Had to call the number provided and then an after hours number to be given unit number and lock box code. Very poor communication, actually no communications since the original booking confirmation.

• greg (10/5): Would stay again for sure. - Lovely Apartment, very modern and had a great layout, rooms were generous and comfortable and clean Had everything we needed.
• Sue (9/5): Excellent short stay for open garden weekend. - Ensuite to both rooms. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. A 2nd car space. But there was somewhere not too far to park 2nd vehicle. Internal stairs were a bit steep.

• Robert (8/5): - Appliances all new, fire was a nice touch, The external dustbin was full so we could not empty our internal bins. The shower fitting holding the soap, shampoo etc was broken or loose. The ironing board was difficult to operate.

• Richard (9/5): Luxurious & spacious - Loved the hot tubs in each room. Fully equiped kitchen. TV in the lounge & bedrooms. Balconies & outdoor table. Plenty of room. Fireplace heater whined loudly when on so had to turn it off to hear the TV in the lounge. TV in one of the bedrooms wasn’t connected to the internet from what we could tell but not a biggie.

• Kas31 (8/5): Cosy in Creswick - Beautiful, spacious accommodation…large shower and bath in each bedroom, tv in each bedroom and lounge, washing machine and dryer and cosy fake fire. Downstairs toilet didn’t flush properly, had to pour water into the bowel to flush, no tea towel or oven mitt in the kitchen, couch is a bit too close to the tv and the wifi kept disconnecting

• Mark (10/5): Wonderful as always - We love this property, we have stayed here five or six times and every time we love it. Was surprised to see the renovations which are beautiful, although I think they missed the tiles in the shower cavity as those tiles are still old, chipped and mouldy in areas, but the entire house has been renovated. We’ll stay here every time as it comfortably fits our family of six, and is in the perfect location to visit family. We love the surrounds it’s beautiful. I read reviews saying it’s loud from the highway-it’s not, we’ve stayed at units near the highway and away from the highway; it’s fine. I do agree that the wifi at times is quite slow but no big deal as we’ll just use our data if need be. I read reviews that it needs a coffee machine-there are plenty of cafes two minutes down the road in particular a French cafe/bakery. I’m already waiting for dates to be released for next year to rebook. Tiles need to be re done in the shower cavity as they’re chipped and mouldy.

Had to go to the resort next door and they called a weekend line for us thankfully

Apartment was clean and well maintained. Wifi Internet was not working and there is no support available onsite to help. Very disappointing.

• Renai (10/5): - This property was central, quiet, clean, tidy and beautifully presented. They had the fire on when we arrived to make us feel welcome and warm. The villa had everything we needed. The local town Creswick had an IGA and bottle shop with other small shops which was very helpful. Ballarat is a short drive away with everything needed with lots of local areas to explore. The Sebel is such a great comfortable resort that has everything you need. We will definitely be back to stay. My children said it was the best place they have ever stayed.

• Hamilton (8/5): Another great stay at Sebel Creswick - Unit was comfortable and clean. Visited during winter but unit had fantastic heating. Would recommend better TV's - currently they are old and sound quality is poor. Only the basic channels.

The Accor organisation did NOT contact us re unit number and locked box number. When we finally got through the person said we were meant to have been contacted the day before. We were not.

The fireplace was amazing in the cold weather too! Unfortunately, we just found that our sheets in one bed were not clean. Otherwise honestly it was amazing!
