Hard to get towels - housekeeping is every other day, and challenging to get towels after asking multiple days. Had to take towels from the pool just to shower twice during our stay because we couldn’t get towels from housekeeping or from the front desk. Bed was very uncomfortable (King suite room) Washer wasn’t great and dryer even on hot setting did not dry the small load of clothes done. Hamptons are exclusively our favourite hotels, and the first time I’ve left a review that wasn’t 10/10. There are too many hotels in the area to pick this one. It’s not nearly up to the regular standards you get from this chain.

From the young lady who checked us in to Golam who checked us out. We were there for a family medical issue and everything went smoothly so we didn’t have to worry about anything but that issue. The facility was clean and a take away breakfast was made up for us so we could get to the hospital early. Thanks to everyone.

We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not operational, since that was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations including entry, breakfast and common areas, pool area, room. Newly renovated in good taste. Sunny exposures really help in our cold winter ans sheds a light of warmth and happiness. There is a tavern a few blocks away if you need a meal. Nice packed breakfast as we were early to leave. Great to have the airport shuttle!

- Vikroriia (1/5): - I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a terrifying and unsafe experience. At 1:00 a.m., while my family and I were asleep, two unknown women entered our room, turned on the lights, and we woke up completely confused and shocked about what was happening. We were undressed, and our child started crying in fear because strangers were inside our room. When we asked why they were there, it turned out that they had room keys identical to ours. This means the hotel issued the same room keys to different guests, which is a serious security failure. When we went to the front desk, no clear explanation was given, and the situation was not handled properly. This is an unacceptable violation of privacy and safety, especially for families with children. It is now 1:00 a.m., I am scared, unable to sleep, and feel completely unsafe. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

- Demetruk (10/5): Reconnecting with my past - The staff, all were outstanding. The most pleasurable experience was the Breakfast staff. Everything was pleasantly perfect. The lady ,preparing, checking and cooking each mornings breakfast meals was astonishing ,every professional and was a perfect host.All HACCP rules were followed. The kitchen, dinning room was always spotless and clean. There was not a chance of cross contamination. She was perfect. Not just one day, every day we were there. Her dedication was well received and she is an amazing asset for the Hilton. She helped those who did not know, how to make waffles. She was very polite to all the clientele. Everyone received the same high professional care as the person before. The cleaning staff, in house keeping again were always professional. The reception staff were next to none. They were above reproach. All in all a perfect stay. I will be returning in 3 months or sooner and I will return not because of the Hilton name. But because of the staff that are employed there. The staff amplifies the name Hilton. The best for last. Your shuttle driver. He again simplified the Hilton highest standards. I wish I could have seen some snow. Winnipeg had a dusting. I reside in Germany and in the South West portion of Baden-Württemberg. I have not had any snow to mention. Mother nature will drop her snow soon enough. But my stay was perfect. I wish the Hilton had robes available to go to and from the swimming pool and hit tub to my room. Every wellness spa I have attended and stayed to in Europe always had such robes. It's nit so embarrassing walking down from the room to use those facilities. But all in all, a perfect stay. Thank you To the staff if the Hilton

Also they ran out of breakfast over and over again during our 4-day stay. They ran out of all hot items 20 minutes before closing and only replaced 1 of the 4 items before closing the breakfast. We have never seen this at Hampton inns before, somebody from corporate needs to review this location. On a positive note, the people at the counter and shuttle drivers were fabulous!!!!

The free 24/7 airport shuttle is great, and after three nights at a hotel in Niagara Falls that did NOT have hot water, the fantastic shower here was sheer bliss - add a comfortable bed and what more could you ask for?
- Luc (8/5): - We had a suite and it was good, however the switch in the couch position vis a vie the television view (which is now oriented towards the bed) meant there was no opportunity to sit and watch television outside of the bed. The breakfast was good, but hot options (cheese omelets, turkey sausage and hashbrowns) were not fully stocked one hour prior to the end of breakfast. It's a small thing, but still a thing.
- Joan (10/5): - Beautiful big, spotless rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly - you couldn’t find better. I would definitely consider staying here again if I was in Winnipeg.
