- Jennifer (10/5): Awesome place to stay! - So cute and cozy. Very nice if your tired of the hotel feel and you want to stay somewhere that feels like staying at your aunts house. It was very peaceful here and still close enough to all the fun stuff to do downtown. Amber was amazing and made the best breakfasts! We got to pick our breakfast time and if we wanted it in our room or on the balcony. We chose to eat in the balcony and watch the white squirrels playing. We had such a great time and will definitely stay here again! The only thing I wish I had was a wall mirror so I could check my outfits lol.

- Natalie (5/5): This was adequate for a one night stay in Eureka Springs. I'll try another spot if we return. - The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and temperature was good. Very centrally located. There was a parking space for our vehicle. It was really just a glorified bedroom and bathroom, not a suite. Since there was no vent in the bathroom, taking a shower/bath created lots of humidity in the room which remained. Decor was old fashioned and overdone.

Our room was connected to the kitchen so it was loud early in the morning so we couldn't really sleep in. We could hear doors shutting and dishes rattling during breakfast prepping while we were attempting to sleep in a little.

It was very quiet and peaceful and felt like we were in the country even though we were in the middle of town! We even saw the white squirrel! I’m short the bed was super tall so I had to run and jump lol. But really I have no complaints! Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay!

- Honey S (5/5): Good breakfast! - 1. Location: walking distance to downtown, not too crowded like those places in downtown, quiet and peaceful 2. Hot tub 3. In room breakfast Cleanliness: Though the bed, floor and bathroom are clean; pillows are old and got some stains on them ( we found somebody else hairs inside the pillow cases, pillows are so yellow and flat!). The a/c is very loud and dusty! All windows and mosquitoes screens are also very dusty and lots of spider webs (we found a dead worm insect stuck on the mosquito net!). Lots of ants on the porch.

- Charles (10/5): - This is a true Bed & Breakfast with breakfast cooked to order with a dedicated and patient staff. Its a lovely property and every room has a beautiful view of the surrounding forest. Close to downtown area but just far away enough to make you feel like you're in the woods.

Example: an individual homemade quiche, sliced bananas sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, sweet grapes, delicious juice, pot of hot coffee. Generous portions. Nice access to main cottage to obtain bottled water, etc. Place leftovers in their fridge. Sit on their luxurious patio. The staff was very friendly. Will stay again for sure!

- Patricia (10/5): Marvelous BnB in Eureka Springs. - The two breakfasts were fantastic. Amber served us breakfast on our wooden deck overlooking the trees. First morning, we had individual egg, spinach and cheddar cheese quiches served pipping hot with apple juice, watermelon, and bottled water. The second morning John (the owner) served us french toast casserole, sliced bananas and apple sprinkled with brown sugar, coffee, juice, and water. Best breakfast we've had at a BnB. We had the smallest cabin near the road that was perfect for us with only one stair (mobility issues). The shower was wonderful after a hot day exploring. Amber gave us great suggestions for dinner in town. We stayed as we go to the Opera and hope to return next year. It would have been easier for us to have a shower caddy in the shower for our shampoo/shower cap.

- Melvin (9/5): Unique and comfortable stay with nice breakfast. - The property was built in 1902 so it’s old. Very interesting area in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, which is unique within itself. Amber took good care of us. The breakfast was great, enjoyed it! If you’re looking for new and modern this isn’t it. But, we enjoyed to surroundings, all was comfortable and clean. The bed slept great. It had a wall gas heater that was difficult to adjust but not really a problem, just turned on and off as needed.

Sitting out on the patio was wonderful as was the weather. We enjoyed watching the doe walking out in the back yard from the patio, as well as the squirrel carring nuts 🤪. - Kimberly (8/5): Gem - Super nice host and the food was great and room was very comfortable. The home is historic and cute but is showing signs of some needed repair. It’s in an excellent location and is a very good value for the area.

- Kirk (6/5): - Staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Room we stayed in was listed as having a shower tub combo. It was a deep Jacuzzi tub with a showerhead at tub level. There was no curtain or shower enclosure, so this is not really a shower. You would have to sit in the tub and hold the showerhead in order to take a shower. Room was not as clean as we would like it to be. There were dead bugs on the windowsill and cobwebs in the door frame. The room smelled musty/moldy. Bed was not very comfortable.
