My wife and I have dietary needs and chef Faisal personally took the time to oversee all our meals, ensuring that we had a selection of suitable foods every day. Chef Faisal really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Shah en Sharon waren fantastische begeleiders, waar we voor het eerst gingen scuba diven. De schoonmaker was goed. De cooking class was goed. De eten in het restaurant en de all in dining was heel slecht. Erg weinig keuze en de kwaliteit is ver te zoeken. Zelf pizza en spaghetti was niet te eten. Mijn man mocht niet in het restaurant omdat je niet met badkleding erin mocht. Ik zal zo een foto erbij doen hoe hij eruit zag. Het concept is geen bikini omdat het een islamitische land is, maar veel medewerkers zijn niet moslim en begrijpen het hele concept niet. Ik heb zelf vegetarisch gegeten. Het eten is halal maar ligt naast een bord met varkensvlees. Absoluut geen vertrouwen in hun begrip wat halal is. De spa viel tegen full Balinese massage, maar was een beetje olie inwrijven. • Trek64620390756 (10/5): An Ocean Paradise Powered by Incredible People - Just completed a wonderful 3-day stay at Sun Siyam Olhuveli and came back with some truly unforgettable memories. We stayed in the Presidential Water Villa with a private pool and direct stairs into the ocean — easily one of the most magical experiences we’ve had. Every evening, colourful fishes would swim right up to our villa, along with harmless baby sharks gliding gracefully through the crystal-clear waters. The shades of blue in the Maldivian waters are simply breathtaking and almost unreal. We were 4 of us; a senior citizen and 10 year old. The property had everything for us. And some more! The marine life made the experience even more special : we spotted manta ray, turtles, and had opportunities for snorkeling and diving all around the resort. There were also exciting excursions for whale shark and dolphin sightings, making the stay feel like a true ocean adventure. What amazed me most was how seamlessly the resort operates despite its sheer scale; 3 islands, 400+ rooms, and 1000+ staff : yet the service never once felt impersonal. Everything worked like clockwork while still feeling warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The food options, activities, and experiences are vast and thoughtfully curated. Whether you want adventure, relaxation, or simply to soak in nature’s beauty, the resort offers something for everyone. A very special mention and heartfelt thanks to our host, Mr. Mahdi from Morocco; an absolute rock star. Once - Having 3 islands is different and nice for people who enjoy walking. Apart from that, the rest is quite below Maldives standards. The quality of the food and beverages is also very low. In one word, a disaster. I sincerely mean every word of this review. First of all, I would like you to know that I am making these comments with complete honesty. At the hotel, staff constantly approach you and try to convince you to join extra paid activities. This is quite disturbing for a couple on their honeymoon. We had to visit the medical center for an urgent situation, and they even charged us for that. They do not help in any way. I want you to know that when you go there, you should be very careful about extra expenses. When you arrive at the hotel, you need to ask whether there are extra charges at all restaurants because there is no clear information provided. Otherwise, you may suddenly face a very high bill. They added extra charges to our account without informing us. During check-out, they asked us to pay extra for a meal that our hotel assistant had specifically stated was a honeymoon gift for us. I explained the entire situation in detail and told them it would not be right for me to pay for something we were told was complimentary. However, the hotel manager insisted on taking the payment, saying that everyone who could clarify the situation was currently on leave. They forced us to pay for something we received no proper explanation for. Situations like this do not happen in quality hotels or reliable hotel chains. We came here trusting the Siam group, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for happiness, peace, and trust on their honeymoon.

• Anna (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - This was our second stay at Sun Siyam Olhuveli. We previously visited in 2024, and a lot has changed since then, for the better! It was great before, but now you can really see how much the resort has developed. This time we stayed in a Grand Water Villa with pool, which had an amazing view of the ocean. The room was cleaned twice a day by a very nice man. Bathrobes and beach towels were provided in the room. We had the All-Inclusive package, so the minibar was fully restocked every day. The infrastructure is excellent - planty of pools, bars, and restaurants. The new Olive bar and the infinity pool are fantastic! The resort is very large, which is a huge plus because you can walk around a lot and it's impossible to get bored. The views are absolutely beautiful. The food in the main restaurant was very good, although slightly repetitive. We had the Dine Around option, which allowed us to book meals at the à la carte restaurants. They were really great - delicious food and good service. The All-Inclusive drinks menu is extensive, and the drinks are tasty. We had a fantastic host who was proactive, helpful, and quick to respond to questions. He even arranged a late check-out for our very late departure on truly excellent terms - thank you, Misbah! Most of all, however, I want to appreciate the people working at the resort. They are absolutely always friendly, smiling, and helpful, and I never felt like anyone was expecting a tip. The service was excellent both before and after tipping. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return someday. As for the villa itself, my only reservation is regarding the bathroom. Some blinds would be very useful because the wall is made of glass, and the shower and toilet doors are only partially frosted. This makes it a bit uncomfortable and it lacks privacy. I am wondering what happened to the seabed near the pier leading to the Dive Center. It used to be gorgeous there, with almost neon-colored water, but now the bottom is covered with some material weighed down by sandbags, which didn't look very appealing.
• Curious24657858145 (10/5): Paradise Found - We spent a week in April at this amazing resort and we have to say that we have nothing but praise and gratitude for the wonderful experience and exceptional service. We would like to give a special shout out to Misbah, our personal host, who was always available and more than happy to help us with anything that we needed. We loved the fact that he arranged a special evening for my husband’s birthday without us even mentioning it to him. Our villa exceeded expectations ( we had booked a Grand Water Villa with a pool) The room was large, very clean and well serviced on a daily basis. We loved the daily towel art ( a different animal each day ) We had no problems throughout our stay booking À la carte restaurants for both lunch and dinner. This was very easy using the App. The choice and quality of the food and drinks was exceptional ( we had booked on an All Inclusive Basis) As keen snorkelers we were very impressed with the House Reef, which we swam in every day and there was always plenty to see. All in all, it was an absolutely exceptional experience and we are very much looking forward to our next visit.

• Departure03186836039 (10/5): Bounty advertisement - We found this hotel on Booking, and the reality exceeded all expectations. The villa was even better than in the photos. The staff was amazing, and the hotel provides a personal host available 24/7 throughout the entire stay. In our case, Misba helped us with literally every question and was always there when we needed assistance. We had an absolutely wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay at this resort! The overall atmosphere of the resort truly feels like a Bounty advertisement. The vacation was absolutely worth every dollar spent. We had an amazing experience and would definitely love to come back!

• Alison (10/5): Absolutely Fabulous! Pure paradise... - WOW, WOW, WOW! The Maldives had always been on my bucket list, and Sun Siyam Olhuveli ticked every single box. I was initially concerned that the resort might not offer the perfect Maldives experience I had imagined because it spans multiple islands and is larger than many other resorts. However, that could not have been further from the truth. The resort has been cleverly designed so everyone can find their own slice of paradise — whether that’s family-oriented, sociable, romantic, or, in our case, peaceful and relaxed with stunning scenery and very few other people around. Our overwater bungalow exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully designed and felt like pure luxury. We snorkelled around the manmade reef directly in front of our villa, relaxed on the sun loungers, dipped in and out of the azure-blue water (even better than the postcards!), and regularly pinched ourselves to check this wasn’t all just a dream. Our package also included a spa massage, which was such a treat in a beautiful setting. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, and dinner was also very good, although as a vegetarian I would have appreciated a few more protein-based options in the evenings. I highly recommend snorkelling on the house reef — it felt like being in your own David Attenborough documentary — and watching the manta rays at sunset was unforgettable. The staff worked seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran like clockwork, from the airport meet-and-greet and speedboat transfer to the regular communication throughout our stay and departure. Although this was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime trip, I will definitely be returning. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough for the complete Maldives experience. Nothing!

Jammer dat als je een compleet drinkpakket erbij neemt, je dan geen drinken mag meebrengen naar je kamer! Dan moet je weer apart je drinken betalen, terwijl als je 24 uur in een bar zit, wel mag drinken! Je betaald hier al $65 per persoon voor! En ook jammer dat er niet een klein supermarktje aanwezig is om iets lekkers te halen voor in de avond bij je huisje. De kosten zijn bijzonder hoog!!! We wisten dat het niet goedkoop zou zijn, maar er komen nog heel wat kosten bij!

• CoconutCooler2014 (10/5): Another great holiday in the Maldives. - The new terminal at Velana International Airport is now open and we picked up the representative of Sun Siyam who took us to the harbour for the boat transfer. Great to have some guidance. 45 minutes transfer, nice clean boat, with bottles of water available. Check in was quick and easy, we had already filled in all the information on the app. We had also studied the menus and booked all the restaurants before we arrived. Note, the lunchtime restaurants also need booking. We emailed the resort for our booking reference to allow us to pre book restaurants and trips. Very impressed with the staff, they are all welcoming and keen to help. A good selection of food catering for many tastes. Don't arrive expecting the buffet to be like Spain or Carribbean. There is a large choice. We had some exceptional service from Deepika and Kashmi at Island Pizza at lunchtime, so dined there most days for lunch. Room 834, Grand Beach Villa, main island, was excellent. You can see across the lagoon while sitting in bed. House keeping was very good, checked 2x each day and mini bar was always replenished. Turtles, reef shark, and lots of over fish can be seen. Note, there is a current along the beach at certain times of day. An artificial reef has been made between Romance and Dream islands, which is a good snorkeling spot, as well as the main reef beside the Dive Centre. There are small busses running around the 2 islands, they don't go in to the TUI Romance island. Real Time Passenger Transport information is displayed at the bus stops, and also available on the TV in the room. Manta rays feed on plankton in the evening at the end of the pier by the Dive Centre. There is a light that attracts the plankton. The bridge between the main island and Dream Island is also a good place to see fishes in the evening, without getting wet. Great selection of drinks available on the AI package, and there are plenty of bars, again with great service.

Les chambres sont incroyables, vu sur la met, tranquille et calme, personnel de chambre très professionnel et amical. Le restaurant buffet est excellent, belle diversité de nourriture dont de la nourriture locale. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. On se croirait au paradis. Nous avons mis plus d'une heure et demie a se faire enregistrer lors de notre arrivée. La personne n'était pas très claire et s'occupait de 4 personnes en même temps, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et tout se faisait en ligne. Les cocktails ne sont pas au niveau d'une hôtel comme celui-ci.

• EmmaRiches (10/5): Return to Paradise - 15 years ago myself and my husband chose to holiday at Olhuveli when it was just the one island. We always said that one day we would return. In April, we did just that and made the return back to Sun Siyam Olhuveli. It was the best decision we made. After arriving at Male, and a 45 minute journey via speedboat, we were greeted on the island by Ameem. To say that we were really spoilt is an understatement. As we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, Ameem ensured that everything was perfect for our stay. This is included an upgrade to a beach front villa with pool, no 658 on the main island. This was incredible. Ameem also checked in with us every day to see whether we needed further assistance with anything. He also arrange for our room to be decorated on the day of my husband’s birthday. Both myself and Mr G are very grateful. Every member of staff from the gardeners, house keeping, the dive centre, and the water sports centre to the staff all over the islands including The Bite restaurant, Island Pizza and The Orchid are a credit to Sun Siyam Olhuveli for their kindness and friendliness. Special mention to Abdullah in the Sunset restaurant on the main island, for looking after us and creating wonderful table art. We cannot fault the island in any way shape or form. Memories made to last a lifetime and we have the pictures to prove this. If anyone reading this is in two minds about booking, don’t be. You will not be disappointed. • STNIV (10/5): Amazing vacation - This was one of our best vacations. We stayed in a villa in Dream island. However, we did not like the main island. It felt too busy for us. The food in Dream restaurant was very good. The house reef was not the best one, but still good. We enjoyed the snorkeling: saw turtles, stringrays, sharks, beautiful fish. The gym was great. The resort is vast enough and if you need parties- there are, if you need calm zones- there are too. Special thanks to our personal host Aida who made our stay memorable! She is a great professional! I believe we will visit the resort again.

We had an amazing and memorable stay at Sun Siyam Olhuveli. The resort is beautiful, with stunning views, great hospitality, and excellent facilities. A special thanks to Mahdi, who was incredibly supportive from check-in until checkout. He was always available to help and even assisted us on his off day, which truly showed his dedication and care towards guests. Mahdi made our experience even more special and comfortable. The only small drawback was some delay in the transfer facility between the islands, but apart from that, everything including the activities and staff support was top-notch. Overall, it was a relaxing and wonderful Maldives experience, and we would definitely love to visit again.

The staff cannot do enough to help you, the beaches and scenery are just stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice. The food is incredible, special shout out to Mohamed in the Sunset Restaurant who made our stay extra special and was attentive. We also went on the Dolphin cruise which was an amazing experience. We went sailing on the catamaran which was incredible, Cloud, who was out skipper, was brilliant and even taught my husband how to sail the boat! Overall, incredible experience in a beautiful paradise.

Sasi, Indra, Abdulla from restaurants also so nice and good to my kid. Kids club guardian Lipa is the best for my trip. My daughter really loves her. Sending love from Jasmine. The only issue is buggy service. They dont send guest to siyam orchid. U have to carry your kid and its quite far to walk by. Esp when rainy day its so difficult. Other than that all was good 🫶🏽
• Trail781914 (10/5): Great holidays ever and ever in Sunsiam - We really enjoyed staying in the villa with a private beach right in front of the ocean. The villa was very spacious, convenient to use, and also great for taking walks. However, after swimming in the pool, the floor can become slippery, so we think having warning stickers or signs about slippery floors would help prevent accidents. We also had a wonderful time staying in the water villa. It was great that we could go snorkeling immediately as long as we had snorkeling equipment. The atmosphere at Dream Bar and Olive Bar was also very nice, and the cocktails were delicious. The restaurant was conveniently close, and the food was neat, diverse, and very tasty. We especially enjoyed the draft beer, and we think informing guests in advance about the “buy 2 get 1 free” promotion would be a good marketing idea for guests who do not choose the all-inclusive package. Lastly, we would like to express our sincere thanks to "Mr. Misba" for taking care of our family and paying attention to all the little things we needed. Thanks to him, we were able to spend a comfortable and enjoyable time here. We are truly very grateful. We wish good health and happiness to all the staff members and their families.

The location was perfect and the island is beautiful with plenty to do. Everything was spotless and clean which was exactly what we wanted. The service was impeccable and we would like to thank Kosta for being a brilliant host and being extremely knowledgeable. We already can’t wait to come back.
• 25fraserb (10/5): Amazing from start to finish! - We spent 10 days here to relax after a busy winter of working. The location is perfect, the connection of the three islands offers enough to do and a change of scenery but it is all accessible on foot or by the excellent shuttle service. What stands out at Sun Siyam Olhuveli is the staff - without fail, every staff member says hi and asks how you are getting on, whether that be in the restaurants or simply passing on the pontoons. We had any over water villa that had direct access into the ocean which was perfect! Very spacious rooms with a large outdoor area. Our villa attendant (Alamin) was one of the main reasons we enjoyed our trip so much, the effort he put in to ensure our stay met our expectations was exceptional. With a smile on his face, always making time to chat to us or even do the bed artistry, it was greatly appreciated it and added so much to our trip. Our room was spotless which coincided with the general atmosphere of the islands. Everything is was spotless and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We ate a variety of restaurants which offered different cuisines from Italian to seafood to Tepanyaki and were all as equally delicious. We will be back! 🇲🇻

Every member of staff were friendly and brilliant but a special mention must go to Mahdi, our Island Host who went above and beyond to make our holiday one to remember! • 2crystaly (10/5): A dream come true vacay! - I had a really nice 2-night stay at Sun Siyam Olhuveli. The place has so much to offer! I never got bored, and there was always something to do, whether it was just relaxing or trying out different activities around the resort. What made the stay extra special for me was the live band performance by High Tides Band, led by Chen and Aileen. They were so fun to watch and really added to the whole experience. Also, shoutout to Suzan who served our drinks with the biggest smile. She was lovely! A lot of the staff are very accommodating. You can really feel the warm welcome, and it was nice how they greet you whenever you walk past them. It just makes the whole place feel more friendly and inviting. Special shoutout as well to the lady photographer (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!). She still went out of her way to take our drone shot during our jetski ride even though she wasn’t feeling well. She was so nice and warm, and we really appreciated the effort. Overall, it was a short but memorable stay. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you want a mix of fun, relaxation, and great service.

• ST (10/5): Perfect Family Escape – Truly Exceptional Service! - My wife, our 2-year-old, and I recently stayed at Sun Siyam Olhuveli, and it was an absolute dream. We split our stay between a Grand Water Villa with Pool and a Grand Beach Villa with Pool. Both were incredible; the Water Villa offered breathtaking views, while the Beach Villa was perfect for our toddler to play in the sand and dip in the private pool safely. The resort is beautifully maintained, but what truly made our trip special was the service from Mohamed at the restaurant. He was truly exceptional, incredibly kind and attentive to our family. He even inspired us to attend a weekly cultural event we might have otherwise missed and personally offered to let us taste various authentic Maldivian foods. His passion for sharing the local culture made our experience so much richer. He went out of his way to ensure our little one was happy, which made every meal a breeze. The lagoons are crystal clear, the food variety is excellent, and the hospitality is world-class. We had a wonderful time and can’t recommend this resort enough for families! Check in process can be more modernized.

• Blake (2/5): Good location but terrible value for money and poor service. - The location of the resort was great and it has a very good lagoon to snorkel and swim in however the hotel amenities and service really let it down. We stayed in an over water room and this was was good and as expected. The housekeeper we had was one of the highlights of the trip and was fantastic. The rest of the staff however were nice but let us down on a number of occasions and seemed to make things difficult. It felt like they avoided telling us the correct or proper answer to a lot of questions we had in order to hide the facts or just not say no and thus led to us being given incorrect information and being let down a lot. We were told on check in and again when booking a seperate activity that we could book golf cart pickups with reception. We gave up on this after a couple of times when they said yes and confirmed a pickup time only for no one to show up and for us to call up and they say someone else is coming. They then still would not come. We booked a wine tasting that was confirmed and walked to the location all dressed up and in the rain only to have to find the wine room closed and have to go looking for a chef in the adjacent restaurant to ask where everyone was. He made some calls and said to wait as someone was coming from reception. This person arrived after about 20 minutes just to tell us that it wasn’t going ahead. Our package included full board which there was not a lot of of information for however entitles you to have a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At check in we were told we could go to the buffet on all 3 islands and just to book if we went to another island that we were not staying on. We were then left confused with what to do on the first night when the buffet was closed on the island we were staying at although the signs said it would be open. We later found out that the hotel had closed this for roughly a month for lunch and dinner and had no immediate plans to reopen it. It is tough to get to the other island as they only run a couple of small busses that are often crowded. They also changed the sign to breakfast only on the last day we were there. The buffet food was also quite uninspiring with very little change or variation between days.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est non seulement aimable, mais également extrêmement serviable, toujours disponible et attentif au moindre détail pour rendre notre expérience inoubliable. Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel est classé 4 étoiles, car il mérite largement un standing supérieur à certains établissements 5 étoiles que j’ai pu visiter. La nourriture était délicieuse, variée et d’une grande propreté, ce qui est très appréciable. Chaque repas était un véritable plaisir. La plage est également très bien entretenue, propre et agréable, parfaite pour se détendre. En plus de cela, les activités proposées sont nombreuses, bien organisées et adaptées à tous les goûts, ce qui permet de ne jamais s’ennuyer. Tout est pensé pour que les clients passent un séjour exceptionnel. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir ! Un point négatif important concerne le manque de transparence sur certains frais supplémentaires. En effet, nous n’avions pas été informés à l’avance de la taxe additionnelle, ce qui a été une mauvaise surprise au moment du paiement. De plus, le prix du transfert proposé par l’établissement est particulièrement élevé et ne semble pas justifié par rapport aux tarifs habituels. Cela donne une impression désagréable en fin de séjour. Il serait vraiment souhaitable que ces informations soient clairement affichées avant la réservation, afin d’éviter toute incompréhension ou déception. Une meilleure communication sur ces coûts permettrait d’améliorer considérablement l’expérience globale des clients.

• Suryansh (10/5): Everything was just superb. Misbah helped us in every way possible. - Variety of locations for people with kids and without kids. Grand beach suite was superb. Food was perfect. They gave us the room we requested. Kids food was complementary. Everything was more than what we needed There was some natural dirt floating on main island but we were on dream island and it was perfect.

Dinner was excellent, especially at the Indian restaurant Namaste, which had great vegetarian food. The team also made our anniversary special with a cake and a lovely dinner. Beach was beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The resort being spread across three connected islands made it even more enjoyable. There were occasionally a few mosquitoes, but nothing that affected our overall experience.
• Pandey (10/5): Amazing and relaxing stay! Villas were clean, beach was beautiful, and food—especially at Namaste - It was a wonderful and very relaxing vacation for us. We had the chance to experience different types of villas — water villa, beach villa, and a standard villa — and all of them were fabulous, neat, and well maintained. The resort made our anniversary truly special by arranging a cake and wine, along with a delicious dinner at the Indian restaurant, Namaste. The food there was excellent, especially for vegetarian options. A special thanks to our hosts, Misbah and Hasnain (Operations Manager), who were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. They even arranged an additional dinner for us at Namaste, which we really appreciated. From airport pickup to drop-off, everything was very well organized. We were welcomed warmly, even with a small celebratory gesture, which made the experience feel very personal. The transportation within the resort was smooth and efficient. We also tried a few activities, which were superb and well managed. Overall, the experience was amazing, and I would highly recommend this resort. If it fits your budget, it’s definitely worth exploring — especially as the property is spread across three beautiful islands connected together, which adds to the overall experience.

Un grand merci au Chef Faisal Khan pour son attention exceptionnelle, à Mohamed Ibrahim pour son service toujours attentionné, à Kaouthar pour ses délicieuses salades, et à Misbah pour son accompagnement et ses précieux conseils. Une équipe remarquable qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Rien, tout était parfait.

The team provided outstanding service—everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and special throughout my stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The food was delicious and of excellent quality. I especially appreciated the availability of plant-based options across the restaurants, which was a lovely touch. The pools were beautiful, and the views of the islands were absolutely stunning. There was also a great variety of activities to choose from, ensuring there was always something to do. A special thanks to Misba, Welington, Suresh and Hasnain for making my stay even more memorable—their kindness and attention to detail really stood out.

• Dean (10/5): If your idea of paradise is: - Clean sandy beaches. Clean sandy walkways around the island which you can walk barefoot. The surrounding sea at the beaches and around villas being warm and like a tropical aquarium. The staff being friendly and providing excellent service. The villas being very clean, comfortable and functional. The food being of an excellent fresh quality and superbly cooked and presented. Being welcomed when you arrive like no other place on earth. Peace and tranquillity. The Sun Sayam Olhuveli is the place to be. Having to come home.

Das sollte geändert werden ! Der Steg müsste mal geschliffen werden ! Das Personal ist immer zu sehen .. auf all den Wegen ( das ist manchmal störend) mehr Livecooking wäre gut - nach ein paar Stunden ist das Buffet nicht mehr so wow … auch nicht so hygienisch weil jeder reingreift und reinspricht ( Spucke ) daher mehr auf frische Zubereitung setzen ! Mehr Korallen-Riffe setzten .. links ist das Riff ok - rechts ist es fast tot …

• Abeer (4/5): مراح اعيدها السعر والاقامه والخدمه ما كانت مناسبه - يناسب الاطفال عملاقه الجزيرة والتنقل فيها صعب مافيها دبابات ولا درجات بس نستنى باص في محطة الباص ياخذ الجميع ويوقف في اكثر من مكان الهوم سيرفس ما يردون ابدا واذا ردو يتأخرون كثير المكان جميل بس ما اعتقد انه افضل شي الفيلا اللي اخذتها فوق الماء جميله لكن قديمه و المكيف اللي فيها ممكن 2 طن مستحيل يبرد الغرفه كلها لان سقفها عالي جدا وعانينا من الحر الشديد هذا غير اني حجزت موعد النقل للمطار من امس و كنت جاهزة في المكان اللي مفروض ننطلق منه سوينا تشيك اوت و اخذنا مشروب التوديع المجاني لكن تفاجأت ان اللي معنا مشو كلهم ومشى القارب ولا احد نادا علينا الزبدة من الاخير التنظيف اسوء من السيء واضطرينا ننتظر من الساعه 12 الظهر الى 4 عشان القارب الثاني الحمدلله ما كان ورانا حجز طيارة ولا كان راحت علينا
• Daniele (8/5): Villaggio bello ma per i miei gusti troppo grande - Struttura molto grande , la natura è bella e la laguna interna è meravigliosa Siamo soggiornati qui perché causa la guerra il nostro volo è stato cancellato . Non c’è stato nessun aiuto per venirci incontro anzi sia il questo villaggio sia in altri hanno solo cercato di approfittarne nessuna comprensione ! Inoltre ci hanno fatto aspettare 8 ore all’aereoporto la barca per il villaggio.

NOT AT ALL THE RESORT THEY SELL ON PAPER. IN REALITY THE SERVICE OR SUPPORT IS NO MORE THAN 1 STAR, AND THIS RATING BEING GENEROUS. RUN AWAY THERE ARE SO MANY OTHERS NICE PLACE IN MALDIVES - THIS ONE IS NOT. The staff and related experience is HORRIBLE : - you are supposed to have a « host guest » whocj was a joke. Ours « Aina » literally expedited is to our villa : we asked to have more far visa into the sea in our booking but she didn’t care and Said try this one and we will see. Main message she insisted is « I don’t work before 8am and after 6pm ». - room was so noisy : the électricity car running on Wood plates so noisy in the rooms + many neighbors with families very very noisy - took âges to get water on the room - we had complementary massage : we discovered by coincidence it was booked on a slot by her « Aina » host guest without us informed at all. And on a slot we were not free. We asked her what is this and she said she forgot to tell us. So we managed to change this ourselves. - 2 days after arriving someone ring our door and the guy asked if our suitcases are ready ? We asked him what are you talking about ? He told is you are changing room now. Again Aina never told or inform us of all this. UNBELEIVABLE. : we were asked out of the sudden without being informed to change room. - then we said ok but we want the last room : Aina replied us it is not available : bad luck we talked with the current guests inside and they told us they are checking out right now. So we had to inside and she finally have is the room we wanted, after she lied to us.
