Hv never seen a room with was basin outside bathroom and next to bed Absolute no space inside room to even change clothes No wardrobes available too Food at breakfast serve wasn't upto the standards of IHG Went there on thr brand image of IHG and Holiday Inn but was terribly disappointed

- PRITESH R (1/5): JUST LIKE A OYO HOTEL DIRTY AND MOLD - I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we checked in, it was clear this hotel does not care about cleanliness, comfort, or customer service. The room had a horrible smell — like mold and stale smoke — and it only got worse with time. The bathroom was filthy, with hair everywhere, stains on the toilet, and no hot water the entire stay. There were BUGS crawling near the bed and in the bathroom. Yes, actual insects in a hotel room. We requested a room change, and the staff was rude and dismissive. They acted like we were bothering them just by asking for basic hygiene and decency. This was supposed to be a relaxing trip, and instead, we couldn’t sleep properly, felt unsafe, and left early out of pure disgust. For the price we paid, this was a total scam. Avoid at all costs. This hotel should be shut down or completely overhauled.

- Vaingankar (6/5): Convenient hotel for a very short stay. - The staff was kind enough to provide early check in. I paid the amount in advance. Whilst check out I was asked to repay the amount!! There was no record of the advance paid. The room was cramped and I felt claustrophobic. If you opened the curtains there were people peeping in from next building which was only 30 ft away.
