Por alguna razón aún de que al momento de realizar la reservación en booking solicite espacio para un menor no aparecía en la reservación del hotel aún así la asistente de recepción comentó que no había problema que el niño ocupar el lugar sin pagar, eso fue bueno. En el caso de él, no se incluyó desayuno. Te mencionan que el desayuno que está considerado es un desayuno chiapaneco, de un tamal con un café pero puedes hacer un cambio a desayuno americano huevitos, de diferente manera por $35 más. Bastante accesible. Algo que me gustó mucho es el lobby y jardín dentro del hotel, todo muy agradable. También me agradó que la habitación contaba con cafetera y secadora de cabello. El día que nos tocó estar ahí estuvo bastante frío.

La primera persona de recepción de nombre María, fue déspota y grosera, también una señora que está a cargo del estacionamiento en el turno de la mañana, tuvo una actitud altanera. Ambas personas mencionadas con falta de calidad en el servicio.
• Mark (9/5): Lovely room in a quiet hotel in a great location - Lovely quiet hotel with a good-sized room giving access on to a garden terrace outside. It is in a great location, less than five minutes walk from the bus station and only ten minutes from the cathedral and main square - San Cristobal is not a large town and its location at about 6800 feet means that you don't need to worry about there being no air-conditioning; the room was quite cool and I slept really well. They gave me access to my room before 9 a.m. after I had arrived on an overnight bus and that was much appreciated.

• YANNICK (8/5): bon sejour quand meme - bon petit dejeuner pas de restauration , en plus on a eu une coupure d'eau , donc pas de douche le soir , mais c'est revenu le lendemain
• Jérémie (6/5): Rapport qualité-prix décevant. - Emplacement proche du centre ville (accessible à pied) Présence d'un parking même si celui-ci n'est pas à côté du logement mais à 5min à pied. Eau régulièrement chaude. Le petit déjeuner est trop léger pour le prix. Il composé d'un tamal avec un café (aucun choix). Il est possible de prendre un petit dej continental en rajoutant de l'argent. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés là chambre nous semblait très froide et humide. La propreté laissait à désirer (cheveux, papiers sous les lits, draps tachés...). Nous avons donc souhaité changer de chambre mais celà a été refusé malgré le fait que l'hôtel était presque vide lors de notre demande. Le personnel a passé un coup de balai rapide pour ramasser les papiers, et ce fût tout. Nous avons tout de même pu avoir un petit chauffage qui nous a permis de réchauffer un peu le logement et de se sentir confortable. Le logement est tout de même resté humide pendant tout notre séjour (condensation sur les fenêtres et dans la salle de bain). Il est vrai que la météo n'était pas au beau fixe avec de la pluie certains jours. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement. Rapport qualité-prix prix décevant

• ludwig (7/5): - L'emplacement Notre bus était à 21 H et nous avons pu garder notre chambre jusqu'à 20 H sauf que l'hôtel a changé d'avis et nous a fait payer 1 nuit entière . Le petit-déjeuner était inclus mais seulement pour de la nourriture mexicaine .ce qui n'a jamais été précisé . D'où supplément pour un déjeuner continental ce qui augmente le prix de la chambre et la rend moins compétitive le personnel n'est pas top la porte de la rue est ouverte en permanence et les vendeuses de souvenirs entre sans cesse dans le joli salon les moustiques aussi en profitent

Las fotografías son excelentes pero muestran solo los espacios bonitos, lo demás de las instalaciones dista mucho de las fotos mostradas. Me pareció alto el precio para lo que ofrecen.

• López (5/5): Un viaje Gestáltico - El Hotel es muy bonito, el jardín y restaurante son muy cómodos y buena comida. La atención del personal es buena. Es muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro y a unas cuadras a pie de la Terminal OCC (ADO). En general la limpieza de baños sería un punto importante a mejorar, la regadera y área de lavabo tenía moho acumulado. La limpieza de camas y demás áreas es buena, solamente el baño en tema de humedad, que aunque puede ser entendible por el clima de la región, podrían implementar el uso de extractores de vapor en baños. La señal de wifi fue mala, quizá también sea tema de la cd en general. Esta fue la segunda vez que me he quedado aquí.

• Janet (8/5): - Esta bien agradable limpio Tarde en llegar la ubicación no te lleva al hotel escribimos al hotel y jamas nos respondieron marcamos en repetidas ocasiones y nada y cuando por fin respondieron dijeron que no podian ayudarnos a ubicarnos pq estaba ocupada usamos la ubicación de Google y fue difícil pero preguntando llegamos casi 1 hora de búsqueda despues

Didn’t think the place was worth the price. Hotel sign was next to a locked door so we didn’t know where to go to enter. Went next door to a small restaurant which happened to be the lobby of the Hotel. Could have done a lot more with the grounds and lobby areas as far as decor, Not impressed.

Hubieron detalles como el internet, que no llega en todas habitaciones, la regadera no tuvo presión, pero siempre hubo agua calientita. El único detalle es que no respeto los 4 días contratados, nos mandaron a otro hotel la última noche. La ubicación es estupenda y hay vigilancia todo el tiempo.

• Catalina (8/5): Bien si solo quieren dormir - Muy buena ubicación, a una cuadra del Mercado de artesanías, check in rápido, cama cómoda, sin embargo la iluminación de la habitación es pobre, el cable con fallas en la TV, aunque no lo use mucho el tiempo que lo utilice con muchas fallas en los canales, la recepción del wifi pésima, no llegaba hasta mi habitación y lo que llegaba decía que la contraseña era incorrecta, fui en dos ocasiones a reportarlo y solo me volvieron a dar el papelito con la contraseña. Es un buen lugar solo para pasar la noche.

• Marta (10/5): Good place to stay! - Wonderful! We did ask to move to an upper floor, so we could get more sun into our room. We would have liked coffee in our room every morning but they only provide it the first morning and we were there for a week. We will stay there again.
• Javier (8/5): Convenient - Hotel is in a good location. Not too far from the walking streets (Andadores) Nice hotel, water took 10 minutes to warm up after that it was very hot. However, water ran out very quickly. Room did not have enough toiletries and we had to request extra towels. No wifi in the room, you had to go to the main lobby to have access to the wifi. A computer was there for guest to use, but if you needed to print your boarding pass, you had to pay for each copy. If you only need a place to sleep, this hotel is good for that.

• Itzigueri (6/5): Bien ubicado - El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es limpio pero es incómodo, las camas están muy duras, es frío y se oye todo lo que hablan en los pasillos y en otras habitaciones. Solo dejan botellas de agua el primer día y el restaurante no es bueno aunque es muy barato. No volvería pero lo recomendaría a quien quiera un lugar bien ubicado y no le importe la incomodidad.

• Nima (4/5): Rustikales kleines Hotel im Zentrum - Der Aufenthalt war kurz und kalt. Da die Temperaturen in den Bergen stark sinken befinden sich mehrere Wolldecken im Zimmer. Leider hat keines der Angestellten Englisch gesprochen und der Check-in daher ziemlich lange gedauert. Freies Parken ist auf der Straße zwar möglich aber das Parkhaus ist kostenpflichtig.

• Carlos (2/5): Terrible primera impresion por culpa de Axkan. - Aun y cuando habia separado una habitacion con 4 meses de anticipacion al llegar no tenian cupo en el Axkan Arte, y decidieron moverno a Axkan Jovel en el cual nos ofrecieron una habitacion horrible y en la cual no me quede. Nos ofrecieron una tercera opcion Axkan Express en el cual me hospede al final. Pesima habilidad para resolver problemas por parte del staff. EL CLIENTE NO ES SU PRIORIDAD. Otro problema imprevisto, es que soy alergico a algunas fibras como la lana y las camas tienen muchas cobijas con materiales como este, lo cual me causaba alergia diariamente.
• Petra (2/5): Overbooked, no room for me even it was prepaid! - I booked and PAID for the room 3 months before my stay. When I came I was told they were overbooked and will put me to a different hotel. It was a very unpleasant surprise. They showed me 3 hotels to choose from, but all of them of much worse quality (if something like that happens, you should put the guesst into a better hotel not a worse one)! I left my phone number and email on the reservation, so why didn´t anyone let me know in advance that they don´t have my room??? Expedia or the hotel should have let me know.

From Humberto, Marilu and Viviana in the front desk to Manolo the bell boy, cook and everything else you need from him, he would do it all.lol. Make sure to meet Manolo on your next visit, he is funny and great! Overall a great experience and the price is great. Close to everything, downtown, shopping and restaurants.
