- Valuev (10/5): отличный вариант в центре с прекрасной кухней - Расположение хорошее, для поездки на авто в самый раз. До Кремля минут 15 пешком. Удобный подземный паркинг. Если там аншлаг, то специальный сотрудник все "разруливает". В отеле трепетно соблюдают режим безопасности при пандемии - у шведского стола только в маске, на ресепшн тоже. Номер просторный, кровать огроменная - можно потеряться. Удобно, чисто, спокойно. Завтрак отличный, все есть в достатке, яйца бенедикт великолепные, очень рекомендую. Ужинали два раза, отлично. Конина супер.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Ronaldo and Messi stayed here - This stay was an extension but it is because it truly is the best hotel in Kazan. I'll add more. The organizers that manage logistics for Portugal with Ronaldo and Argentina with Messi chose this hotel. The breakfast is quite good, the rooms are large and comfortable, everything works, and the service staff are very helpful and friendly. If you really want to be within walking distance to the Kremlin and Embankment, I'd consider the Courtyard Marriot but otherwise this hotel is within walking distance to Baumann street which is the main shopping district with excellent restaurants and street entertainment. I would recommend not getting a south facing room in the summer due to the heat and checking the wifi in your room. I had one room where I was in between two access points and the wifi was slow because it kept switching.

- Elena (8/5): Хорошее расположение - Долго не заселяли, хотя в плюсах данного отеля значится - "круглосуточное заселение" ...В первую очередь заселяли гостей, покупавших от стойки проживание. А нас, забронировавших через Hotels в последнюю очередь заселили... И даже горничная, убиравшая номер, который ожидали мы... бросив уборку отправилась убирать др номер, гостям прибывшим позднее нас.
- Oxana (8/5): Тщательнее надо работать. ))) - Останавливались в этом отеле второй раз за год. Отель очень хороший, комфортный, прекрасные номера, завтраки. Но в этот были несколько неприятных моментов. Мы попали на праздничные дни, стоимость взлетела в 2 раза. Из-за большого скопления гостей на завтраке были очереди ко многим блюдам. А к кофемашине особенно большой хвост. Она варит только по одной чашке. Учитывая размеры отеля, могли бы хотя бы поставить машину на 2 чашки, а лучше два такие машины. После отъезда основного потока гостей на завтраке было много заветренных блюд, видимо остались с предылущего дня. О панкейк чуть зуб не сломала. Ну и вишенка на пироге - конверт с требование оплатить номер, при том, что номер был полностью оплачен за месц до заезда. Так что в этот раз оценки ниже.

- Matti (8/5): Schönes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe - Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war gross und gut ausgestattet. Sowohl Zimmer wie auch Bad waren sehr sauber. Neben den üblichen Hygieneartikel waren sogar extra Zahnpasta und Duschgel für Kinder vorhanden.

- HYOJIN (10/5): Very Friendly & Polite staffs - I stayed only 1 night at Ramada Kazan City Center. It has a super good location from the Kazan Railway station and also to main sightseeing streets. The hotel staffs speak very fluent English and warmly welcome guests, so I could start the day in Kazan with great pleasure. They were helpful very much to give me tour information, too. The room was so lovely & cozy that I could enjoy staying there very much and also the restaurant serves decent breakfast. Definitely I will stay at Ramada again if I visit Kazan again.

- Frédéric (10/5): Excellent choix pour un séjour en famille - Situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, cet hôtel propose des chambres confortables et très bien équipées. Super literie dans les suites et plein de charmantes attentions qui font la différence. Très calme. Le personnel est attentionné et essaye de faire de son mieux même si tous ne sont pas anglophones. Le petit-déjeuner satisfera les amateurs de salés et sucrés même s’il peut y avoir un peu d’attente aux heures de pointe le week-end (à partir de 9h00). Je vous déconseille le service de transfert vers l’aéroport qui est hors de prix (1 400 RUB), il vaut mieux utiliser Yandex.Taxi pour seulement 600 RUB. Wifi gratuit avec un bon débit. Un très bon hôtel pour un séjour en famille ou à deux.

Удобное месторасположение в шаговой доступности от Кремля, улицы Баумана, площади 1000-летия и вокзала. Тихое место. Очень дружелюбный и профессиональный персонал. Отличный завтрак. Есть ресторан, где можно и пообедать и поужинать, но мы не воспользовались. Чистые просторные номера. Отель в отличном состоянии, как новый. Удобные кровати. Отель уделяет особое внимание детям - нам в номер предоставили детские халаты, тапочки, зубные и моечные принадлежности. В номере есть минибар. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель для любого путешественника.

- Jiri (10/5): Outstanding hotel in the heart of Kazan - The hotel is one the best I stayed in Russia. The rooms are spacious, the service is friendly and efficient. All staff at the reception are fluent in English. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel is located within a walking distance of the Kremlin and Bauman Street pedestrian zone. Excellent value!

- Ilya (10/5): Отличный отель - Отличный отель. Все на хорошем уровне. Заселили без проблем на 3 часа раньше положенного времени. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания. Халаты, тапки, все "банные" принадлежности, чайник и т.п. Минибар - скромный. Постели хорошие, белье приятное. Разнообразный шведский стол на завтрак: от каш до "вторых" блюд.) Все на хорошем уровне. Из придирок, или что, скажем так, удивило: в ванной негде повесить полотенце большое. Есть всего 2 крючка, если на них повесить халаты, то все, полотенце сразу на пол бросай)) и бери новое, благо на двоих кладут штуки 4 сразу. Негде посушить одежду.. Попали в Казани под дикий ливень, полотенцесушителя в номере нет, своей прачечной нет (только аутсорс с временем изготовления 24 часа), решили установкой в номере обогревателя, что в 30 градусов жары было смешно)) В остальном - прекрасно.
- Anna (10/5): Отличный отель, всем советуем! - Приятное началось со стойки рецепшена: нас заселили сразу по приезде, не дожидаясь 14 часов. Жили на 6 этаже. Номер идеально чистый, выдержал даже проверку а-ля Лена Летучая, пыли не было даже на шкафу! Очень удобная кровать, большая душевая кабина, было очень тихо (может, нам повезло с соседями). Каждый день пополняли питьевую воду, чай-кофе. Наличие чайника - еще один жирный плюс! Единственное - неприятный запах воды из-под крана, но в этом отель не виноват...Завтраки на любой вкус, все свежее, аппетитное, недостатка ни в чем не заметили, официанты моментально убирают пустые тарелки. Если приедем в Казань еще - только в Рамаду!

- Alena (10/5): Красавица Ramada! - В целом отель отличный, рекомендую. Хорошие завтраки, удобный паркинг. При бронировании отеля за 1,5 месяца для семьи из 4 человек, номер в момент заселения был готов только для двух гостей, только после звонка на ресепшн все было улажено. А также пытались взять доплату за ребёнка ( 14 лет).
- Vitaly (10/5): Майские праздники в Казани - Классный отель, отличный персонал, неплохое расположение - недалеко от вокзала и в 10 минутах пешком от Кремля. Удобная постель. Подушки, правда, маленькие, но это на мой вкус. Очень хороший ресторан Американо в самом отеле. Из минусов - отсутствие бассейна и не слишком хорошая звукоизоляция в номере.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Would Stay Again - Quality Ramada Hotel, Good sized standard room, staff really helpful and friendly, breakfast pretty decent, shower amazing. No more than a 10 min walk from main street with many bars/shops.
- Mark (10/5): Excellent Kazan hotel - Very nice hotel in downtown Kazan. Room was perfectly appointed and comfortable. Desk staff was helpful and spoke good English. Small complaints: 1) initial service in the restaurant was very slow. Stood around for 10 minutes, waiting for a waiter to notice me. 2) Asked for early morning wake-up, which never came.

- Ian (10/5): Excellent hotel in the heart of the city! - We stayed here recently for 2 nights during a short city break. We were welcomed at reception and as our rooms were ready we were able to check in early. The rooms were clean and everything was very new. It was only 5 mins walk to Bauman street (the main pedestrian street) and not much more than that to the Kazan Kremlin. The breakfast was also very good catering for Russian and International tastes. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as in an ideal location for seeing the city.

- Hong Kong supporters of the Universiade (10/5): Convenient, comfortable and excellent service - The hotel is brand new and we were among the first guests. The service was excellent, particularly reception (the man in charge Phillipe?) was extra helpful. The staff were keen to help, Rooms were large and comfortable. House-keepiing was generally good but patchy, kept forgetting we were 2 guests and not providing two of everything. Especially nice was the free bottle of water everyday. But please keep note of the no of guests! The quality of breakfast was great, and ala carte dinner and lunch was good too. In the beginning the menu was only in Russian but theexcellent English speaking waitresses helpe to translate. Outsatnding service there. Only thing, beware don't ask for tabasco sauce as you will be charged 150 roubles! The location is so convenient for the city centre.
