- Adam (10/5): Wonderful place to stay. Will look for Candlewood, if it’s close to another job - I enjoy the homey feel to suites. It was also within walking distance to Culver’s. Nothing comes to mind. I’m usually staying due to work related trips. So I don’t get a lot of time to inspect, just there to sleep.

Other employees at front desk are friendly but won't answer things at the moment. Candlewood Suites has a great dude in Chris and is lucky to have him!!!

- latuacantante8 (6/5): Clean rooms but Nothing special - I say in a lot of hotels. There were definitely some good things about this place. The pillows were great. The room was clean. It’s nice having a full size fridge, the air conditioning worked really well and the complementary coffee was decent. My room was facing the storage units next-door, so it was very quiet. There are a lot of things that are just so so about this place. The room is incredibly small. It’s missing some basic amenities like breakfast, pool and spa, no USB plugs in the rooms which is pretty standard in 2025. You also can’t log into any streaming devices on the TV, smart TVs are pretty standard in most hotel rooms now the little pantry downstairs didn’t really have anything after she told me that they didn’t have much. They have a little patio and grill area outback, but the tables were disgusting and covered in barbecue sauce.

- Laura (6/5): - I’ll start with the positives: I checked in very late and the staff was welcoming and quick. Bed and pillows were also comfortable. With this being said, the property needs a lot of work. My room was 2 queens. I also believe it was ADA accessible. The bathroom needed the most work. Multiple tiles were literally loose when you stepped across the floor. Grout was broken all over and looked dirty because of it. Chair in room was ripped on back. The refrigerator made an awful noise that woke me up in the morning. The cupboard under the bathroom sink (which is where I discovered the hidden trash) smelled funny. The convenience of the location and suite aspect could be great if this property was given a remodel.

Apparently we got an updated room with a large new TV, however the TV was not connected to satellite so unusable. The wifi in the room was great, liked that we did not have to reconnect each day. Nice kitchen area and plenty of desk space. Friendly desk agents. Pet friendly.

- Wendy (8/5): - Decent place, if you have no other choice. Not really much around close by for food or groceries. Only culver’s which has great ice cream but that’s about it. Suites are huge. Be nice if they had bigger than a 32 inch tv in them. Kitchen amenities are great but check your fridge temp. Ours was too cold and it froze everything in it, overnight.

- nanna1002 (2/5): Horrible Guest Relations - I made a reservation for 2 nights, May 5 and May 6, 2023 in December 2022. Two weeks previous to my arrival, I received a confirmation of my reservation after calling the hotel. When arriving at the hotel, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled. I checked my phone and found that the hotel had sent me an email at 12:12 pm that afternoon. I was told the hotel overbooked and they cancelled both my reservation and my daughter’s. According to the hotel’s reservation site, anyone who makes a reservation has to give 48 hours notice to cancel. They gave me less than 3 hours and never sent my daughter a cancellation notice but actually sent her her confirmation number that afternoon. I insisted they put us up somewhere. They would not help us out until I told them that all 6 of us would be sleeping in their lobby for the 2 nights. After over an hour of arguing, the manager, Ms Rodriquez, got us reservations at a hotel 40 minutes away. We were there for my grandsons college graduation and she said all the hotels in Greeley were fully booked. I would advise anyone contemplating staying there to look elsewhere.

I got the one bedroom suite because my daughter was going to visit me most days with my 1 year old granddaughter who was still crawling and I needed room for her to roam. It had lots of room. It was very clean. Housekeeping was once a week. I was there 6 days so no housekeeping, which is what I preferred anyway. I liked that it had free laundry and a nice workout room. I assumed it had a breakfast but it didn't. My fault for assuming. My daughter and I went to a grocery store and I bought things to make for breakfast. It wound up I ate less and healthier at breakfast. It appears to be a place where workers live, for the work week, maybe longer. There were lots of kitchen appliances available for use. It had a very friendly front desk. Perhaps a bit overpriced in my opinion. But I had a good stay.

It was very difficult to get an internet connection even after the TV issue was discovered and turned off. It was extremely frustrating.

Everything worked, including the entry key on first try. We knew we wouldn't have maid service, and that was quite okay with us. We will stay there again.

They had free onsite washers and dryers - which was great because this stay was part of 3 weeks on the road. The kitchenette (fully stocked, by the way, was great and I was able to cook myself a good breakfast every morning before I went out for the day. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

I had just gotten out of the hospital from having surgery I was able to do an early check-in. Everybody was so nice. Spent about 20 hours in the hotel without leaving and with the rooms being so big and the kitchenette and the table to eat at, it really made my initial recovery much more comfortable.

We could hear the parents yelling at kids on one side, and the amorous adventures in the room on the other side. Everything else was excellent.

- glendale215 (2/5): Three weeks and washer still out of order - No excuse for a washer (1of the 3) out if order for the three weeks I was there. Everytime I went to do laundry I had to wait as the other 2 were being used. This needs to be taken care of as it is a main reason many travelers stay with Candlewood.
- G4584YZcarmenw (4/5): Watch your expectations - If you are a coffee drinker, you may find coffee in the lobby, but there may not be stir sticks, napkins or creamer. If you ask for creamer, they may be out. If you have trouble sleeping when the in -room refrigerator motor becomes very loud in the middle of the night, and can accept the idea there may not be another room available, you'll do alright here. I just unplugged it. I saw half-dressed guests walking around the property, and just didn't really feel comfortable or treated like a guest.
