• HADJI (4/5): - Le personnel est sympa Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer : la douche était sale et il n’y avait pas de vraies serviettes, seulement une sorte de torchon, ce qui est inacceptable. L’hôtel est également très ancien et aurait besoin d’une rénovation complète. L’ascenseur est inquiétant on a l’impression qu’il va tomber lorsqu’il s’arrête, et la porte s’ouvre et se ferme toute seule. Globalement, l’établissement est très ancien et ne répond pas aux standards attendus.

• Ivana (5/5): - The property is in great space, only 5 minutes from tower of Pisa. The bed is really comfortable, the room is big enough. The shower is really small, like really. Also the noise from outside is unbearable, like there is no isolation at all. And the other thing that i didn’t like is that the bed sheets touch the floor, maybe it’s not a big problem, but I am very disgusted person so it was a problem for me because I was constantly watching if the shit that touched the floor was touching me.

• Leighton (8/5): - It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, dinner at the adjacent restaurant was lovely, beds were comfy, and the location was perfect. There were some very noisey guests who were noisey into the night, and then started again at 0730, the whole hotel must have heard them, and as such they should really have been dealt with. This, unfortunately, marred what was otherwise a very good stay.
• Bubble456 (4/5): 2* hotel with a good location - Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Pisa and Florence. Firstly, the positives.. the hotel is very close to the tower and some lovely bars and restaurants. But overall the hotel is extremely dated and tatty. Hard bed and dirty shower. It’s ok for a night or two but go with low expectations.

• Barbara (8/5): Hotel Amalfitana piacevole sorpresa - Ciò che ci è piaciuto dell'Hotel Amalfitana: posizione a pochi metri dalla torre e dalle altre attrazioni, camera semplice ma decorosa e pulita, materasso fantastico c'era pure il topper, anche i cuscini top, bagno piccolo ma completo.Zanzariere alle finestre, riposato benissimo nessun rumore molesto, la mattina solo il verso del merlo a darci il buongiorno. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ristorante vicino comodo , ottima proporzione qualità prezzo, fortemente consigliato Per migliorare il tutto si potrebbero ammodernare gli arredi delle camere, aggiungere un portasapone nel bagno e offrire le cuffiette per la doccia ma solo perché il soffione è fisso

Uprzejma, pomocna obsługa. Restauracja na miejscu. Trochę mało przestrzeni przy wejściu i recepcji dla przemieszczania się z bagażem. Wi-fi nie wszędzie dociera.

Kommer gärna tillbaka. Spolningen på toaletten funkade inte så bra. Man fick trycka 8-10 gånger på knappen innan det hände något.

Rezerwację mogłyby zaczynać się wcześniej niż o 14, nie jest to wielki problem ponieważ można bagaż zostawić na recepcji - ale po wczesnym locie dobrze jest się wykąpać i odświeżyć.

• CVA (1/5): - The restaurant it's good. The room was very dirty and honestly felt like being in a prison. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1990s. The furniture was old, damaged, and peeling. There was a lot of noise every night—loud banging around 23:00 that repeatedly woke me up. The hotel keeps the door that leads to the flats open because the kitchen extractor doesn’t work properly, so they rely on a window to remove cooking smells. As a result, the entire corridor smells like a kitchen all the time. There was no view at all—just air conditioning units. On top of that, there seems to be a mosquito infestation. The walls are covered with squashed mosquitoes. For €85 per night, the only positive thing is the location. Otherwise, I strongly recommend staying away. This place urgently needs refurbishment. The staff were average—not particularly helpful, but not terrible either. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and easily the worst stay I’ve had in the last 10 years. I will add more photos in the Google Reviews please check there the rest.

• Sonia (6/5): - Had a comfortable bed..near train station and near to the site seeing sites ..when I complained that I was cold at night they gave me the air con which was good ..had clean towel.and bed made every day My tv didn't work tho I did tell them but it didn't get fixed no kettle tea and coffee facilities within the room
• Thomas (10/5): A happy, carefree stay in a beautiful, characterful city. - The hotel was clean, and the staff were very helpful, and tolerant of our poor Italian. The location was very close to the main sites of interest, but at sufficient distance to be quieter at night. The hotel had a nice, friendly, informal atmosphere and all the staff were helpful and friendly. It was ideal. No complaints.

Would definitely stay again Toilet was leaking but fresh water not sewage and tv didn’t work, told reception but no one came to fix it!!

• Romina Marcela (6/5): Buena Ubicación - Nos pareció perfecta la ubicación principalmente ya que es fácil llegar desde la estación de tren y también es bastante accesible a los puntos turísticos principales La atención del personal no me agradó mucho, nos hicieron sentir un poco incómodos en la recepción. Luego, si hablamos de la habitación era muy fría y no podíamos prender la calefacción, eso juega un poco en contra porque íbamos con nuestra bebé. No había heladera pequeña y llevábamos leche para nuestra hija por ende se complicó un poco.
