bar bill by 20 euros. No bar receipt is given when ordering drinks just a rounded up bill at the end of your stay. No list of prices in bar. Be careful!
- Ivan (7/5): Overall my daughters enjoyed the main pool however service throughout the hotel could've been better - The breakfast was very nice as there was lots of variety for people who liked different flavours/foods. The pool was also beautiful and relaxing. The palm trees with fairy lights were very picturesque. There was too much emphasis on guests who came for their wedding reception rather than guests who came just for a holiday with their families. I wish we were told that there were also two pools rather than having to find out ourselves.

- Ruth (6/5): Not ideal for a weeks holiday - staff were lovely, building and rooms were clean and in good condition, maintained well areas used for parties and weddings could not be used by guests such as veranda in the evening, no evening bar for guests, restaurant had limited menu but food was of a high quality. so after first evening had to go out to eat and drink.

Would have preferred an English breakfast. Everyday of our stay there was a wedding and they do weddings in their courtyard next to all the rooms. Loud noise during the night. It was impossible to sleep as deejay stand was underneath our room. Also the only restaurant in the hotel has a set menu and it was so rushed literally as soon as you’d it down waiter will come with food. Plus too expensive and nothing special especially being in Puglia. !

Super quiet, even when events happening in the garden. Lovely staff - in particular Svetlana. Location is NoT walking distance to the beach - you cannot walk anywhere because the streets are just for cars. Food is average and below.
- Katya (6/5): beautiful hotel but service and food is poor - hotel itself is beautiful, very well kept grounds, beautiful pool with infinity look to it. real lack of food options. main restaurant is only open for an hour and a half at lunch, and even when we arrived at 1pm (as it said was open) we were told we would have to wait 20 minutes for them to open. the menu at lunch only gave you a couple of options for a main. The food was very average. The beef was very oily. When we ordered bruschetta by the pool twice, both times the bread was stale and inedible. The waiter did not understand English so we were unable to explain. You have to put all your drinks and food throughout your whole stay on your room there is no option to pay as you go so you have no idea what your bill is coming to. The salads come undressed. When you order a sandwich it is very basic. For example a ham and tomato sandwich will just have pieces of ham and tomato in between cheap white bread with no other filling such as salad. At breakfast you have to ask for a coffee which is fine however we would ask 3 waiters for help and they would keep saying you had to ask one particular man if you want coffee, when we did eventually find him this man was very rude and scowled at you when you asked for something. A car is essential if you want to leave your hotel and explore anywhere. taxis are very hard to come by and the hotel only provided one number for a taxi which was a local in an unmarked car with no meter! he just chose how much he wanted to charge you that day
- Mamagade (10/5): Perfect for us! - Outstanding hotel that is perfect for a relaxing stay. Great facilities if you just want to kick back and enjoy a relaxing time. The pool area is fantastic. Driving range is a bit limited but fun if you want a hit. Staff were fantastic with us. Food was the best we found in the whole of a month long Italian journey. There were 2 weddings in the hotel during our stay but this did not affect us at all and in fact it was very enjoyable to see the happiness of others in the hotel. We cannot wait to return should we get back in the area. Other than the golf clubs on the driving range needing upgraded nothing could be faulted. We would certainly return if we are in the area again. In fact I cant wait to return.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - La struttura è molto bella e molto ben tenuta. La pulizia è evidente sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. In bagno manca un kit di cortesia ma è un peccato veniale. La colazione è abbastanza scarna e, pur non essendo molto varia, offre prodotti di qualità; le torte e le crostate sono chiaramente sfornate in loco. La piscina, nonostante non sia molto grande, è bella e ben tenuta. Prezzo un po’ alto.
